Description

The present invention relates to a scaffolding device that is installed directly on a building structure and a method for installing the scaffolding device .

When constructing a building, external scaffolding is installed to surround the outside of the building to allow workers to work at height, such as on the exterior walls and roof. However, depending on the progress of the structural work, there are cases where it is necessary to carry out roof work, parapet work (breast walls), and other work prior to the installation of the external scaffolding in order to protect against rain.

Typical external scaffolding is constructed with multiple layers of scaffolding, and once the lower layers have been set up, workers on the scaffolding repeat the process of assembling the upper layers, stacking each layer upwards. Therefore, with this type of external scaffolding, the desired work cannot be carried out until the scaffolding has been assembled to the desired location.

Therefore, if you want to proceed with roofing work etc. without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, you will have to set up scaffolding using temporary materials such as clamps attached to the cross members of the structure. Assembling this type of scaffolding at a height is dangerous work, and the temporary materials get in the way, making it impossible to install fireproofing under the beams or the steel partition base, which means a lot of finishing work has to be done in the areas where the scaffolding is removed.

To reduce the burden on workers, a girder scaffolding device has been proposed that is composed of multiple support arms that are spaced apart longitudinally and can swing vertically on the webs of the H-shaped steel that constitute the girder of the building, and scaffolding plates that are hung between the support arms (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the proposed girder scaffolding device, the scaffold boards are attached to the girder so that they can swing vertically, making it easy to set up and store the scaffold boards. However, when the scaffold boards are lifted up, they must be stored between the upper and lower flanges of the girder, so the width of the scaffold boards must be shorter than the length of the web, which means there is insufficient working space for workers to carry out their work.

In this way, with conventional girder scaffolding devices, scaffolding boards can be set up relatively safely without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, but there is insufficient work space for workers, making work difficult. On the other hand, when scaffolding is set up using temporary materials such as clamps that grip cross members, workers are forced to carry out dangerous work to set up and remove the scaffolding, and the problem of an increased amount of finishing work required after the scaffolding is removed is not solved.

Therefore, the present invention was devised to solve such problems, and aims to provide a scaffolding device that can be installed at a high point on the structure without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, allowing workers to install and remove it safely and reducing the amount of finishing work required.

In order to achieve the above object, the scaffolding device of the present invention is characterized by comprising a plurality of mounting brackets attached to the horizontal members constituting the framework at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal members, a plurality of arm-shaped support members connected to each of the mounting brackets so as to be freely rotatable in the horizontal direction, and a scaffolding plate that is spanned between each of the support members with each support member swung out vertically relative to the horizontal members. According to the scaffolding device configured in this way, since the support members can rotate horizontally relative to the horizontal members, the length of the support members is less likely to be restricted by the structure of the horizontal members, and the length of the support members can be increased, and the installation width of the scaffolding plate can be widened to ensure sufficient working space for workers to carry out construction work. In addition, according to the scaffolding device configured in this way, the mounting brackets and a plurality of support members connected to each of the mounting brackets so as to be freely rotatable in the horizontal direction are attached to the horizontal members before construction, so that the scaffolding plate can be installed without waiting for the completion of the external scaffolding. Furthermore, according to the scaffolding device configured in this way, workers can safely remove the scaffolding device. Furthermore, a scaffolding device configured in this way can reduce the burden of finishing work on workers after removing the scaffolding device from the cross members.

In addition, if the support members of the scaffolding system can be attached to the cross members before they are erected via mounting brackets, the mounting brackets and support members can be attached to the main body along with the cross members, making the installation of the scaffolding system at high altitudes even safer and easier.

Furthermore, in the scaffolding device, the cross member may have upper and lower flanges, a web connecting the upper flange and the lower flange, and a plurality of rib plates that span the upper and lower flanges and the web and include a plurality of holes arranged above and below, and the mounting bracket may have a bracket body to which the support member is rotatably connected, and a mounting piece that is attached to the bracket body and is parallel to the rib plate and includes a hole provided in a position facing the hole in the rib plate, and the bracket body may be configured to abut against the lower flange with a bolt inserted through the upper hole in the mounting piece and the upper hole in the rib plate. A scaffolding device configured in this way reduces the burden on workers when attaching the mounting bracket to the cross member.

In addition, in the scaffolding device, the cross member may have upper and lower flanges and a web connecting the upper and lower flanges, and the mounting bracket may have a bracket body to which the support member is rotatably connected, and a mounting piece that is attached to the bracket body and includes a hole that is attached below the lower flange. With a scaffolding device configured in this way, the mounting bracket can be removed from the cross member within the structure without leaning outward from the structure, allowing workers to remove the scaffolding device more safely.

Furthermore, in the scaffolding device, each support member may have a connecting fitting that enables connection while allowing the connecting rod that spans between adjacent support members to rotate horizontally. With a scaffolding device configured in this way, adjacent support members can be connected to each other with a connecting rod, and any one of the multiple support members attached to the cross member can be rotated horizontally relative to the cross member to deploy all of the support members vertically relative to the cross member, further reducing the workload of workers in deploying the support members.

The scaffolding device may also be provided with a stopper that prevents the mounting bracket and the support member from rotating when the support member is positioned perpendicular to the cross member. A scaffolding device configured in this way allows workers to assemble the scaffolding device more safely and further reduces the burden of the assembly work on the workers.

In addition, in the scaffolding device, the support member may have a retaining metal fitting at the tip thereof for detachably holding the handrail post. The scaffolding device configured in this manner facilitates the installation of handrails such as handrail frames and upper handrails. The retaining metal fitting may also include a cylindrical outer pipe, an inner pipe inserted into the outer pipe and having an upper end protruding upward from the upper end of the outer pipe and an L-shaped first notch at the protruding upper end portion, a lock pipe inserted into the inner pipe so as to be movable in the axial direction and having a second notch at a position corresponding to the tip of the first notch, and a coil spring for biasing the lock pipe upward. When the retaining metal fitting is configured in this manner, the handrail post can be locked and connected by simply inserting the inner pipe into the handrail post having a bolt penetrating the lower end and then rotating it horizontally. This facilitates the installation of the handrail post on the scaffolding device by the worker, allowing the worker to install the handrail post safely and easily.

