複数の電池セルであって、各々が上部及び下部に各々電極端子を備えた複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを電気的に接続するように電気伝導性を有する接続プレートであって、水平方向へ延びた本体部と、前記電極端子と接触するように前記本体部から延びた接続部と、を備えた接続プレートと、
前記接続プレートが外側に搭載され、前記複数の電池セルを内部に収容するモジュールケースであって、前記複数の電池セルの各々の電極端子を外部に露出するように構成された複数の露出口と、前記露出口の周縁から前記接続プレートに向かって突出したカバー部と、が備えられたモジュールケースと、を含む。
前記モジュールケースの露出口の一部を遮るように前記カバー部の突出端部から水平方向へ折り曲げられて延びた折曲パーツを有し得る。
前記本体部の一部が開口されて形成され、開口の内部に前記接続部が位置するように構成された複数の接続口が備えられ、
前記カバー部は、その開放端が前記接続口に挿入されるように構成され得る。
前記電池セルから噴出される内部物質をスクリーンするように前記接続口から前記電池セルに向かって延びた延長部が備えられ得る。

Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルであって、各々が上部及び下部に各々電極端子を備えた複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを電気的に接続するように電気伝導性を有する接続プレートであって、水平方向へ延びた本体部と、前記電極端子と接触するように前記本体部から延びた接続部と、を備えた接続プレートと、
前記接続プレートが外側に搭載され、前記複数の電池セルを内部に収容するモジュールケースであって、前記複数の電池セルの各々の電極端子を外部に露出するように構成された複数の露出口と、前記露出口の周縁から前記接続プレートに向かって突出したカバー部と、が備えられたモジュールケースと、
を含み、
前記接続プレートは、
前記本体部の一部が開口されて形成され、前記開口の内部に前記接続部が位置するように構成された複数の接続口が備えられ、
ベンティング空間が前記電池セルの上方に維持されることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバー部は、中空が形成され、少なくとも上端が開放された形態で構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カバー部は、
前記モジュールケースの露出口の一部を遮るように前記カバー部の突出端部から水平方向へ折り曲げられて延びた折曲パーツを有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバー部は、その開放端が前記接続口に挿入されるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接続プレートは、
前記電池セルから噴出される内部物質をスクリーンするように前記接続口から前記電池セルに向かって延びた延長部が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 熱伝導性を有するとともに、前記接続プレートの外側に搭載された熱伝導パッドであって、各々が前記接続口と連通するように構成された複数の連通口が形成された熱伝導パッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記連通口は、前記接続口の開口の大きさよりも相対的に小さく形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数の電池セルであって、各々が上部及び下部に各々電極端子を備えた複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを電気的に接続するように電気伝導性を有する接続プレートであって、水平方向へ延びた本体部と、前記電極端子と接触するように前記本体部から延びた接続部と、を備えた接続プレートと、
前記接続プレートが外側に搭載され、前記複数の電池セルを内部に収容するモジュールケースであって、前記複数の電池セルの各々の電極端子を外部に露出するように構成された複数の露出口と、前記露出口の周縁から前記接続プレートに向かって突出したカバー部と、が備えられたモジュールケースと、

前記接続プレートは、
前記本体部の一部が開口されて形成され、前記開口の内部に前記接続部が位置するように構成された複数の接続口が備えられ、
前記カバー部は、その開放端が前記接続口に挿入されるように構成され、
熱伝導性を有するとともに、前記接続プレートの外側に搭載された熱伝導パッドであって、各々が前記接続口と連通するように構成された複数の連通口が形成された熱伝導パッドをさらに含み、
前記熱伝導パッドは、前記電池セルから噴出される内部物質をスクリーンするように各々が前記連通口の周縁から前記連通口の中心に向かって延びる二つ以上のスクリーン部であって、互いに離隔して位置した二つ以上のスクリーン部が備えられたことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを一つ以上含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
