[Detailed description of the invention] Among the injection services performed by doctors and nurses, intravenous infusion is the most labor-intensive. After inserting the injection needle into the blood vessel, each part of the infusion set is glued and fixed using bandages, etc. to prevent the needle from coming off.In particular, the octopus tube part, which is provided to prevent air bubbles from entering, is used to secure the infusion set. The work of fixing the upper position is one of the tasks that is difficult to do and requires skill.

By using the tape for fixing an infusion set with a kite tube (hereinafter referred to as tape) of the present invention, fixing the above-mentioned kite is easy, and even an unskilled worker can perform the work in the same way as an expert. Suitable materials for the tape of this invention include highly flexible synthetic resins (polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, etc.). The color should be close to colorless and transparent.
The method of use depends on the preference of the person administering the drip, but a commonly used method will be explained below based on the drawings.

First, the adhesive surface 3 provided on both ends of the tape of this invention
Remove the anti-adhesion paper piece 2 to make it adhesive, and then insert the octopus tube part 4 of the infusion set into the cross-shaped cut 1 made in the center of the tape with the adhesive side facing downward (Fig. 3). ). Next, the injection needle 5 is injected into the blood vessel, and the adhesive surfaces 3 on both sides of the tape are pressed from the outside in an appropriate state.
The tape adheres to the adjacent skin and the needle is easily and firmly secured. Also, the octopus tube for storing mixed air is set in the upward position that is necessarily required (FIG. 4). In the conventional method, the injection needle is held in one hand, and the other hand is used to cover the necessary alcohol cotton or gauze to maintain the angle of the injection needle, and then the needle is cut to the appropriate length. A number of adhesive plasters are used to wrap and secure the callus tube so that it can be held upward, but one hand must be held at all times to hold the injection needle, making it a one-handed operation. Therefore, proficiency is required. In addition, this method involves applying alcohol cotton, etc., and then pressing the entire needle from above with a bandage to fix it, so the angle of the needle changes over time, causing the needle tip to get stuck in the blood vessel wall, causing it to become clogged. It often happens. By using this tape, the tube can be fixed at the same time as the injection needle is injected, and since it is made of flexible synthetic resin, it is very easy to fix as it supports the tube. Easy to perform even for experienced users. If necessary, after fixation with tape, alcohol cotton or gauze can be gently placed in the space between the needle and the skin using both hands (Figure 5).

As shown in the figure, the tape of this invention has a band-like shape with a wider center. The length of the tape for adults is approximately 13cm, the width is approximately 2.5cm at the center, and approximately at the edges.
Approximately 1.6cm seems appropriate.

For children, a shorter length than for adults is suitable. Also, it seems appropriate for the width of the adhesive surface to be 1 cm to 2 cm.
