Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被研削管体（以下、「管体」）を、その一方の
    管端を固定端とし、他端は自由端として水平に固
    定し、固定された管体を、その水平管軸を中心に
    回転させる回転駆動装置を備えた管体保持回転装
    置と、 前記管体保持装置に保持された管体の水平管軸
    と直交する向きに管体上方から管体外面に当接す
    るグラインダ砥石を有するグラインダ砥石支持装
    置と、該グラインダ砥石を含む垂直面内に位置し
    て管体を弾性的に担持するバネ材で支承された受
    けローラとが配設されている研削加工台、 および前記研削加工台を管体の水平管軸に平行
    な方向に一定の速度で往復走行させるための研削
    加工台移動装置とを有し、 前記グラインダ砥石支持装置は、アーム支持台
    に傾動自在に支承されて管体の水平管軸に直交す
    る向きに延在するアームと、該アームの先端に軸
    着されているグラインダ砥石と、該アームに載設
    されているグラインダ砥石回転駆動装置と、グラ
    インダ砥石の管体外面に対する押付力をバネ材の
    弾性力により調節する砥石押付力調節部を備えて
    いることを特徴とする管体外面研削装置。
