  1. 両面が光学研磨を施され一方の面上に基本波を
    導波する1本のチヤンネル光導波路を形成したC
    板ニオブ酸リチウムの結晶基板と、該結晶基板の
    前記一方の面と対向する他方の面に設けられ前記
    チヤンネル光導波路から前記結晶基板中に放射さ
    れる前記基本波の第2次高調波を平行光束として
    前記他方の面から空気中に取り出す手段とを備え
    ることを特徴とする導波路型波長変換素子。
