Description
まず、図1を用いて本実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収装置1について説明する。二酸化炭素回収装置1は、バイオガスGから二酸化炭素を回収する。二酸化炭素回収装置1は、具体的には、回収対象となる二酸化炭素を含有するバイオガスGから、回収対象となるバイオガスGよりも高い二酸化炭素濃度のガスを生成する。また、二酸化炭素回収装置1は、バイオガスGから二酸化炭素を回収することにより、高濃度のメタンガスを生成する。二酸化炭素回収装置1の再生部7は、EMAR(Electrochemically-Mediated Amine Regeneration)法を利用する装置である。二酸化炭素回収装置1は、吸収部2と、供給配管5と、ポンプ6と、再生部7と、還流配管17とを含んでいる。
(第1実施形態)
次に、図2を用いて本実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収システム100について説明する。本実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収システム100は、バイオリアクタ110と、上述した二酸化炭素回収装置1と、水電解装置120と、反応装置130とを備える。
次に、図3を用いて本実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収システム100について説明する。本実施形態に係る二酸化炭素回収システム100は、上述したバイオリアクタ110と、上述した二酸化炭素回収装置1と、共電解装置140と、反応装置160とを備える。

Claims (8)
- 二酸化炭素回収装置と、
前記二酸化炭素回収装置で回収された二酸化炭素と水とを共電解して一酸化炭素と水素とを生成する共電解装置と、
前記共電解装置で生成された一酸化炭素と水素とを含む原料を反応させる反応装置と、
バイオリアクタと、
を備える、二酸化炭素回収システムであって、
前記二酸化炭素回収装置は、
二酸化炭素と吸収液に含まれるアミンとの化合物を生成する吸収部と、
前記化合物から二酸化炭素を脱離させて前記アミンの錯化合物を生成するアノードと、前記アノードと電気的に接続され、前記錯化合物から前記アミンを再生するカソードと、前記アノードが設けられるアノード室と、前記カソードが設けられるカソード室とを区画するセパレータとを含む再生部と、
を備え、
前記バイオリアクタは、飲料工場に設置され、食品廃棄物を含むバイオマスから、メタン及び二酸化炭素を含むバイオガスを生成し、
前記吸収部は前記バイオガスに含まれる二酸化炭素と前記吸収液に含まれるアミンとの化合物を生成する、二酸化炭素回収システム。 - 前記化合物はカルバメートである、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記錯化合物は、前記二酸化炭素と前記アミンとの前記化合物と、前記アノードに含まれる金属との配位化合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記金属は銅である、請求項3に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記再生部は、前記アノード室から送られ、前記アノードで脱離した二酸化炭素と前記アミンの錯化合物を含む吸収液とを分離する気液分離部を含み、
前記アミンの錯化合物を含む吸収液は前記気液分離部から前記カソード室に送られる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。 - 前記反応装置は炭化水素を生成する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記反応装置はフィッシャー-トロプシュ法によって炭素数が2以上4以下のオレフィンを含む炭化水素を生成する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 吸収部と、アノードと、前記アノードと電気的に接続されたカソードと、前記アノードが設けられるアノード室と、前記カソードが設けられるカソード室とを区画するセパレータとを含む再生部とを備える二酸化炭素回収装置と、
共電解装置と、
反応装置と、
バイオリアクタと、を備える二酸化炭素回収システムで二酸化炭素を回収する二酸化炭素回収方法であって、
二酸化炭素と吸収液に含まれるアミンとの化合物を前記吸収部で生成する工程と、
前記化合物から二酸化炭素を脱離させて前記アミンの錯化合物を前記アノードで生成する工程と、
前記錯化合物から前記アミンを前記カソードで再生する工程と、
前記二酸化炭素回収装置で回収された二酸化炭素と水とを共電解して一酸化炭素と水素とを生成する工程と、
前記共電解装置で生成された一酸化炭素と水素とを含む原料を前記反応装置で反応させる工程と、
を含み、
前記バイオリアクタは、飲料工場に設置され、食品廃棄物を含むバイオマスから、メタン及び二酸化炭素を含むバイオガスを生成し、
前記吸収部は前記バイオガスに含まれる二酸化炭素と前記吸収液に含まれるアミンとの化合物を生成する、二酸化炭素回収方法。
