Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シートの表面形状に対応する型面形状に形成さ
れた下型と、この下型の上面開口に係合する上型
とからなり、前記下型の型面に予め表皮材をセツ
トし、その背面に発泡性樹脂を注入することによ
つて表皮材の背面に形成されたキヤビテイ内部で
発泡性樹脂を発泡させ、型面形状に形成された表
皮材の背面に発泡パツドを一体に成形するように
した表皮一体成形シートの発泡成形金型であつて
： 前記下型は、アルミニウム製の本体の型面にゴ
ムを一部分ないし全面に亘つてライニングしたも
のであることを特徴とする表皮一体成形シートの
発泡成形金型。