Furthermore, the method for installing the scaffolding device of the present invention includes the steps of attaching a plurality of mounting brackets to the cross members constituting the unconstructed structure at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cross members, connecting a plurality of arm-shaped support members to each of the mounting brackets so that they can rotate horizontally, and attaching the support members to the unconstructed cross members, installing the cross members to which the mounting brackets and support members are attached, swinging out the support members vertically relative to the cross members after the cross members are erected, and installing scaffolding boards between each of the support members. According to the method for installing the scaffolding device configured in this way, by attaching the mounting brackets and a plurality of support members connected to each of the mounting brackets so that they can rotate horizontally to the cross members beforehand to the unconstructed cross members, the scaffolding boards can be safely installed at high points on the structure using the cross members without waiting for the completion of the external scaffolding. In addition, according to the method for installing the scaffolding device, the support member can be rotated horizontally relative to the cross member, and the support member can be made parallel to the cross member, so the support member does not get in the way when transporting the cross member to the top of the structure and when bridging between the columns, and does not impede the workability of installing the cross member. Furthermore, according to the method for installing the scaffolding device, the support member can be rotated horizontally relative to the cross member, so the length of the support member is less likely to be restricted by the structure of the cross member and the length of the support member can be increased, so the installation width of the scaffolding board can be made wider than that of conventional scaffolding devices, and sufficient work space for workers can be secured. Therefore, according to the method for installing the scaffolding device, it is possible to install it at a high point on the structure without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, and workers can install it safely.

According to the scaffolding device and the method for installing the scaffolding device of the present invention, it is possible to install it at a high point on the main structure without waiting for the completion of the external scaffolding, allowing workers to safely perform installation and removal work and reducing finishing work.

The scaffolding device 1 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this document, as shown in FIG. 1, the scaffolding device 1 is described as being attached to a girder 2 as the uppermost cross member of the building's framework S and a beam not shown, and is used as a scaffold when workers carry out roof or parapet work on the building. Although the scaffolding device 1 is attached to the uppermost girder and beam of the building's framework S as cross members, a girder or beam other than the uppermost may be attached as a cross member. In addition, the scaffolding device 1 may be attached to a cross member at a location on the building where the building is uneven and therefore unsuitable for the installation of an external scaffold.

As shown in Fig. 1, the skeleton S of a building includes a plurality of columns 3 erected vertically on the ground not shown in the figure, and beams 2 spanned between the columns 3, 3. For convenience of explanation, Fig. 1 shows only a part of the skeleton S, and the skeleton S actually includes a number of columns 3 arranged in rows and columns in the frontage direction and the depth direction, a number of beams 2 spanned between the columns 3, 3 in either the frontage direction or the depth direction, and a number of beams spanned between the columns 3, 3 in the other frontage direction or the depth direction, forming a rigid frame structure. The scaffolding device 1 is attached to the uppermost beam 2 of the skeleton S in Fig. 1, but is installed on the beams 2 and beams arranged on the outermost periphery of the skeleton S.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the girder 2 is an H-shaped steel beam, and includes upper and lower flanges 2a, 2b, a web 2c connecting the upper flange 2a and the lower flange 2b, and a plurality of rib plates 2d that span between the flanges 2a, 2b and the web 2c and are perpendicular to them. The beam to which the scaffolding device 1 is attached also has a similar configuration to the girder 2 , so a detailed description of the beam will be omitted. As shown in Fig. 2, the rib plate 2d of the girder 2 is provided on the girder 2 at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and each has two holes 2e, 2f formed in a line along the vertical direction on the lower side. In addition, the width of the rib plate 2d is set shorter than the width from the web 2c to the side of the flanges 2a, 2b so that the rib plate 2d does not protrude outward from the side of the upper and lower flanges 2a, 2b when viewed from the axial direction of the girder 2.

In the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the mounting brackets 4 constituting the scaffolding device 1 are attached to the girder 2 or beam, which is a cross member, by being attached to the rib plate 2d. The rib plate 2d may be a stiffener that prevents the girder 2 or beam from buckling. Therefore, the mounting brackets 4 may be attached to the stiffener. The mounting brackets 4 may be directly attached to the flanges 2a, 2b or web 2c, in addition to being attached to the rib plate 2d. The cross member may be made of steel other than H-shaped steel. The rib plate 2d to which the mounting brackets 4 are attached is provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the girder 2 in FIG. 2, but may be provided at unequal intervals according to the length of the scaffolding board 6 described later.

The scaffolding device 1 is composed of a plurality of mounting brackets 4 that are attached to each rib plate 2d of the girder 2 or beam as a cross member constituting the structure S, and are attached at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the girder 2 or beam, a plurality of arm-shaped support members 5 that are connected to each of the mounting brackets 4 so as to be freely rotatable in the horizontal direction, a scaffolding board 6 that is spanned between each of the support members 5, 5 with each support member 5 extended perpendicularly to the girder 2 or beam, and a handrail device 7 that is attached to the support member 5.

As described above, the support members 5 are connected to the mounting brackets 4 attached to each rib plate 2d of the girder 2 one by one. When the support members 5 are rotated horizontally relative to the mounting brackets 4 to be parallel to the web 2c of the girder 2, the support members 5 can be accommodated between the upper and lower flanges 2a, 2b. In the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the support members 5 are rotated horizontally relative to the mounting brackets 4 to be deployed in a position perpendicular to the girder 2, and the scaffolding boards 6 are placed between the adjacent support members 5, 5, so that the scaffolding can be set up on the side of the girder 2. In addition, by attaching the handrail device 7 to the tip of the support member 5, the outer periphery of the scaffolding can be surrounded by handrails, and workers can safely carry out construction work on the scaffolding surrounded by the handrails.

