The present invention relates to a solid bath additive.

In the past, Patent Document 1 has disclosed a solid bath additive in which the parts that make up a finger puppet are buried inside a water-soluble solid bath additive. The parts that make up the finger puppet have a convex part on one side and a concave part on the other side so that they can be connected, and the finger cap body has a cylindrical structure with an opening. It also discloses a configuration in which the bath additive with a toy is placed in a package together with a card related to the finger puppet.

In Patent Document 1, parts that come out of the bath additives are used as finger puppet toys, but as a way to enjoy the bath additives themselves, there are issues with regard to entertainment value.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a highly interesting solid bath additive.

The solid bath additive of one embodiment of the present invention comprises a water-soluble main body and a secondary body that is encapsulated in the main body and is partially exposed from the main body in a first form before the main body dissolves, and the secondary body is configured so that it can be entirely exposed from the main body in a second form after the main body dissolves.

The present invention makes it possible to provide a highly interesting solid bath additive.

As shown in FIG. 1, the solid bath additive 1 has a main body 10 in a first form 1F that is roughly spherical and resembles the shape of fruit. For example, the ridges of a rod-shaped portion 21a protrude from the outer surface 10s of the spherical, appropriately colored main body 10, and non-rod-shaped portions 21b that resemble leaves protrude from the rod-shaped portion 21a. This makes it possible to imitate, for example, an apple or a pear. The spherical main body 10 is made of a water-soluble material whose color dissolves in the surrounding water or hot water.

This solid bath additive 1 has a secondary body 20 (see FIG. 2) that is contained within the main body 10 in a first form 1F before the main body 10 dissolves, with a portion 21 exposed from the main body 10 as described above. In addition, in a second form 2F (see FIG. 4) after the main body 10 dissolves, the secondary body 20 is entirely exposed from the main body 10. Here, the outer surface 10s of the main body 10 generally has small rough irregularities, which increases the surface area and makes it easier to dissolve.

In the first form 1F, the main body 10 is spherical as described above, and is configured to be rollable. In addition, the main body 10 is made of colored, opaque bath additives, and the secondary body 20 contained therein cannot be seen from the outside in the first form 1F, as shown in the figure. However, in the first form 1F, the secondary body 20 has a part 21 of the secondary body 20 exposed from one place on the main body 10, as shown in the figure. This exposed part 21 is configured to be large enough to be pinched with the fingertips, for example, or to be held in a child's hand. In particular, the flat non-rod part 21b at the tip of the rod part 21a makes it easy to hold.

The secondary body 20 is made of a flexible soft material such as synthetic resin or rubber, and is water-insoluble. The secondary body main body 22 is configured as a character including at least a head 22a, a torso 22b, and legs 22c, and a support part 30, which will be described later, is connected to the legs 22c. The secondary body main body 22 is configured to be large in diameter (large in volume) compared to the rod-shaped part 21a, and in the first form 1F, the secondary body 20 is held by the main body part 10 and will not fall out of the main body part 10.

The main body 10 is configured so that its maximum diameter (L1) is longer than the longest side of the secondary body 20 by a length (L2). In this way, the main body 10 has a sufficient size.

In the solid bath additive 1, the main body 10 is heavy enough to sink in water, while the secondary body 20 is designed to float on water. In the first form 1F, the solid bath additive 1 is designed to sink to the bottom of the bathtub 50 when it is first poured into the bathtub 50.

However, as the main body 10 dissolves, its weight becomes lighter and its buoyancy increases, causing it to rise above the water surface 50a of the bathtub 50. The state of dissolution of the main body 10 as it floats up is determined by the relationship between the weight of the main body 10 and the buoyancy of the secondary body 20. This state at the time of floating up can be seen in FIG. 3, with the main body 10 remaining on the outer periphery of the secondary body main body 22. In this way, since the secondary body main body 22, which is the main part of the character, cannot be seen in the floating state, it is not possible to confirm what the character is at this stage. However, as the main body 10 dissolves over time, the visible parts of the character gradually increase, and it can be seen that the character's true nature gradually becomes clear.

Here, in order to leave the main body 10 so that the secondary body main body 22 is covered by the main body 10 in the initial stage after floating (the state shown in FIG. 3), it is important that the secondary body main body 22 is located, for example, in the center C of the main body 10 (see FIG. 2). In other words, by positioning the secondary body main body 22 in the center of the main body 10, the thickness of the main body 10 surrounding the secondary body main body 22 can be made approximately the same. This makes it possible to create a state in which the remaining amount of the main body 10 around the secondary body main body 22 is less uneven during dissolution (the state shown in FIG. 3).

After the main body 10 has completely dissolved, as shown in Fig. 4, the secondary body 20 can be placed upright on a placement 60 such as the edge of a bathtub or a table, for example, by using the flat surface 30a of the support 30 without rolling. The support 30 has locking parts 30b that engage with the character's legs 22c, for example by pinching them. The support 30 is detachable from the legs 22c, but in the first form 1F, the locking parts 30b are connected to the legs 22c.

In the solid bath additive 1 shown in Fig. 5, the secondary body 20 contained in the main body 10 is positioned toward the outer surface 10s of the main body 10, i.e., near the edge of the main body 10. In this case, the secondary body 22 is in a state where the front of the character is close to the outer surface 10s. Therefore, the thickness of the main body 10a on the front side of the character is thinner than the thickness of the main body 10b on the back side.

