Claims (8)
- 導電線(8)の周囲に押当てたカッタ(14)を前記導電線(8)の先端側に移動させることで前記導電線(8)の絶縁被膜を剥離し、先端側に巻初め剥離かす(8c)の残存した巻初め剥離部(8a)を形成する先端向き剥離機(11)と、
前記先端向き剥離機(11)に隣接して設けられ前記導電線(8)の周囲に押当てたカッタ(24)を前記導電線(8)の基端側に移動させることで前記導電線(8)の絶縁被膜を剥離し、基端側に巻終わり剥離かす(8d)の残存した巻終わり剥離部(8b)を形成する基端向き剥離機(21)と、
前記先端向き及び基端向き剥離機(11,21)のいずれか一方又は双方を前記導電線(8)の長手方向に移動させる剥離機移動手段(31)と
を備えた導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置。
- 先端向き剥離機(11)と基端向き剥離機(21)の双方が、
導電線(8)を中心に回転可能に設けられた回転部材(12,22)と、
カッタ(14,24)が先端に設けられて前記回転部材(12,22)の回りに等間隔であって前記回転部材(12,22)に対して前記カッタ(14,24)側が小径になるように傾斜しかつ軸心を中心に回動可能に設けられた複数のカッタシャフト(13,23)と、
前記複数のカッタシャフト(13,23)の後端に偏心してそれぞれ設けられ前記複数のカッタシャフト(13,23)の前記回転部材(12,22)を中心とした回転に伴う遠心力により前記カッタ(14,24)を前記導電線(8)に押圧させるように前記複数のカッタシャフト(13,23)を回動させる錘(15,25)とを備え、
前記カッタ(14,24)又は前記錘(15,25)が対向するように前記先端向き剥離機(11)に隣接して基端向き剥離機(21)が設けられた
請求項1記載の導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置(10)と、
前記導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置(10)に向かって導電線(8)を所定の張力で繰出す線材操出手段(51)と、
前記導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置(10)を通過した前記導電線(8)を被巻線部材(40)に巻回させる巻線手段(64)と、
を備えた巻線装置。 - 導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置(10)を通過した導電線(8)を係止する係止部材(75)と、前記導電線(8)を切断する切断装置(76)とを更に備えた請求項3記載の巻線装置。
- 切断装置が、導電線(8)が係止された係止部材(75)を移動させる部材移動手段(76)である請求項4記載の巻線装置。
- 巻線手段(64)が、導電線絶縁被膜の剥離装置(10)を通過した導電線(8)が挿通可能なノズル(71)と、前記ノズル(71)を移動させるノズル移動手段(66)と、を備え、
前記ノズル移動手段(66)が剥離機移動手段(31)を兼ねる請求項3ないし5いずれか1項に記載の巻線装置。 - 先端が係止部材(75)に係止された導電線(8)の絶縁被膜を前記導電線(8)の周囲に押当てたカッタ(14)を前記導電線(8)の先端側に移動させることにより所定の長さ剥離して先端側に巻初め剥離かす(8c)の残存した巻初め剥離部(8a)を形成する巻初め剥離工程と、
前記巻初め剥離部(8a)を被巻線部材(40)の巻初め接続部(42a)に係止させる巻初め係止工程と、
前記巻初め接続部(42a)と前記係止部材(75)との間の前記導電線(8)を前記巻初め接続部(42a)の近傍において切断する巻初め切断工程と、
前記巻初め剥離部(8a)に連続する前記導電線(8)を前記被巻線部材(40)に巻回させる巻線工程と、
前記導電線(8)の巻終わり部位における絶縁被膜を前記導電線(8)の周囲に押当てたカッタ(24)を前記導電線(8)の基端側に移動させることにより所定の長さ剥離して基端側に巻終わり剥離かす(8d)の残存した巻終わり剥離部(8b)を形成する巻終わり剥離工程と、
巻終わり剥離部(8b)を前記被巻線部材(40)の巻終わり接続部(42b)に係止させる巻終わり係止工程と、
前記巻終わり接続部(42b)より基端側に延びる前記導電線(8)を前記係止部材(75)に係止させる仮止め工程と、
前記巻終わり接続部(42b)と前記係止部材(75)との間の前記導電線(8)を前記巻終わり接続部(42b)の近傍において切断する巻終わり切断工程と
を有する導電線の巻線方法。
- 巻初め係止工程において、巻初め剥離部(8a)の剥離終わりが係止部材(75)と巻初め接続部(42a)との間になるように係止され、
巻終わり係止工程において、巻終わり剥離部(8b)の剥離終わりが巻終わり接続部(42b)より基端側になるように係止された請求項7記載の導電線の巻線方法。
