Claims (3)
- チップソーであって、
台金の外周に接合されかつ前記台金の厚み方向右寄りに径方向外方の先端を備える右チップと、
前記台金の外周に接合されかつ前記台金の厚み方向左寄りに径方向外方の先端を備える左チップと、
前記台金の外周に接合されかつ前記台金の厚み方向の中心近傍に径方向外方の先端を備える中チップの3種類のチップを有し、
前記チップソーが有する複数のチップは、前記3種類のチップのいずれかであり、
前記右チップは、前記先端から右端まで第1右角度で延出する第1右切れ刃と、前記先端から左側面に向かって前記第1右角度より小さい第1左角度で延出する第1左切れ刃と、前記第1左切れ刃から左端まで前記第1左角度より大きい第1左肩角度で延出する第1左肩切れ刃を有し、
前記左チップは、前記先端から左端まで第2左角度で延出する第2左切れ刃と、前記先端から右側面に向かって前記第2左角度より小さい第2右角度で延出する第2右切れ刃と、前記第2右切れ刃から右端まで前記第2右角度より大きい第2右肩角度で延出する第2右肩切れ刃を有し、
前記第1左肩切れ刃と前記第2左切れ刃は、回転方向前方から見て互いに重なり、
前記第1右切れ刃と前記第2右肩切れ刃は、回転方向前方から見て互いに重なるチップソー。 - 請求項1に記載のチップソーであって、
前記中チップの前記先端は、頂点を有する山型、または前記台金の厚み方向に長さを有する平坦型であり、
前記中チップは、前記先端から右端まで第3右角度で延出する第3右切れ刃と、前記先端から左端まで第3左角度で延出する第3左切れ刃を有し、
前記中チップは、前記台金の外周において、前記右チップと前記左チップの間に位置するように配置されているチップソー。 - 請求項1または2に記載のチップソーであって、
前記右チップと前記左チップは、各チップの右端における切れ刃の角度が相互に同じであり、かつ前記各チップの左端における切れ刃の角度が相互に同じであるチップソー。
