Claims (2)
- コンピュータで実施される方法であって、
(A)人の睡眠期間にわたる心肺結合データにアクセスする工程と、
(B)前記心肺結合データに基づいて前記睡眠期間の一部のエポックを超低周波結合(vLFC)エポックとして分類する工程と、
(C)アクティグラフィデータと逆相関する擬似アクティグラフィデータにアクセスする工程であって、前記擬似アクティグラフィデータは、前記vLFCエポックに対応する人の生理学的測定値に基づいて信号品質を定量化することによって得られる、工程と、
(D)前記vLFCエポックに対応する前記擬似アクティグラフィデータに基づいて前記vLFCエポックをレムエポックまたは覚醒エポックとして指定する工程と、
を含み、
前記生理学的測定の前記信号品質を定量化する工程Cは、
(C1)前記vLFCエポック中のピークを検出するべく前記生理学的測定値を処理する工程と、
(C2-1)検出されたピークのカウントが所定の閾値を下回るときおよび前記検出されたピークの形状が予想されるピークの形状と一致するときに、より高い信号品質を示すデータを生成する工程と、
(C2-2)前記検出されたピークのカウントが所定の閾値を上回るときおよび前記検出されたピークの形状が予想されるピークの形状と異なるときに、より低い信号品質を示すデータを生成する工程と、
を含み、
前記生理学的測定値は、人のECG測定値またはプレチスモグラフィ測定値のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記擬似アクティグラフィデータは、以下のようにして前記アクティグラフィデータと逆相関するように構成される:
(a)信号品質がより高い場合には、より低い値を生成する;
(b)信号品質がより低い場合には、より高い値を生成する;
(c)前記逆相関に基づいてレム睡眠エポックまたは覚醒エポックを特定する
ことを特徴とする、
コンピュータで実施される方法。 - システムであって、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
命令を記憶する少なくとも1つのメモリと、
を備え、前記命令は、1つ以上のプロセッサによって実行されると、前記システムに以下の処理を実行させる、
(A)人の睡眠期間にわたる心肺結合データにアクセスし、
(B)前記心肺結合データに基づいて前記睡眠期間の一部のエポックを超低周波結合(vLFC)エポックとして分類し、
(C)アクティグラフィデータと逆相関する擬似アクティグラフィデータにアクセスし、ここで、前記擬似アクティグラフィデータは、前記vLFCエポックに対応する人の生理学的測定値に基づいて信号品質を定量化することによって得られ、
(D)前記vLFCエポックに対応する前記擬似アクティグラフィデータに基づいて前記vLFCエポックをレムエポックまたは覚醒エポックとして指定し、
ここで、前記生理学的測定の前記信号品質を定量化する処理Cは、
(C1)前記vLFCエポック中のピークを検出するべく前記生理学的測定値を処理し、
(C2-1)検出されたピークのカウントが所定の閾値を下回るときおよび前記検出されたピークの形状が予想されるピークの形状と一致するときに、より高い信号品質を示すデータを生成し、
(C2-2)前記検出されたピークのカウントが所定の閾値を上回るときおよび前記検出されたピークの形状が予想されるピークの形状と異なるときに、より低い信号品質を示すデータを生成する
処理を含み、
前記生理学的測定値は、人のECG測定値またはプレチスモグラフィ測定値のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記擬似アクティグラフィデータは、以下のようにして前記アクティグラフィデータと逆相関するように構成される:
(a)信号品質がより高い場合には、より低い値を生成する;
(b)信号品質がより低い場合には、より高い値を生成する;
