Description
強化円筒セグメントを積み重ねることによって2つの円筒形の浮力要素を形成するステップ、
円周溶接によって隣接する環状セグメントを相互接続するステップ、
コネクタ本体を設けるステップ、及び
2つの浮力要素をコネクタ本体のそれぞれの半径方向側部に接続するステップ。
ここに、出願当初の特許請求の範囲の記載事項を付記する。
[1] 中央支持部材(1)と、半径方向コネクタビーム(5,6)を介して前記中央支持部材に接続され、横方向コネクタビーム(7)を介して相互に接続されている少なくとも3つの浮力アセンブリ(2~4)とを備える、風力タービン用の浮動支持体であって、各浮力アセンブリが、2つの半径方向側部(11,12)と、外側横方向側部(13)と、内側横方向側部(14)とを有するコネクタ本体(10)を備え、2つの横方向コネクタビーム(7,9)及び半径方向コネクタビーム(5)が、前記コネクタ本体(10)の前記内側横方向側部(14)から離れる方向に延在し、固定手段(16,17)が、前記コネクタ本体の前記外側横方向側部(13)に又はその近くに設けられており、前記コネクタ本体の前記半径方向側部(11,12)が各々、それぞれの浮力要素(20,21)に接続されていることを特徴とする、浮動支持体。
[2] 前記コネクタ本体は、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは少なくとも2つの枢動チェーンコネクタを、それらの外側横方向側部で又はその近くで担持する、[1]に記載の浮動支持体。
[3] 前記中央支持部材(1)に取り付けられたチェーン張力付与装置(23)と、前記浮力要素(20,21)間の前記チェーンコネクタ(16,17)から前記チェーン張力付与装置(23)に延在する実質的に直線のチェーン引張経路とを備える、[2]に記載の浮動支持体。
[4] 前記中央支持部材は、垂直部(24)と、前記垂直部に沿って前記コネクタ本体よりも上方の所定の高さから各コネクタ本体(10)に延在する傾斜した半径方向相互接続ビーム(25)とを備える、[1]~[3]のいずれか一項に記載の浮動支持体。
[5] 前記浮力要素(20,21)は、円周溶接によって相互接続された強化円筒セグメント(41,42,43)のスタック(40)を備えた円筒形状のものである、[1]~[4]のいずれか一項に記載の浮動支持体。
[6] 円周溶接によって相互接続された強化円筒セグメント(41,42,43)のスタック(40)から各々形成されている2つの円筒形の浮力要素(20,21)を備える浮力アセンブリ(2,3,4)であって、前記浮力要素(20,21)は、2つの半径方向側部(11,12)と、外側横方向側部(13)と、内側横方向側部(14)とを有するコネクタ本体(10)によって相互接続されており、前記コネクタ本体は、コネクタビームが前記コネクタ本体(10)の前記内側横方向側部(14)から延在するように、2つの横方向コネクタビーム(7,8,9)及び半径方向コネクタビーム(5,6)に取り付けるための取付位置を備え、固定手段(16,17)は、前記コネクタ本体(10)の前記外側横方向側部(13)に又はその近くに設けられており、前記コネクタ本体の前記半径方向側部(11,12)は各々、それぞれの浮力要素(20,21)に接続されている、浮力アセンブリ。
[7] 浮力アセンブリ(2,3,4)を製造する方法であって、
-強化円筒セグメント(41,42,43)を積み重ねることによって2つの円筒形の浮力要素(20,21)を形成するステップと、
-円周溶接によって隣接する環状セグメント(41,42;42,43)を相互接続するステップと、
-2つの半径方向側部(11,12)と、外側横方向側部(13)と、内側横方向側部(14)とを有するコネクタ本体(10)を設けるステップと、前記コネクタ本体は、コネクタビームが前記コネクタ本体の前記内側横方向側部(14)から延在するように、2つの横方向コネクタビーム(7,8,9)に及び半径方向コネクタビーム(5,6)に取り付けるための取付位置を備え、固定手段(16,17)は、前記コネクタ本体の前記外側横方向側部(13)に又はその近くに設けられている、
-前記2つの浮力要素(20,21)を前記コネクタ本体(10)のそれぞれの半径方向側部(11,12)に接続するステップと
を含む方法。
[8] 少なくともいくつかのセグメント(41,42,43)は、環状側板(45)と、前記環状側板の内部で接続された補強構造体(46)とから形成されており、前記方法は、2つのセグメントの前記環状側板(45)を軸方向に当接した関係で配置し、当接する前記環状側板を円形輪郭に沿って互いに溶接して円筒形スタック(40)を形成するステップを含む、[7]に記載の方法。
[9] 前記セグメントを互いに溶接する前に、補強ブラケット(47,49)を前記環状側板(45)の内側に接続するステップを含む、[8]に記載の方法。
[10] 1つの環状側板(45)内に2つ以上の補強パネルを設けるステップを含む、[8]又は[9]に記載の方法。
Claims (5)
- 中央支持部材(1)と、半径方向コネクタビーム(5,6)を介して前記中央支持部材に接続され、横方向コネクタビーム(7)を介して相互に接続されている少なくとも3つの浮力アセンブリ(2~4)とを備える、風力タービン用の浮動支持体であって、各浮力アセンブリが、2つの半径方向側部(11,12)と、外側横方向側部(13)と、内側横方向側部(14)とを有するコネクタ本体(10)を備え、2つの横方向コネクタビーム(7,9)及び半径方向コネクタビーム(5)が、前記コネクタ本体(10)の前記内側横方向側部(14)から離れる方向に延在し、固定手段(16,17)が、前記コネクタ本体の前記外側横方向側部(13)に又は前記外側横方向側部(13)の近くに設けられており、前記コネクタ本体の前記半径方向側部(11,12)が各々、それぞれの浮力要素(20,21)に接続され、前記浮力要素(20,21)の中央線を接続する線は、前記固定手段(16,17)よりも前記中央支持部材(1)の近くに位置していることを特徴とする、浮動支持体。
- 前記コネクタ本体は、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは少なくとも2つの枢動チェーンコネクタを、前記外側横方向側部で又は前記外側横方向側部(13)の近くで担持する、請求項1に記載の浮動支持体。
- 前記中央支持部材(1)に取り付けられたチェーン張力付与装置(23)と、前記浮力要素(20,21)間の前記チェーンコネクタ(16,17)から前記チェーン張力付与装置(23)に延在する実質的に直線のチェーン引張経路とを備える、請求項2に記載の浮動支持体。
- 前記中央支持部材は、垂直部(24)と、前記垂直部に沿って前記コネクタ本体よりも上方の所定の高さから各コネクタ本体(10)に延在する傾斜した半径方向相互接続ビーム(25)とを備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の浮動支持体。
- 前記浮力要素(20,21)は、円周溶接によって相互接続された強化円筒セグメント(41,42,43)のスタック(40)を備えた円筒形状のものである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の浮動支持体。