The mounting bracket 4 includes a bracket body 41 to which the support member 5 is rotatably connected, and a mounting piece 42 attached to the bracket body 41 and connecting the bracket body 41 to the rib plate 2d. As shown in FIG. 3, the bracket body 41 includes a vertical plate 43, an upper support piece 44 attached to the upper end of the vertical plate 43, a lower support piece 45 attached to the front side of the vertical plate 43, positioned below the upper support piece 44, and facing the upper support piece 44, and a connection pin 46.

The vertical plate 43 is formed by bending a plate material as a base material toward the rear side in an L-shape in FIG. 3, with one side facing the front side. The other piece of the plate material is bent and parallel to the rib plate 2d of the girder material 2 to form the mounting piece 42. In other words, in the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the vertical plate 43 and mounting piece 42 of the fitting body 41 are formed from a single bent plate material. The upper ends of the mounting piece 42 and the vertical plate 43 are flush, but the vertical length of the mounting piece 42 is shorter on the lower side than the vertical length of the vertical plate 43, and the vertical plate 43 protrudes downward from the mounting piece 42.

The mounting piece 42 has two holes 42a, 42b that are aligned vertically. When the mounting piece 42 is brought into contact with the rib plate 2d, the holes 42a and 2e face each other, and the holes 42b and 2f face each other.

The vertical plate 43 and the mounting piece 42 are formed by bending a single plate material as the base material to improve strength and reduce costs, but the vertical plate 43 and the mounting piece 42 may be formed of separate plate materials and connected by welding or the like.

As shown in FIG. 3, the upper support piece 44 is formed of a rectangular plate-shaped material with a notch 44a cut off at one corner, and is welded to the L-shaped upper end surfaces of the vertical plate 43 and the mounting piece 42, and is fixed to the vertical plate 43 and the mounting piece 42. The upper support piece 44 is welded to the L-shaped upper end surfaces of the vertical plate 43 and the mounting piece 42 with the notch 44a side facing the back side of the vertical plate 43, and has a portion that protrudes toward the front side of the vertical plate 43. The portion of the upper support piece 44 that protrudes toward the front side of the vertical plate 43 has a hole 44b through which the connection pin 46 is inserted vertically.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lower support piece 45 is rectangular and includes a plate 45a attached to the lower side of the front surface of the vertical plate 43 and positioned below the portion of the upper support piece 44 that protrudes toward the front surface of the vertical plate 43, and a pair of support plates 45b, 45b attached below the plate 45a on the front surface of the vertical plate 43 to support the plate 45a. The plate 45a of the lower support piece 45 includes a hole 45c at a position directly opposite the hole 44b of the upper support piece 44.

The connection pin 46 has a shaft 46a that can be inserted into the hole 44b of the upper support piece 44 and the hole 45c of the lower support piece 45, and a ring-shaped handle 46b connected to the upper end of the shaft 46a. Thus, a worker at the scaffolding device 1 can hold the handle 46b and insert and remove the shaft 46a of the connection pin 46 from above the upper support piece 44 into the holes 44b and 45c. Since the handle 46b cannot pass through the holes 44b and 45c, when the shaft 46a is inserted into the holes 44b and 45c from above the upper support piece 44, the connection pin 46 is assembled to the metal fitting body 41 with the handle 46b supported by the upper support piece 44.

The mounting bracket 4 configured in this manner is attached to the girder 2 as a cross member as follows. First, the upper flange 2a of the girder 2 is placed on top and the lower flange 2b is placed on top of multiple steel materials (not shown) so that the girder 2 is raised above the ground. Then, the mounting piece 42 is butted against the rib plate 2d of the girder 2 in parallel, and the hole 42a above the mounting piece 42 is directly opposed to the hole 2e above the rib plate 2d. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, when the bolt B is inserted through the hole 42a of the mounting piece 42 and the hole 2e of the rib plate 2d, the lower side of the bracket body 41 is subjected to a force that rotates in a direction approaching the girder 2 with the bolt B as a fulcrum due to gravity, and the back surface of the vertical plate 43 is pressed against the side surface of the lower flange 2b of the girder 2. The distance from an imaginary line passing through the centers of holes 42a, 42b of the mounting piece 42 to the back surface of the vertical plate 43 is approximately the same as the distance from an imaginary line passing through the centers of holes 2e, 2f of the rib plate 2d to the side surface of the lower flange 2b, and the vertical distance from the bottom end of the vertical plate 43 to the lower hole 42a of the mounting piece 42 is longer than the vertical distance from the bottom end of the lower flange 2b to the lower hole 2f of the rib plate 2d.

As described above, when bolt B is inserted through hole 42a and hole 2e, even if the worker does not hold the mounting bracket 4, the mounting bracket 4 is temporarily fixed in a position where the lower hole 42b of the mounting piece 42 faces the lower hole 2f of the rib plate 2d due to the support of the mounting bracket 4 by bolt B and the abutment of the vertical plate 43 of the bracket body 41 against the flange 2b.

After that, a nut (not shown) is screwed onto the bolt B, and the mounting piece 42 and the rib plate 2d are fastened with the bolt B and nut to fix them together, and a bolt (not shown) is also inserted through the lower hole 42b of the mounting piece 42 and the lower hole 2f of the rib plate 2d to clamp and fix the mounting piece 42 and the rib plate 2d with the nut and bolt. Then, the fitting body 41 is fixed to the rib plate 2d via the mounting piece 42, and the mounting fitting 4 can be attached to the girder 2.

As shown in FIG. 5, the support member 5 includes a connecting bracket 51 that is rotatably connected to the bracket body 41 of the mounting bracket 4 in the horizontal direction of the girder 2, a retaining bracket 52 that holds the handrail device 7, a support beam 53 that is horizontally positioned between the connecting bracket 51 and the retaining bracket 52 to connect them, and a stopper 63.

As shown in FIG. 5, the connection fitting 51 is composed of a square pipe 51a and plates 51b, 51c that close the upper and lower open ends of the square pipe 51a. The upper plate 51b is L-shaped and is welded and fixed to the upper end and upper side of the square pipe 51a, and has a hole 51d that leads into the square pipe 51a and allows the shaft 46a of the connection pin 46 to be inserted. The lower plate 51c is rectangular in plan view and welded and fixed to the lower end of the square pipe 51a, and has a hole 51e that leads into the square pipe 51a and faces the hole 51d of the upper plate 51b to allow the shaft 46a of the connection pin 46 to be inserted.

