Description
本出願は、2021年2月26日付の韓国特許出願第10-2021-0026972号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
これとともに、図3を参照すれば、前記伝達された熱は、従来の電池モジュール10を含む電池パックの内部に形成される熱伝達部材20および冷却プレート21を通して追加的に伝達される。
前記熱伝達部材は、前記エンドプレートの下端部に隣接するように位置することができる。
したがって、先に説明したように、バスバー170、熱伝達部材180、エンドプレート150、U字状フレーム300の底部に伝達された熱は、第2熱伝導性樹脂層320および冷却プレート700に追加的に伝達される。バスバー170で発生した熱が前記経路を通して冷却されることによって、効果的な冷却が可能である。

Claims (9)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を囲むモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームから露出する前記電池セル積層体の一部分を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに形成されたスロットを介して前記電池セル積層体から突出した電極リードと連結されたバスバーと、
前記バスバーフレームをカバーし、前記電池セル積層体の前面と後面にそれぞれ位置するエンドプレートと、
前記バスバーと連結された熱伝達部材とを含む電池モジュールであって、
前記熱伝達部材は、前記エンドプレートと接触し、
前記エンドプレートは、前記モジュールフレームの底部と接触し、
前記バスバーで発生した熱は、前記熱伝達部材、前記エンドプレート、および前記モジュールフレームの底部に順次に伝達される電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、前記熱伝達部材と面接触して連結される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、電気的に絶縁性を有し、熱伝導性を有する材質で形成された、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートと前記バスバーフレームとの間に位置する絶縁カバーをさらに含み、
前記絶縁カバーは、前記熱伝達部材が前記エンドプレートおよび前記バスバーと接触する部分を除いて前記熱伝達部材を覆う蓋部を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝達部材は、前記エンドプレートの下端部に隣接するように位置する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、複数の前記電池セルが積層される方向に沿って互いに離隔して配置されるように複数形成される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝達部材は、曲がった構造を含み、
前記曲がった構造を介して前記バスバーと少なくとも一面で接触する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記熱伝達部材は、前記バスバーの下端部を支持する突出底部を含み、
前記突出底部と前記バスバーとが接触する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールと、
前記電池モジュールの底部の下に位置する第2熱伝導性樹脂層と、
前記第2熱伝導性樹脂層の下に位置する冷却プレートとを含む電池パック。
