の上部に溢流水受槽を設け、この溢流水受槽の底
部と上記タンクの液出口とを流出管によつて接続
し、下端がタンク内の下方で開口し、かつ上端が
上記溢流水受槽内に開口する筒体を、上記タンク
の軸心に沿つて上下方向に設け、この筒体の外面
と上記タンクの内面との間の下方寄り部分に散気
管を設け、上記タンクの投入口に、原水供給管と
希釈水供給管とを接続したことを特徴とする沈砂
