Claims (3)
- 複数のスロットが形成されたステータコアと、前記複数のスロットに挿入される複数のコイルと、前記ステータコアを固定するとともに、冷媒を流通させる流路が内部に形成されたハウジングと、前記複数のスロットの外部の前記複数のコイルを封止する熱伝導性の封止材と、を備える回転電機のステータであって、
前記ステータコアの軸方向の両端部に配置され、前記封止材に接して前記封止材を覆う金属製のカバー部材と、を有し、
前記カバー部材は、前記ハウジングに熱的に接続されるとともに、前記ハウジングの前記流路と連通する冷媒流路を内部に有する、回転電機のステータ。 - 前記封止材は、熱伝導性を有する樹脂材料によって成形された樹脂成形品であり、
前記カバー部材に、前記樹脂材料を注入するための注入口を有する、請求項1に記載の回転電機のステータ。 - 前記カバー部材は、中心に貫通孔を有し、
前記貫通孔に、前記回転電機のロータの回転軸を支持する軸受を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機のステータ。
