A guide rod member is formed, and this guide rod member is inserted into a guide hole provided on the fixed iron core side to smoothly slide the movable iron core into the fixed iron core from the suction position to the release position. However, by providing a small diameter guide hole in the movable or fixed core in this way, it is not possible to sufficiently remove foreign matter such as dust and chips that adhere to the inside of the guide hole after fabrication. During use, deposits accumulate on the adsorption surface of the iron core, causing a significant deterioration of the electromagnet's attraction characteristics. As part of the adsorption surface is used to process the guide rod and guide hole, the effective area of the adsorption area is limited. There were disadvantages such as being downsized and increasing costs.

要がなく且つ製作費が安価となる。 As mentioned above, this invention includes a magnetic frame made of a magnetic material, a pair of fixed iron core 3 and a movable iron core 6 corresponding to each other within this magnetic frame, and a pair of fixed iron cores 3 and a movable iron core 6 that move in the direction of separation from the fixed iron core 3. A tripping spring 16 installed directly or indirectly on the movable core 6 to act on the movable core 6 and a tripping spring force applied to the movable core 6 in contact with the fixed core 3 cause the fixed and movable cores 3 and 6 to interact with each other. A pair of permanent magnets 9 and 9' are placed on both sides of the movable core 6 to form a magnetic circuit that attracts and holds the core, and a fixed core is wound so as to energize the magnetic flux created by these permanent magnets 9 and 9'. The magnetic path is rectangular so as to correspond to the flat surface of the enlarged body portion 6b of the movable core 6 so that the magnetic flux of the permanent magnets 9 and 9' can be effectively utilized. permanent magnet 9,
In order to arrange and hold the wide surface of the movable core 6, a window frame 10b is formed on the side of the enlarged body 6b of the movable core 6, a permanent magnet insertion opening 10a is formed on the opposite surface of the window frame 10b, and a fixed core 3 is provided. A pair of permanent magnet supports 10, 1 each having a guide hole wall 10c formed at the side end and divided in the axial direction of the movable iron core 6.
0' is placed on the outer periphery of the movable iron core 6, and the permanent magnets 9, 9' are inserted into the window frame 10 from the permanent magnet insertion port 10a.
b, and is fixed between the window frame 10b and the U-shaped frame 1 via a spacer 11 made of a magnetic material, and is fixed to the fixed core 3 of the movable core 6.
The adsorption and separation operations are performed because the outer periphery of the movable core 6 can perform smooth sliding motion using a part of the permanent magnet supporter as a guide. Compared to a structure in which a guide hole is provided and a guide rod member protrudes from the other suction surface, there is no need to process the suction surface, which requires high strength, and the manufacturing cost is low.
