Claims (17)
- 加工工具(10)用のダンパ装置(12)であって、
- 空洞(40)と中心軸(18)とを有し、第1表面(48)を備える管状部材(20)と、
- 前記空洞(40)内に配置され、前記中心軸(18)に対して、かつ、前記管状部材(20)に対して半径方向に移動可能なダンピングマス(32)と、
- 該ダンピングマス(32)を前記管状部材(20)に対して相対的に支持する少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)であって、前記ダンピングマス(32)および前記少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)が、前記ダンパ装置(12)の運動振動エネルギを減衰させるように配置されている、少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)と、
- 前記空洞(40)の内部に配置される固定内装部(50)、および第2表面(54)を有する少なくとも1つの固定部(26)と、
- 前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間に設けられた振動減衰材(30)であって、前記ダンパ装置(12)の位置振動エネルギを減衰させるように配置された振動減衰材(30)とを備え、
前記第1表面(48)および前記第2表面(54)がテーパ状であり、
前記振動減衰材が、前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間において、実質的に均等に圧縮されているダンパ装置(12)。 - 前記第1表面(48)および/または前記第2表面(54)が、前記中心軸(18)に対して少なくとも0.2°の平均傾斜を有する請求項1に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定部(26)は、前記振動減衰材(30)が、前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間において実質的に均等に圧縮されるように、前記中心軸(18)に沿った前記管状部材(20)と前記少なくとも1つの固定部(26)との間の相対移動によって組み立てられる請求項1または請求項2に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記振動減衰材(30)が粘弾性材料からなる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記空洞(40)が円柱状の空洞部分(42)を備え、前記ダンピングマス(32)が前記円柱状の空洞部分(42)内に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの固定部(26)の1つ以上の少なくとも一部が前記円柱状の空洞部分(42)内に配置される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記空洞(40)が、前記第1表面(48)を画定するテーパ状の空洞部分(44)を備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定部(26)が、互いに対して固定された少なくとも2つの固定部(26)を備える請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記固定内装部(50)が、固定円筒部を備える請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)のうちの1つ以上が、前記固定内装部(50)に接続されている請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記第2表面(54)が、前記空洞(40)内に挿入されている請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記振動減衰材(30)が、少なくとも10%の減衰比を有する請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記第1表面(48)および前記第2表面(54)が円錐形である請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)とが平行である請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記振動減衰材(30)が、1mm未満の厚さを有する請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 前記振動減衰材(30)が、少なくとも0.35のポアソン比を有する請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)。
- 請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載のダンパ装置(12)を備える加工工具(10)。
- 加工工具(10)用のダンパ装置(12)の組立方法であって、
- 空洞(40)および中心軸(18)を有し、第1表面(48)を有する管状部材(20)を提供することと、
- 前記空洞(40)内に配置され、前記中心軸(18)に対して、かつ、前記管状部材(20)に対して半径方向に移動可能なダンピングマス(32)を提供することと、
- 該ダンピングマス(32)を前記管状部材(20)に対して相対的に支持する少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)であって、前記ダンピングマス(32)および前記少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)が、前記ダンパ装置(12)の運動振動エネルギを減衰させるように配置された少なくとも1つのバネ要素(34,36)を提供することと、
- 前記空洞(40)の内部に配置される固定内装部(50)と、第2表面(54)とを有する少なくとも1つの固定部(26)を提供することと、
- 前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間に、前記ダンパ装置(12)の位置振動エネルギを減衰させるように配置される振動減衰材を提供することと、
- 該振動減衰材(30)が前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間において実質的に均等に圧縮されるように、前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)とを互いに対して位置決めすることとを含み、
前記第1表面(48)および前記第2表面(54)がテーパ状であり、前記振動減衰材(30)が前記第1表面(48)と前記第2表面(54)との間において実質的に均等に圧縮されるように、前記管状部材(20)および前記少なくとも1つの固定部(26)を前記中心軸(18)に沿って互いに相対的に移動させることをさらに含む方法。
