信号電極とをマトリツクス状に設けた第2の液晶
パネルとを積層し、かつ前記第1の液晶パネルの
液晶層の液晶分子と第2の液晶パネルの液晶層の
液晶分子とを、互いに逆方向にツイスト配列させ
