Description
次に、可搬型荷役設備3を用いた液体水素の移送方法について説明する。なお、以下に説明する移送方法は、陸側低温タンク10から船側低温タンク20に液体水素を移送するためのものである。また、以下の説明において、遮断弁21a、遮断弁44、開閉弁91の開閉は、制御装置102により制御されて開閉されるものとし、これら以外の弁は、オペレータの手動操作により開閉されることとする。
次に、液体水素を移送している途中で強風、津波、地震などが発生した場合などの緊急時に、船舶2と可搬型荷役設備3とに分離する緊急離脱方法について説明する。なお、本実施形態で説明される緊急離脱方法は、制御装置102によるシーケンス制御により実行される。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 船側低温タンクと陸側低温タンクとの間に介在する液体水素用の可搬型荷役設備であって、
前記船側低温タンクから延びる船側液管の端部と接続可能な第1継手、および、前記陸側低温タンクから延びる陸側液管の端部と接続可能な第2継手を有する液体水素配管と、
前記液体水素配管に設けられた緊急離脱装置と、
前記液体水素配管における前記緊急離脱装置と前記第2継手との間の部分に設けられた遮断弁と、
一端が前記液体水素配管における前記第1継手と前記遮断弁との間の部分と連通し、他端が大気に開放された大気開放流路と、前記大気開放流路を開閉する開閉弁と、前記大気開放流路に設けられた加温部と、を有する大気開放装置と、
前記船側低温タンクから延びる船側ガス管の端部と接続可能な第3継手を有する水素ガス配管と、
一端が前記水素ガス配管に接続され、他端が大気開放された、前記船側低温タンクから導かれた水素ガスを放出するベント配管と、
前記緊急離脱装置である第1緊急離脱装置とは異なる、前記水素ガス配管に設けられた第2緊急離脱装置と、
前記液体水素配管における前記第1継手と前記遮断弁との間の部分と前記水素ガス配管とを接続する接続配管と、を備え、

- 前記遮断弁が閉じられた後で且つ前記緊急離脱装置の離脱が開始される前に、前記開閉弁を開くよう前記開閉弁の開閉を制御する制御装置を更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の液体水素用の可搬型荷役設備。
- 前記制御装置は、前記開閉弁の開閉に加え、前記遮断弁の開閉並びに前記緊急離脱装置の離脱を制御する、請求項3に記載の液体水素用の可搬型荷役設備。

前記液体水素配管に設けられた緊急離脱装置と、
前記液体水素配管における前記緊急離脱装置と前記第2継手との間の部分に設けられた遮断弁と、
一端が前記液体水素配管における前記第1継手と前記遮断弁との間の部分と連通し、他端が大気に開放された大気開放流路と、前記大気開放流路を開閉する開閉弁と、前記大気開放流路に設けられた加温部と、を有する大気開放装置と、を備え、
前記遮断弁は、第1遮断弁であり、
前記船側液管には、第2遮断弁が設けられており、
前記可搬型荷役設備は、前記第1遮断弁および前記第2遮断弁の双方の開閉を制御する制御装置を更に備える、液体水素用の可搬型荷役設備。 - 前記第1遮断弁および第2遮断弁は、それぞれ、エアが供給されるまたはエアが供給されなくなることにより閉状態と開状態との間で切り換わる第1エア駆動弁および第2エア駆動弁であり、
前記可搬型荷役設備は、前記制御装置に制御され、前記第1エア駆動弁および前記第2エア駆動弁へエアを供給するエア供給装置を更に備える、請求項5に記載の液体水素用の可搬型荷役設備。
