Claims (10)
- 電気接続装置(100)を製造する方法であって、
- マーキングプレート(111)を部分的に受容するための受容エリア(115)を有する絶縁材料ハウジング(112)を有する少なくとも1つの接続デバイス(110)を用意する方法ステップと、
- 少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)を用意する方法ステップと、
- 前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)を、前記少なくとも1つの接続デバイス(110)の前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)の前記受容エリア(115)に挿入する方法ステップであって、前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)の一部が、前記受容エリア(115)内に位置し、前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)の一部が、前記受容エリア(115)の外側で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に隣接する、ステップと、
- レーザビーム溶接によって、前記受容エリア(115)の外側で前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)と前記少なくとも1つの接続デバイス(110)の前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)との間に少なくとも1つの一体接合接続部(119)を形成する方法ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記レーザビーム溶接が行われるとき、レーザビーム(210)が、前記一体接合接続部(119)が形成される、前記マーキングプレート(111)の所定の領域および前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)の所定の領域の方に向けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)が、少なくとも前記一体接合接続部(119)が形成される領域において、ポリアミドを有するまたはポリアミドからなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記マーキングプレート(111)が、ポリアミドを有する、または、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、ポリアミドから作られることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記受容エリア(115)に挿入された前記マーキングプレート(111)のラベリングおよび/またはマーキングが、レーザビーム溶接後に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記マーキングプレート(111)が、ラベリング部(116)と、足部(117)と、を備え、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、レーザビーム溶接によって、前記マーキングプレート(111)のラベリング部(116)の領域内で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に一体接合され、かつ/または、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、レーザビーム溶接によって、前記マーキングプレート(111)の足部(117)の領域内で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に一体接合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビーム溶接の前に、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、形状嵌めおよび/または圧入により前記受容エリア(115)内に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 一列に配置された少なくとも2つの接続デバイス(110)が用意され、マーキングプレート(111)が、前記少なくとも2つの接続デバイス(110)のそれぞれの前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)の前記受容エリア(115)に挿入され、レーザビーム(210)が、前記レーザビーム溶接をもたらして一体接合によってそれぞれの前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に前記マーキングプレート(111)を接続するために、前記少なくとも2つの接続デバイス(110)に沿って動かされることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- マーキングプレート(111)を部分的に受容するための受容エリア(115)を有する絶縁材料ハウジング(112)を有する少なくとも1つの接続デバイス(110)と、少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)と、を備える電気接続装置(100)であって、前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)が、前記少なくとも1つの接続デバイス(110)の前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)の前記受容エリア(115)に挿入され、前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)の一部が、前記受容エリア(115)内に位置し、前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)の一部が、前記受容エリア(115)の外側で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に隣接し、前記受容エリア(115)に挿入された前記少なくとも1つのマーキングプレート(111)および前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)が、前記受容エリア(115)の外側で互いに一体に溶接された溶接部を有する、電気接続装置(100)。
- 前記マーキングプレート(111)が、ラベリング部(116)と、足部(117)と、を備え、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、前記マーキングプレート(111)のラベリング部(116)の領域内で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に一体接合され、かつ/または、前記マーキングプレート(111)が、前記マーキングプレート(111)の足部(117)の領域内で前記絶縁材料ハウジング(112)に一体接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気接続装置(100)。