As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the retaining fitting 52 comprises a cylindrical outer pipe 52a, an inner pipe 52b that is inserted into the outer pipe 52a and has an upper end that protrudes upward from the upper end of the outer pipe 52a, and a lock pipe 52c that is inserted into the inner pipe 52b so as to be movable up and down in the axial direction.

The outer pipe 52a is cylindrical and has a pair of fixing holes (not shown) on the upper side that face each other with a phase difference of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction, and a peep hole 52a1 formed by a long hole provided in the vertical direction below one of the fixing holes, and both the upper and lower ends are open and not closed.

The inner pipe 52b is a cylindrical member with a bottom, and is provided with a pair of L-shaped first notches 52b1 opening from the upper end, a pair of fixing holes 52b2 facing each other with a phase difference of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction on the lower side, and a peep hole 52b3 formed as an elongated hole provided in the vertical direction below one of the fixing holes 52b2, and is closed at the lower end by a bottom 52b4 having a hole 52b5. The first notches 52b1 are of the same shape and are provided so as to be point symmetrical with respect to each other with respect to the axis of the inner pipe 52b as the center. The inner pipe 52b is inserted into the outer pipe 52a with the peephole 52b3 facing the peephole 52a1 of the outer pipe 52a and the fixing hole 52b2 facing a fixing hole (not shown) of the outer pipe 52a, and is fixed to the outer pipe 52a by a bolt 52d inserted through the fixing hole 52b2 and the fixing hole of the outer pipe 52a and a nut 52e screwed onto the tip of the bolt 52d. When the inner pipe 52b is attached to the outer pipe 52a in this manner, the inner pipe 52b is fixed to the outer pipe 52a with its upper part, where the first notch 52b1 is provided, protruding upward from the upper end of the outer pipe 52a. The fixing holes of the outer pipe are provided so that the bolts 52d are disposed diagonally across the extension direction of the support beam 53 in the cross section of the outer pipe 52a, and the bolts 52d and nuts 52e fit within the width of the outer pipe 52a when the outer pipe 52a is viewed from the extension direction of the support beam 53. Therefore, when the support members 5 are stacked in a lying position with the sides of the square pipes 51a, the support beams 53, and the outer pipes 52a parallel to the ground, the bolts 52d and nuts 52e do not interfere with the adjacent support members 5. Therefore, the bolts 52d and nuts 52e can be protected during transportation and storage of the support members 5.

The lock pipe 52c is a cylindrical member with a bottom, and is inserted into the inner pipe 52b so as to be movable in the vertical direction, which is the axial direction. The lock pipe 52c has a pair of arc-shaped second notches 52c1 at the upper end, which are provided at positions facing the circumferentially extended tips of the first notches 52b1 of the inner pipe 52b, guide holes 52c2 formed as elongated holes provided in the vertical direction and facing each other with a phase difference of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction on the lower side, and an insertion hole 52c3 provided below one of the guide holes 52c2.

The lock pipe 52c also has a rod 52c5 that is attached to the bottom 52c4 and extends downward. A ring-shaped handle 52c6 is attached to the lower end of the rod 52c5. The lock pipe 52c thus configured is inserted from above into the inner periphery of the inner pipe 52b together with the coil spring 52f, as shown in FIG. 2.

The rod 52c5 attached to the lock pipe 52c protrudes downward from the inner pipe 52b through a hole 52b5 in the bottom 52b4 of the inner pipe 52b. The handle 52c6 can be attached to the lower end of the rod 52c5 after the lock pipe 52c is inserted into the inner pipe 52b. The coil spring 52f is attached to the outer periphery of the rod 52c5 beforehand when the lock pipe 52c is inserted into the inner pipe 52b, and is positioned between the bottom 52c4 of the lock pipe 52c and the bottom 52b4 of the inner pipe 52b when the lock pipe 52c is inserted into the inner pipe 52b.

The bolt 52d that fixes the inner pipe 52b to the outer pipe 52a is inserted into the guide hole 52c2 of the lock pipe 52c, and the lock pipe 52c can move up and down relative to the inner pipe 52b by the distance that the bolt 52d can move within the guide hole 52c2. By inserting the bolt 52d into the guide hole 52c2, the lock pipe 52c can move up and down relative to the inner pipe 52b, but movement in the circumferential direction is restricted. By inserting the lock pipe 52c into the guide hole 52c2 of the bolt 52d, the lock pipe 52c can move axially relative to the outer pipe 52a and the inner pipe 52b, but the insertion hole 52c3 is always positioned opposite the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3.

When the lock pipe 52c is attached to the outer pipe 52a and the inner pipe 52b in this manner, the coil spring 52f is sandwiched in a compressed state between the bottom 52c4 of the lock pipe 52c and the bottom 52b4 of the inner pipe 52b, and urges the lock pipe 52c in a direction that pushes it upward relative to the inner pipe 52b. Therefore, the lock pipe 52c is maintained in a state in which the bolt 52d is positioned at the lower end of the guide hole 52c2 by the coil spring 52f, and when it receives a force compressing the coil spring 52f from above, it moves downward and retreats into the inner pipe 52b.

Furthermore, as described above, when the lock pipe 52c is attached to the outer pipe 52a and the inner pipe 52b, when the lock pipe 52c is pushed up to its maximum extent against the inner pipe 52b by the coil spring 52f, each second notch 52c1 of the lock pipe 52c faces the tip portion of each first notch 52b1 of the inner pipe 52b.

The support beam 53 includes an upper pipe 53a that is bridged between the upper plate 51b of the connection fitting 51 and the upper end of the outer pipe 52a of the holding fitting 52, a lower pipe 53b that is arranged below the upper pipe 53a in parallel with the upper pipe 53a and bridges between the lower end of the square pipe 51a of the connection fitting 51 and the lower end of the outer pipe 52a of the holding fitting 52, and a number of diagonal members 53c that are bridged between the upper pipe 53a and the lower pipe 53b. The upper pipe 53a, the lower pipe 53b, and the diagonal members 53c are all made of cylindrical pipe material.