In the first form 1F, for example, when the solid bath additive 1 is dropped into the bathtub 50, it sinks to the bottom of the bathtub and then rises to the water surface 50a as shown in Fig. 6. In the state shown in Fig. 6, unlike the state shown in Fig. 3, the secondary body main body 22 rises with the character's front side facing up. This is because the main body 10 on the back side of the character is set to rise with a large amount of the main body 10 remaining, making the back side of the character heavier and allowing the character to appear floating with the front side facing up. This dissolution of the solid bath additive 1 in a biased manner relative to the secondary body main body 22 is possible due to the biased arrangement of the secondary body 20 in the first form 1F.

In this way, by floating up so that the secondary body main body 22, the main part of the character, especially the front side, is visible when it is floating up, it is possible to create a presentation that allows you to confirm what the character is as soon as it floats up. Note that with regard to the offset arrangement of the secondary body main body 22, the thickness of the main body 10 on the front and back sides relative to the secondary body main body 22 can be appropriately set, such as making the back side thinner, or making the side sides thinner, etc., as opposed to the state shown in the figure.

As described above, the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment is configured such that only a portion 21 of the secondary body 20 contained within the main body 10 is visible, and so unlike solid bath additives 1 whose appearance is composed only of the bath additive portion (main body 10), it is possible to create the appearance of, for example, fruit using the portion 21 of the secondary body. Also, as only the portion 21 is visible, it is possible to have fun imagining what the enclosed character is like.

In addition, in the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, if the main body 10 is configured in a rollable spherical shape in the first form 1F, it can be rolled and played with.

In this embodiment of the solid bath additive 1, the secondary body 20, which is configured to float in water, and the main body 10, which sinks in water, are configured to sink in water in the first form 1F, so that when it is first placed in the bathtub 50, it sinks below the water surface, and as the main body 10 dissolves, the secondary body 20 appears to float up.

In addition, in the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, in the first form 1F, the secondary body main body 22 is provided at the center C of the main body 10, so that the thickness of the main body 10 provided around the secondary body 20 can be made uniform. As a result, when the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment is dropped into the bathtub 50, the main body 10 can be dissolved at a substantially uniform speed around the entire circumference of the secondary body 20. Therefore, for example, when the main body 10 adheres to the periphery of the secondary body 20 and rises to the surface of the bathtub 50, the secondary body main body 22 of the secondary body 20 can be covered by the main body 10. This allows the secondary body 20 to be initially floated up, without knowing what kind of character it is, and then, as the main body 10 gradually dissolves, the true nature of the character becomes apparent, creating an enjoyable experience.

In the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is located near the edge of the main body 10 (the side closer to the outer surface 10s) in the first form 1F, so that the thickness (volume) of the main body 10 facing one side and the other side of the secondary body main body 22 can be changed. As a result, when the solid bath additive 1 is dropped into the bathtub 50, the way in which the main body 10 remains can be changed between one side and the other side. This allows, for example, the main body 10 to be made thicker on the back side of the character of the secondary body 20, so that when the character is dropped into the bathtub 50 and floats up, the back side of the character becomes heavier and the front side (the side with the face) can be raised up.

In the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, the secondary body 20 is configured in the first form 1F so that the part 21 exposed from the main body 10 can be grasped. For example, when holding the solid bath additive 1 while taking a bath, it is not necessary to hold the main body 10 with wet hands, which improves usability.

In the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, a part 21 of the secondary body 20 exposed from the main body 10 has a rod-shaped part 21a, so that the part protruding from the main body 10 can be made small, and the main body 10 can cover almost the entire solid bath additive 1, resulting in a neat appearance. In addition, a non-rod-shaped part 21b, for example a flat part, is formed in the part 21, making it easier to grip.

In the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, the maximum diameter (L1) of the main body 10 is configured to be longer than the longest side (L2) of the secondary body 20, and the main body 10 is configured to be larger than the secondary body 20, so that a sufficient amount of bath additive can be secured in the solid bath additive 1.

In the solid bath additive 1 of this embodiment, in the second form 2F, the secondary body 20 can be displayed independently because the legs 22c are connected to and supported by the support 30. Also, because the support 30 and the legs 22c are connected in the first form 1F, no special assembly operation is required when displaying the product, and the product can be easily displayed.

In this embodiment of the solid bath additive 1, the secondary body 20 is made of a soft material, making it suitable for playing in the bathtub 50 after the main body 10 has dissolved, and also providing a highly safe character toy.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, the shape of the main body 10 is spherical, but this is not limited to this configuration, and it may also be, for example, a polyhedral configuration.

In the above embodiment, the support 30 is housed in the main body 10 in a state where it is assembled with the secondary body 20, but this configuration is not limited, and they may be provided separately. In the above embodiment, the support 30 is structured to engage with the outer surface of the character's leg 22c, but this configuration is not limited, and for example, a protrusion may be inserted into a hole provided in the leg 22c.

Also, as shown in FIG. 7, the rod-shaped portion 21a may be configured as part of the head portion 22a, and a portion of the head portion 22a may be exposed from the main body portion 10.
