Claims (18)
- 少なくとも3つの糸層を有する多軸製品であって、前記糸層の各々は、互いに平行で、互いに隣接するように、前記糸層内に配置されたマルチフィラメント補強糸によって形成され、前記糸層は、拡げられたマルチフィラメント補強糸からなり、マトリックス材料を有さず、少なくとも2つの糸層は、前記多軸製品内で0°の方向を規定するように前記多軸製品内に配置され、少なくとも1つのさらなる糸層は、前記多軸製品内の0°の方向に対して±10°を上回る角度で配置され、0°の方向の前記少なくとも2つの糸層は、前記多軸製品内の前記少なくとも3つの糸層の相対的配置に基づいて、その間にマルチフィラメント補強糸のさらなる層を介在させることなく、すぐ後に順々に続いており、前記マルチフィラメント補強糸は、ホットメルト接着剤糸と織り合わされている、多軸製品。
- 前記0°の方向の前記少なくとも2つの糸層が、それぞれ、少なくとも150g/m2の表面重量を有する、請求項1記載の多軸製品。
- 前記多軸製品内の0°の方向に対して±10°を上回る角度で配置された前記少なくとも1つのさらなる糸層が、それぞれ、少なくとも100g/m2の表面重量を有する、請求項1または2記載の多軸製品。
- 前記マルチフィラメント補強糸が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、またはアラミド糸、または高延伸UHMW-ポリエチレン糸である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の多軸製品。

- 少なくとも3つの糸層からの請求項1記載の多軸製品の製造方法であって、前記糸層の各々は、互いに平行で、互いに隣接するように、前記糸層内に配置されたマルチフィラメント補強糸によって形成され、前記多軸製品の製造中に少なくとも2つの糸層が0°の方向で堆積され、0°の方向の前記少なくとも2つの糸層のすべての上または下に、少なくとも1つのさらなる糸層が、前記多軸製品内の0°の方向に対して±10°を上回る角度で堆積される、方法。
- 少なくとも1つの不織布が、前記少なくとも3つの糸層の上、下および/または間に堆積される、請求項15記載の方法。
- 0°の方向に堆積された前記少なくとも2つの糸層の各々が、それぞれ、1つの堆積装置によって堆積される、請求項15または16記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの多軸製品および追加のマトリックス材料が使用される、請求項15記載の複合材料の製造方法。