The support beam 53 connects the connecting fittings 51 and the retaining fittings 52, and also serves to support the scaffolding board 6 that is hung on the upper pipe 53a. The diagonal member 53c is hung diagonally between the upper pipe 53a and the lower pipe 53b, and together with the upper pipe 53a and the lower pipe 53b, forms a truss structure, improving the strength of the support beam 53.

The support member 5 configured in this way can be connected to the mounting bracket 4 as follows. First, the connecting fitting 51 of the support member 5 is inserted between the upper support piece 44 and the lower support piece 45 of the mounting bracket 4, and the hole 44b of the upper support piece 44 is aligned with the hole 51d of the plate 51b, and the hole 45c of the lower support piece 45 is aligned with the hole 51e of the plate 51c. From this state, the connection pin 46 is inserted into the holes 44b, 45c, 51c, and 51d from above the upper support piece 44. Then, the connecting fitting 51 of the support member 5 is hinged to the mounting bracket 4 by the connection pin 46, and the support member 5 is attached to the mounting bracket 4 so that it can rotate in the water direction with respect to the girder 2 with the shaft portion 46a of the connection pin 46 as the rotation axis. In addition, the connecting fitting 51 of the support member 5 is sandwiched between the upper support piece 44 and the lower support piece 45 of the mounting bracket 4 and is supported by the mounting bracket 4, so the support member 5 is attached to the mounting bracket 4 without rattling and can rotate horizontally.

Furthermore, a stopper 63 is attached to the mounting bracket side, which is the base end side of the lower pipe 53b, so as to be rotatable by a hinge connection. As shown in Figs. 5 and 7, the stopper 63 has a pair of legs 63a, 63b facing each other across the lower pipe 53b, a back 63c connecting the upper ends of the legs 63a, 63b, and a pin 63d that hinges the legs 63a, 63b perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the lower pipe 53b, and is connected to the lower pipe 53b so as to be rotatable around the pin 63d. Note that the pin 63d is not shown in Fig. 7.

The legs 63a and 63b protrude from the pin 63d toward the connecting fitting 51, and the center of gravity of the stopper 63 is located closer to the connecting fitting 51 than the pin 63d, so the stopper 63 always tries to rotate clockwise in FIG. 5, and when the lower ends of the legs 63a and 63b are not supported, the back 63c comes into contact with the square pipe 51a of the connecting fitting 51 and stops. The width between the legs 63a and 63b is slightly wider than the width of the lower plate 51c of the connecting fitting 51 and the plate 45a of the lower support piece 45 of the fitting body 41.

When the support member 5 is attached to the mounting bracket 4 and is arranged parallel to the beam 2, one of the legs 63a, 63b rides on the plate 45a of the lower support piece 45 of the mounting bracket 4 and is supported from below, and the stopper 63 is maintained in an inclined position with the back 63c approaching the lower pipe 53b. When the support member 5 is rotated horizontally relative to the beam 2 and swung out away from the beam 2, and the support member 5 becomes perpendicular to the beam 2, the plate 45a is positioned in front of the stopper 63. Then, the legs 63a, 63b that had been riding on the plate 45a of the lower support piece 45 come off the plate 45a, and the stopper 63 rotates from the inclined position, the plate 45a enters between the legs 63a, 63b, and takes a stationary position in which the back 63c mentioned above is in contact with the square pipe 51a. In this state, the legs 63a, 63b of the stopper 63 face the side surfaces of the plate 45a of the lower support piece 45 so as to sandwich the plate 45a, so that even if the support member 5 is attempted to be rotated in any direction from a position perpendicular to the girder 2 to a horizontal direction, they interfere with the side surfaces of the plate 45a and restrict the rotation of the support member 5. In this way, when the support member 5 is attached to the girder 2 via the mounting bracket 4, the stopper 63 automatically rotates by gravity when the support member 5 is rotated to a position perpendicular to the girder 2, causing the legs 63a, 63b to face the side surfaces of the plate 45a and restricting the rotation of the support member 5. When the back 63c of the stopper 63 is pressed and rotated toward the lower pipe 53b, the legs 63a and 63b are lifted and disengaged from the plate 45a, and the support member 5 is rotated in any direction in the horizontal direction, one of the legs 63a and 63b rides onto the plate 45a, causing the stopper 63 to assume an inclined position, allowing the support member 5 to rotate in the horizontal direction. In this way, the stopper 63 restricts the rotation of the support member 5 when the support member 5 is positioned in the deployed position perpendicular to the beam 2, and allows the support member 5 to rotate when the support member 5 is in a position other than the deployed position.

Returning to the point, a connecting fitting 60 is provided on the retaining fitting side, which is the tip side of the lower pipe 53b. The connecting fitting 60 is equipped with a shaft 61 that rises vertically from the lower pipe 53b and has a slit at its upper end, which is the tip, and a stopper plate 62 that is rotatably attached to the shaft 61 by a hinge connection and moves in and out of the slit. When the shaft 61 is in a vertical position due to the position of the center of gravity, a portion of the stopper plate 62 protrudes from the slit, and when pressed from the outside, it is completely housed in the slit.

As shown in Figure 9, a connecting rod 67 with connecting rings 67a on both ends is attached to the connecting fitting 60 configured in this way. The shaft 61 is inserted into the connecting ring 67a of the connecting rod 67, and when the connecting ring 67a pushes the stopper 62 into the slot and moves past the stopper 62 toward the base end of the shaft 61, the stopper 62 protrudes outward from the slot, preventing the connecting ring 67a from coming off the shaft 61. To remove the connecting rod 67 from the connecting fitting 60, the stopper 62 is pushed into the slot and the shaft 61 is pulled out from within the connecting ring 67a. The connecting rod 67 is connected to the connecting fittings 60 of adjacent support members 5 and is bridged between the lower pipes 53b of adjacent support members 5. When multiple support members 5 are connected in this way with the connecting rods 67, when any support member 5 is rotated relative to the girder 2, the rotation of the support member 5 is transmitted to the other support members 5 by the connecting rods 67 and connecting fittings 60, making it easier to deploy the support members 5 relative to the girder 2 and to store them parallel to the girder 2.

