Claims (16)
- 能動埋め込み型医療機器(99)用のリード(1)であって、
-近位端における第1の部分(7)と遠位端における本体延長部(11)との間に中央部分(4)を有する細長い生体適合性の非導電性本体(3)と、
-前記第1の部分(7)にある複数の電気コネクタ(6)と、
-前記細長い本体(3)の第2の部分(9)にあり、前記第2の部分(9)が、前記中央部分(4)と前記本体延長部(11)との間にある複数の電極(8)と、
-前記電気コネクタ(6)を対応する電極(8)に接続するための前記細長い本体(3)内の複数の導電性フィラメント(5)と、を含み、
前記複数の電極(8)が、前記リード(1)の最も遠位の電極(10)であって、それよりも遠位に位置する電極が存在しない、最も遠位の電極(10)を含み、
-前記複数の導電性フィラメント(5)のそれぞれが、前記リード(1)の前記最も遠位の電極(10)を越えて前記遠位端に向かって延びる前記本体延長部(11)に対応するフィラメント延長部分(13)を含むリード(1)。 - 前記フィラメント延長部分(13)のそれぞれの長さ(L4)が10mm以上である、請求項1に記載のリード(1)。
- 前記フィラメント延長部分(13)のそれぞれの長さ(L4)が10mmから50mmの範囲にある、請求項1に記載のリード(1)。
- 前記フィラメント延長部分(13)を絶縁するために、前記本体延長部(11)に生体適合性の非導電性シール(14)をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- 前記複数の導電性フィラメント(5)のそれぞれが、共通の物理的および/または電気的に等価な全長を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- 各電気コネクタ(6)と対応する電極(8)との間の各電気的距離が、前記共通の全長よりも短い、請求項5に記載のリード(1)。
- 前記複数の電気コネクタ(6)のそれぞれが、前記第1の部分(7)の第1の長さ(L1)に沿って別々に配置されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- 前記複数の電極(8)のそれぞれが、前記第2の部分(9)の長さ(L3)に沿って別々に配置されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- 電気コネクタ(6)および/または電極(8)がリング形状である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- スタイレットを受け入れるための中央ルーメン(35)をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のリード(1)。
- 能動埋め込み型医療機器(99)用のリード(1)を製造する方法(100)であって、
-マルチルーメン(15)の細長い生体適合性で電気非導電性の本体(3)を形成する段階であって、前記細長い本体は、近位端における第1の部分(7)と遠位端における本体延長部(11)の間に中央部(4)を有する段階と、
-前記第1の部分(7)に複数の電気コネクタ(6)を形成する段階であって、各電気コネクタ(6)がそれぞれの導電性フィラメント(5)に電気的に接続されている段階と、
-前記細長い本体(3)の第2の部分(9)に複数の電極(8)を形成する段階であって、前記第2の部分(9)が前記中央部(4)と本体延長部(11)との間にあり、前記複数の電極(8)が対応する複数の導電性フィラメント(5)を介して対応する電気コネクタ(6)に接続されており、前記複数の電極(8)が、前記リード(1)の最も遠位の電極(10)であって、それよりも遠位に位置する電極が存在しない、最も遠位の電極(10)を含む段階と、
-前記細長い本体(3)の前記マルチルーメン(15)を通して前記複数の導電性フィラメント(5)を配置する段階であって、前記複数の導電性フィラメント(5)が、前記リード(1)の前記最も遠位の電極(10)を越えて、前記遠位端に向かってかつ前記本体延長部(11)内に延びる対応するフィラメント延長部分(13)を含む段階と、
を含む方法(100)。 - 前記複数の導電性フィラメント(5)のそれぞれを共通の全長にサイジングする段階をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法(100)。
- 前記細長い本体(3)が、前記マルチルーメン(15)を備えた前記生体適合性の非導電性材料を押し出すことによって形成される、請求項11または12に記載の方法(100)。
- 前記フィラメント延長部分(13)を絶縁するために前記本体延長部(11)の端部をシールすることをさらに含む、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法(100)。
