けてなるFRP製の管体と、可撓性を有する棒状
体とからなり、前記管体の雄螺子と雌螺子とを螺
合締着して、該管体の凹溝と凹溝又は凹溝と平面
部とが対向するように位置合わせして形成される
間隙に、前記棒状体を該棒状体の上端が前記環状
突出部の下面側に位置するように差し込んでなる