In this way, the scaffolding board 6 is spanned between the deployed support members 5, 5. The scaffolding board 6 is provided with a rectangular scaffolding body 6a and hooks 6b, 6c that are provided at both ends of the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding body 6a and hook onto the upper pipe 53a of the support beam 53. In this embodiment, two scaffolding boards 6 are spanned in parallel between the support members 5. The number of scaffolding boards 6 installed between the support members 5, 5 can be changed by setting the length of the support beam 53 of the support member 5. In addition, in the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the hooks 6b, 6c of the scaffolding board 6 are provided with multiple claws (not shown) that enter between the claws of the other in a nested manner to prevent a large gap between the two, thereby preventing tools and building parts from falling off the scaffolding board 6. The structure of the scaffolding board 6 is not limited to the above-mentioned structure as long as it can be spanned between the adjacent support members 5, 5 to form a scaffold.

As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 11, the handrail device 7 comprises a handrail post 71 attached to the retaining metal fittings 52 of the support member 5, and a handrail frame 72 and an upper handrail 73 that are suspended between the handrail posts 71, 71. The handrail post 71 comprises a pipe material 71a, a bolt 71b attached to the lower end of the pipe material 71a so as to penetrate in the diameter direction, and a number of metal fittings 71c, 71d that connect the handrail frame 72 and the upper handrail 73 to the pipe material 71a.

When the upper end of the inner pipe 52b of the retaining bracket 52 is inserted into the pipe material 71a while aligning the bolt 71b with the first notch 52b1 of the inner pipe 52b (see FIG. 2), the bolt 71b enters the first notch 52b1 and pushes down the lock pipe 52c. When the bolt 71b enters the heel portion of the L-shaped first notch 52b1 and then the handrail post 71 is rotated horizontally, the bolt 71b moves to the tip of the first notch 52b1. Then, the bolt 71b faces the second notch 52c1 of the lock pipe 52c, so that the lock pipe 52c slides upward by the force of the coil spring 52f and the bolt 71b is inserted into the second notch 52c1. The lock pipe 52c is restricted from rotating in the horizontal direction by the bolt 52d, and the bolt 71b of the handrail post 71 is located at the tip of the first notch 52b1 of the inner pipe 52b and cannot move up and down. Therefore, when the handrail post 71 is connected to the retaining metal fitting 52 in this way, the bolt 71b enters the second notch 52c1 of the lock pipe 52c, and the handrail post 71 is locked and cannot rotate horizontally relative to the retaining metal fitting 52, and the handrail post 71 is maintained in a connected state to the retaining metal fitting 52. Whether the handrail post 71 is locked or not can be confirmed by the position of the insertion hole 52c3 of the lock pipe 52c, which can be seen from the outside of the retaining metal fitting 52 through the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3. It is positioned in a position facing the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3. If the insertion hole 52c3 is located above the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3, it indicates that the lock pipe 52c is positioned at the topmost position relative to the inner pipe 52b, and it is understood that the handrail support 71 is locked. If the bolt 71b is not in the second notch 52c1 of the lock pipe 52c and the handrail support 71 can rotate horizontally relative to the retaining metal fitting 52, the lock pipe 52c is pressed down relative to the inner pipe 52b by the bolt 71b, and therefore the insertion hole 52c3 is located below the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3.

To remove the handrail post 71 from the retaining bracket 52, the handle 52c6 is used to pull the rod 52c5 downward relative to the inner pipe 52b, causing the bolt 71b to come off the lock pipe 52c, allowing the handrail post 71 to rotate horizontally relative to the inner pipe 52b. In this way, with the lock pipe 52c removed from the bolt 71b, the handrail post 71 can be removed by rotating it horizontally and pulling it upwards to remove it from the retaining bracket 52. It is also possible to unlock the handrail post 71 without using the handle 52c6 by inserting a long, thin tool such as a screwdriver into the insertion hole 52c3 of the lock pipe 52c through the peepholes 52a1 and 52b3 and pushing the lock pipe 52c downward. In this embodiment, the handrail that spans between adjacent handrail posts 71, 71 is made up of a handrail frame 72 and an upper handrail 73, but this is not limited to this. The handrail may be made of simple pipe material, or may be made of wire rope.

The scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner is installed on the uppermost girder 2 of the building's framework S as follows. First, as shown in FIG. 8, before attachment to the framework S, that is, before construction, the mounting brackets 4 are attached to each rib plate 2d of the girder 2 as a cross member using bolts B and nuts in the procedure described above. Note that when attaching the mounting brackets 4 to the girder 2, it is preferable to attach them with the connection pin 46 removed from the bracket body 41, but they may also be attached to the girder 2 with the connection pin 46 attached to the bracket body 41.

Next, the support members 5 are connected to the mounting brackets 4 attached to each rib plate 2d of the girder 2 using the connection pins 46, and the support members 5 are arranged parallel to the girder 2 and housed between the flanges 2a, 2b. After the support members 5 are connected to the mounting brackets 4, a connecting rod 67 is attached to the connecting brackets 60 of each support member 5 as necessary. After the work of attaching the mounting brackets 4 and the support members 5 to the girder 2 on the ground is completed, the girder 2 is lifted and placed between the columns 3, 3 already installed above the structure S, and both ends of the girder 2 are attached to the columns 3, 3. When this girder 2 is transported above the structure S, the support members 5 can be housed between the flanges 2a, 2b of the girder 2, so that the support members 5 do not get in the way and interference of the support members 5 with the structure S is prevented.

