Claims (1)

り、 更に前記基板に施された実質的に矩形の中抵抗
材料の層を有し、この中抵抗層は少なくとも部分
的に上記の4つの隅部分の各々と、上記の低抵抗
層の第2延長線の各々とに重なつており、 更に、前記基板に施された高抵抗材料層を有し
、この高抵抗材料層は上記の実質的に矩形の中抵
抗層の内側の領域に亘つて連続的に延在しており
、かつ、上記中抵抗層に少なくとも部分的に重な
つており、 更に、前記基板に施された高抵抗材料層から成
る一連の電圧可変調節パターン部分を有しており
、このパターン部分は上記第1、第2延長線に少
なくとも部分的に重なつており、上記のパターン
部分の構成は前記書込パツドの長さ及び幅に沿つ
て発生されるべき電圧勾配が直線的になるように
なされており、 更に、少なくとも前記の中抵抗層より内側の高
抵抗層上方に設けられた交換可能な絶縁性クツシ
ヨン体を有し、該クツシヨン体には絶縁材から成
る層領域の挿まれたクツシヨン層を具備しており
かつ書込具による圧力の印加下で上記のクツシヨ
ン層と高抵抗層との間で当該回路が形成され得る
ように構成されていることを特徴とする文字認識

書込パツドの1つの縁に設けられたコネクタに導

The cushion body has a cushion layer in which a layer region made of an insulating material is interposed, and the cushion layer is formed between the cushion layer and the high-resistance layer under the application of pressure by a writing tool. A character recognition device characterized in that it is configured such that a circuit can be formed. 2. One sheet of the writing pad has a plurality of connection areas in conductive relationship with the high resistivity portion, the connection areas forming one edge of the writing pad for connection to an electrical switching circuit. The character recognition device of claim 6, wherein additional connection areas are provided at opposite edges of the central high resistivity portion intermediate between the corner connection areas.
