Description
様々な量のHPC、PVP/VAコポリマー、ポリデキストロース、および他の添加剤を含有する様々な配合のうち、図に示されるように試験結果を分析すると、本発明のコーティング組成物が良好に機能することが観察された。
HPCをHPMCで置き換えて比較用組成物を作成した。ここで、後者は一般に強力なフィルム形成剤であると考えられている。驚くべきことに、HPCを含有する組成物は、120Nの破壊力を有する、より強いフィルムを生成した。その結果を図9に示す。
当業者にとって明らかであるそのようなすべての同様の代替物および改変は、開示および/または請求された発明の概念の精神、範囲および発想の範囲内であると見なされる。
Claims (10)
- 20重量%~35重量%の全固形分量を有する着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物であって、前記組成物は、
(i)0.1重量%~15重量%の水溶性セルロースエーテルであるヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)と、
(ii)0.1重量%~40重量%のN-ビニル-2-ピロリドン-co-酢酸ビニル(PVP/VA)コポリマーと、
(iii)0.1重量%~20重量%のフィルム形成剤であるポリデキストロースと、 (iv)0.0重量%~15重量%の可塑剤であるポリエチレングリコールと、
(v)1重量%~10重量%の中鎖トリグリセリド(MCT)と、
を備える、着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物。 - 前記組成物は、青色1号(FD&Cブルー#1)、青色2号(FD&Cブルー#2)、赤色40号(FD&Cレッド#40)、黄色4号(FD&Cイエロー#5)、黄色5号(FD&Cイエロー#6)、カーマイン色素、サフラン色素、リボフラビン、カラメル色素、赤キャベツ抽出物、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄(赤、黄、黒)からなる群から選択される最大30%の色素含有量をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の着色剤コーティング組成物。
- 20重量%~32重量%の全固形分量を有する非着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物であって、前記組成物は、
(i)0.1重量%~20重量%の水溶性セルロースエーテルであるヒドロキシプロピルセルロースと、
(ii)0.1重量%~40重量%のN-ビニル-2-ピロリドン-co-酢酸ビニル(PVP/VA)コポリマーと、
(iii)0.1重量%~20重量%のフィルム形成剤であるポリデキストロースと、
(iv)0.0重量%~15重量%の可塑剤であるポリエチレングリコールと、
(v)1重量%~10重量%の中鎖トリグリセリド(MCT)と、
を備える、非着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物。 - 前記組成物は、タルクまたはモノステアリン酸グリセロールから選択される5重量%~20重量%の粘着防止剤をさらに備える、請求項1または3に記載のコーティング組成物。
- (a)請求項1に記載の前記着色剤コーティング組成物または請求項3に記載の前記非着色剤コーティング組成物を備えるコーティング懸濁液を作製するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)のコーティング懸濁液を固体基材の表面に塗布してコーティング層を形成するステップと、
(c)前記コーティング層を乾燥させて、前記固体基材の前記表面に乾燥コーティングを形成して、表面に乾燥コーティングが形成された固体基材を、最終コーティング固体製品として形成するステップと、
(d)前記最終コーティング固体製品を回収するステップと、
を含む、固体基材をコーティングする方法。 - 前記固体基材は、農業製品、栄養製品、または医薬品である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- HPCをHPMCに置き換えた点を除いて請求項1に記載の着色剤コーティング組成物と同じ組成を有する着色剤コーティング組成物、または、HPCをHPMCに置き換えた点を除いて請求項3に記載の非着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物と同じ組成を有する非着色剤フィルムコーティング組成物を用いる点を除いて同じ方法と比較したとき、コーティングする方法のステップ(c)における前記コーティング層の乾燥の開始から、前記乾燥コーティングが形成される時点までに要する時間が最大65%減少する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- (a)請求項1に記載の前記着色剤コーティング組成物または請求項3に記載の前記非着色剤コーティング組成物を含むコーティング懸濁液を作製するステップと、
(b)ステップ(a)の前記コーティング懸濁液を固体基材の表面に塗布してコーティング層を形成するステップと、
(c)前記コーティング層を乾燥させて、前記固体基材の前記表面に乾燥コーティングを形成するステップと、
(d)最終コーティング固体製品を得るステップと、
を含む方法によって製造されたコーティングされた固体製品。 - 前記コーティングされた製品は、コーティングされた農業製品、コーティングされた栄養製品、またはコーティングされた医薬品である、請求項8に記載のコーティングされた固体基材。
- 前記コーティングされた医薬製品は、医薬経口固形剤に配合される、請求項9に記載のコーティングされた固体基材。