In this way, the mounting brackets 4 and support members 5 are attached to the girder 2 before construction, so once the columns 3, 3 are attached to the girder 2 during the framework construction work, the mounting brackets 4 and support members 5 are installed on the framework S.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the support member 5 installed on the uppermost girder 2 of the body S is rotated horizontally relative to the girder 2 and swung out. If the support members 5 are connected by connecting rods 67, by rotating any one of the support members 5, the other support members 5 can be rotated horizontally relative to the girder 2 at the same time. When the support member 5 is placed in a vertical position relative to the girder 2, the stopper 63 comes off the plate 45a of the lower support piece 45, restricting the rotation of the support member 5 and fixing the support member 5 in a deployed state relative to the girder 2. If the support members 5 are not connected to each other by connecting rods 67, each support member 5 can be deployed by rotating it horizontally one by one relative to the girder 2.

After each support member 5 is deployed in a perpendicular position to the girder 2 in this way, the scaffolding board 6 is stretched between the support members 5, 5 as shown in Figure 10. After the scaffolding boards 6 have been installed between all of the support members 5, 5, the handrail posts 71 are attached to the retaining brackets 52 of each support member 5 in the manner described above as shown in Figure 11. Note that in Figures 10 and 11, the connecting rods 67 are omitted to avoid cluttering the illustrations. After the installation of the handrail posts 71 is complete, the handrail frame 72 and upper handrail 73 are stretched between the adjacent handrail posts 71, 71, and the installation of the scaffolding device 1 shown in Figure 1 on the girder 2 is completed.

To remove the scaffolding device 1, first remove the handrail device 7 from the support member 5, and then remove the scaffolding board 6 from the support member 5. After that, a worker standing on a workbench installed on a level below the girder 2 of the structure S can pull out the connection pin 46 from the metal fitting body 41 to remove the support member 5, and then remove the nut (not shown) from the bolt B to remove the mounting metal fitting 4 from the girder 2. In this way, the worker can safely remove the scaffolding device 1.

As described above, the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment comprises a plurality of mounting brackets 4 that are attached to the girder (cross member) 2 constituting the structural body S at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the girder (cross member) 2, a plurality of arm-shaped support members 5 that are connected to each of the mounting brackets 4 so as to be freely rotatable in the horizontal direction, and a scaffolding board 6 that is spanned between each of the support members 5, 5 with each support member 5 extended perpendicularly to the girder (cross member) 2.

With the scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner, the support member 5 can rotate horizontally relative to the girder 2 serving as a cross member, so the length of the support member 5 is less likely to be restricted by the structure of the girder 2 and can be made longer. This allows the installation width of the scaffolding board 6 to be wider than in conventional scaffolding devices, ensuring sufficient working space for workers.

In addition, by attaching the mounting brackets 4 and the multiple support members 5 connected to each of the mounting brackets 4 so that they can rotate horizontally to the girder 2 as cross members before construction, the scaffolding board 6 can be installed without waiting for the completion of the external scaffolding. The scaffolding board 6 can be installed safely by simply extending the support members 5 in a vertical position relative to the girder 2 and then bridging the scaffolding board 6 between the support members 5, 5. Furthermore, since the support members 5 can rotate horizontally relative to the girder 2, if the support members 5 are kept parallel to the girder 2, the support members 5 do not get in the way when transporting the girder 2 to the top of the structure S and bridging the girder 2 between the columns 3, 3, and do not impede the installation work of the girder 2.

To remove the scaffolding device 1, after removing the scaffolding board 6 from the support member 5, a worker standing on a workbench installed on the floor below the girder 2 of the structure S can pull out the connection pin 46 from the metal fitting body 41 to remove the support member 5, and then remove the nut (not shown) from the bolt B to remove the mounting fitting 4 from the girder 2, allowing the worker to safely remove the scaffolding device 1.

In addition, since the support members 5 are attached to the girder 2 as cross members by the mounting brackets 4, the mounting brackets 4 and support members 5 are less likely to interfere with the construction of fireproof coating on the girder 2 or the construction of a light-gauge steel partition base even when the scaffolding device 1 is attached to the girder 2, compared to when scaffolding is set up using temporary materials such as clamps. This reduces the burden of finishing work by workers after removing the scaffolding device 1 from the girder 2 as a cross member.

Therefore, the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment can be installed at a high point on the structure S without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, allowing workers to safely install and remove the scaffolding and reducing the finishing work required by workers.

In addition, the support member 5 in the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment is attached to the girder (cross member) 2 before construction via the mounting bracket 4, so that the mounting bracket 4 and the support member 5 can be installed on the structure S together with the girder 2. Therefore, according to the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the mounting bracket 4 and the support member 5 can be installed on the girder 2 on the safe ground, making the installation work of the scaffolding device 1 at high altitudes even safer and easier.

In addition, in the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the girder (cross member) 2 has upper and lower flanges 2a, 2b, a web 2c connecting the upper flange 2a and the lower flange 2b, and a plurality of rib plates 2d that span between the upper and lower flanges 2a, 2b and the web 2c and include a plurality of holes 2e, 2f arranged above and below, and the mounting bracket 4 has a bracket main body 41 to which the support member 5 is rotatably connected, and an attachment piece 42 attached to the bracket main body 41, which is parallel to the rib plate 2d and includes holes 42a, 42b provided in a position facing the holes 2e, 2f of the rib plate 2d, and the bracket main body 41 abuts against the lower flange 2b with a bolt B inserted through the upper hole 42a of the mounting piece 42 and the upper hole 2e of the rib plate 2d. In the scaffolding device 1 configured in this way, when the bolt B is inserted through the upper hole 42a of the mounting piece 42 and the upper hole 2e of the rib plate 2d, the mounting bracket 4 can be temporarily fixed in a position where the lower hole 42b of the mounting piece 42 faces the lower hole 2f of the rib plate 2d, by supporting the mounting bracket 4 with the bolt B and abutting the flange 2b of the bracket body 41, even if the worker does not hold the mounting bracket 4. Therefore, with the scaffolding device 1 configured in this way, the burden on the worker in attaching the mounting bracket 4 to the girder (cross member) 2 is reduced.

