Claims (10)
- ガスタービン/ターボ機械の構成部品(1)を冷却するための装置であって、高温ガスが衝突する外面(2)と一体化された冷却通路(3)とを具備する前記装置において、
前記冷却通路(3)の内部には、少なくとも1つの衝突冷却ボア(5)を具備する衝突冷却要素(4)が配置されており、
前記衝突冷却要素(4)が、冷却すべき前記構成部品(1)の標的表面(6)から離隔配置されており、且つ、衝突冷却噴流が前記標的表面(6)に導かれる場合に冷却流体で前記構成部品(1)を冷却するようになっており、
表面構造体(8)が、前記衝突冷却噴流が衝突する前記標的表面(6)に形成されており、
前記表面構造体(8)が、放射状に配置されたリブ(9)であって、前記標的表面(6)から突出している前記リブ(9)によって形成されており、
前記リブ(9)が、直線棒状の形状を有していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記表面構造体(8)が、放射状に配置されたリブ(9)であって、少なくとも交互に異なる形状で前記標的表面(6)から延在している前記リブ(9)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面構造体(8)の前記リブ(9)が、前記衝突冷却ボア(5)の反対側に配置されている中心点(Z)から離隔するように、ラジアル方向外側に向かって延在していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記リブ(9)が、外側に向かってテーパー状になっている液滴状の形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記標的表面(6)の上に延在している前記リブ(9)が、異なる長さ及び/又は高さを有していることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リブ(9)から成る星形の配置が、前記標的表面(6)において、前記衝突冷却ボア(5)の対応する列の反対側に位置する列に形成及び配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ラジアル方向内側に配置されている前記リブ(9)それぞれの開始点と中心点(Z)との距離が、前記リブ(9)の長さの75%~150%に相当することを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記リブ(9)の側面が、少なくとも接続部において前記標的表面(6)に対して直角に延在しており、移行部においてのみシュラウド面(10)に対して傾斜して又は丸められて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シュラウド面(10)が、平坦に且つ前記標的表面(6)に対して平行に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のガスタービン/ターボ機械の構成部品(1)を冷却するための装置を有していることを特徴とするガスタービン/ターボ機械。
