Description
Claims (10)
- RFフロントエンド電力増幅器に用いられる整合回路であって、
第1周波数において、インピーダンスが第1所定インピーダンスである第1インピーダンス整合器と、
第1インピーダンス整合器のフロントエンドとグランドとの間に架け渡され、第1周波数信号を通過させ、前記第1周波数よりも低い第2周波数の信号及び前記第1周波数信号の第1高調波信号のうちの少なくとも一方を抑制する第1バンドパスフィルタと、
第1インピーダンス整合器のバックエンドとグランドとの間に架け渡され、前記第1周波数信号の第2高調波信号を抑制する第1トラップと、
前記第1インピーダンス整合器のフロントエンドに接続される第1整合ユニットと、を含み、
第1バンドパスフィルタは、直列に接続された第1共振器及び第2共振器を含み、前記第1共振器は、並列に接続された第1インダクタ及び第1キャパシタを含み、前記第2共振器は、直列に接続された第2インダクタ及び第2キャパシタを含み、
前記第1整合ユニットは、直列に接続された第5インダクタと、第6インダクタと、第7インダクタと、第5キャパシタとを含み、
前記第1整合ユニットは、
第5インダクタと第6インダクタとの接続点とグランドとの間に架け渡される直列に接続された第8インダクタ及び第6キャパシタと、
第6インダクタと第7インダクタとの接続点とグランドとの間に架け渡される直列に接続された第9インダクタ及び第7キャパシタと、
第7インダクタと第5キャパシタとの接続点とグランドとの間に架け渡される直列に接続された第10インダクタ及び第8キャパシタと、をさらに含み、
前記第1周波数は1.710GHz~1.785GHz及び/又は1.850GHz~1.910GHz動作周波数帯域以内であり、
前記第2周波数は820MHz~920MHz周波数帯域以内であることを特徴とする整合回路。 - 前記第1共振器と前記第2共振器は、前記第2周波数と前記第1高調波信号の周波数で直列共振することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整合回路。
- 前記第1インピーダンス整合器は、直列に接続された第3インダクタ及び第3キャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整合回路。
- 前記第3インダクタ及び前記第3キャパシタは、前記第1周波数で共振することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の整合回路。
- 前記第1トラップは、直列に接続された第4インダクタ及び第4キャパシタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の整合回路。
- 前記第4インダクタ及び前記第4キャパシタは、前記第2高調波信号の周波数で共振することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の整合回路。
- 前記第1高調波信号は前記第1周波数信号の3次高調波であり、
前記第2高調波信号は前記第1周波数信号の2次高調波であり、
前記第1所定インピーダンスは50オームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整合回路。 - RFフロントエンド電力増幅回路であって、
請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の整合回路と、
前記整合回路に接続されるRF電力増幅器と、を含むことを特徴とするRFフロントエンド電力増幅回路。 - 移動通信機器であって、
請求項8に記載の電力増幅回路を含むことを特徴とする移動通信機器。 - 移動通信機器であって、
請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の整合回路を含むことを特徴とする移動通信機器。