Furthermore, in the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, each support member 5 has a connecting fitting 60 that allows the connecting rod 67 that spans between adjacent support members 5, 5 to rotate horizontally while still allowing connection. According to the scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner, adjacent support members 5, 5 can be connected to each other with the connecting rod 67, and any one of the multiple support members 5 attached to the beam (cross member) 2 can be rotated horizontally relative to the beam (cross member) 2 to deploy all of the support members 5 vertically relative to the beam (cross member) 2. Therefore, according to the scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner, the workload of the worker in deploying the support members 5 in the scaffolding device 1 can be further reduced.

The scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment is provided with a stopper 63 that prevents the mounting bracket 4 and the support member 5 from rotating when the support member 5 is positioned perpendicular to the girder (cross member) 2. With the scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner, there is no need for the worker to hold the support member 5 so that its position does not change when the scaffolding board 6 is being placed between the support members 5, 5, and there is also no need to hold the support member 5 in the deployed position with a separate part after the scaffolding board 6 is installed on the support member 5. Therefore, with the scaffolding device 1 configured in this manner, the worker can assemble the scaffolding device 1 more safely and the burden of the assembly work on the worker can be further reduced.

In the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the support member 5 has a retaining metal fitting 52 that detachably holds the handrail post 71 at its tip, which facilitates the installation of handrails such as the handrail frame 72 and the upper handrail 73. In the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, the retaining metal fitting 52 includes a cylindrical outer pipe 52a, an inner pipe 52b that is inserted into the outer pipe 52a and has an upper end that protrudes upward from the upper end of the outer pipe 52a and has an L-shaped first notch 52b1 at the protruding upper end portion, a lock pipe 52c that is inserted into the inner pipe 52b movably in the up and down direction that is the axial direction and has a second notch 52c1 at a position that coincides with the tip of the first notch 52b1 at the upper end, and a coil spring 52f that urges the lock pipe 52c upward. When the retaining fitting 52 is configured in this manner, the handrail post 71 can be locked and connected by simply inserting the inner pipe 52b into the handrail post 71 having the bolt 71b penetrating the lower end and then rotating it horizontally. This makes it easier for workers to install the handrail post 71 on the scaffolding device 1, so that the worker can install the handrail post 71 safely and simply.

The method for installing the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment includes the steps of attaching a plurality of mounting brackets 4 to the girder (cross member) 2 constituting the pre-construction structure S at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the girder (cross member) 2, connecting a plurality of arm-shaped support members 5 to each of the mounting brackets 4 so as to be rotatable horizontally, and attaching the support members 5 to the pre-construction girder (cross member) 2, installing the girder (cross member) 2 to which the mounting brackets 4 and support members 5 are attached to the structure S, and installing the scaffolding boards 6 between each support member. According to the installation method for the scaffolding device 1 configured in this way, the mounting brackets 4 and a plurality of support members 5 connected to each of the mounting brackets 4 so as to be rotatable horizontally are attached to the pre-construction girder (cross member) 2 in advance, so that the scaffolding boards 6 can be safely installed at a high point of the structure S using the girder 2 without waiting for the completion of the external scaffolding.

In addition, according to the installation method of the scaffolding device 1, the support member 5 can be rotated horizontally relative to the girder (cross member) 2, and the support member 5 can be made parallel to the girder (cross member) 2. Therefore, the support member 5 does not get in the way when transporting the girder (cross member) 2 to the top of the structure S or when bridging the girder (cross member) 2 between the columns 3, 3, and does not impede the installation workability of the girder (cross member) 2.

Furthermore, according to the installation method of the scaffolding device 1, the support member 5 can rotate horizontally relative to the girder (cross member) 2 as a cross member, so the length of the support member 5 is less likely to be restricted by the structure of the girder (cross member) 2 and the length of the support member 5 can be increased, so the installation width of the scaffolding board 6 can be made wider than in conventional scaffolding devices, ensuring sufficient work space for workers. Therefore, according to the installation method of the scaffolding device 1 of this embodiment, it can be installed at a high point on the structure S without waiting for the external scaffolding to be completed, allowing workers to install it safely.

In the above, the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the rib plate 2d attached between the flanges 2a, 2b of the girder (cross member) 2, but as shown in Fig. 12 (a), the mounting bracket 4 may be attached to the rib plate 2g attached to the underside of the lower flange 2b. The rib plate 2g has two holes 2h, 2i arranged vertically, and the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the girder 2 by inserting a bolt B into the holes 42a, 42b and the holes 2h, 2i in the mounting piece 42 of the mounting bracket 4 described above, and the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the girder 2 by the bolt B and a nut not shown. In addition, when the rib plate 2j attached to the underside of the lower flange 2b of the girder (cross member) 2 has holes 2k, 2m arranged horizontally, for example, as shown in Fig . 12 (b), the upper support piece 44 and the upper part of the mounting piece 42 may be extended to the right in Fig. 12 (b), and two holes may be provided at positions that can face the holes 2k, 2m of the mounting piece 42. In this case too, when holes 2k, 2m and the two holes in the mounting piece 42 are opposed to each other and bolt B is inserted into either hole 2k and the opposing hole, or hole 2m and the opposing hole, the upper support piece 44 abuts against the underside of the flange 2b, preventing rotation of the mounting bracket 4 around the bolt B as an axis, so that the mounting bracket 4 can be temporarily fixed to the girder material 2 by inserting bolt B into hole 2k or hole 2m.

When the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the girder 2 by providing rib plates 2g, 2j at the lower end of the girder 2 in this way, the mounting bracket 4 can be removed from the girder 2 within the structure S without having to extend beyond the structure S, allowing workers to remove the scaffolding device 1 more safely.

In the present embodiment, the scaffolding device 1 is installed on the girder 2 made of H-shaped steel as a cross member, but if the structure S is made of reinforced concrete or precast concrete, a plate to which the mounting bracket 4 can be attached can be installed in advance on the structure S side. Therefore, the cross members in the structure S are not limited to steel materials such as H-shaped steel.
