Description
- 紙シートの各面について、TAPPI/ANSI T 558 om-15 (2015)に従って、まず水接触角を0.1秒、1秒、及び10秒の接触時間において測定し、
- 次いで、これら3つの測定した水接触角を平均して、各面についての平均値を得て、
- 紙シートの各面についての平均値を平均することによって、紙シートの水接触角を決定する。
- 10mm/分(機械方向において)及び30mm/分(機械横断方向において)であり、20mm/分(機械方向及び機械横断方向において)ではない、速度、
- 試験試料の幅は30mmであり、15mmではない。
a)セルロース繊維と、疎水性繊維と、水とを混合して、水性スラリーを得る工程;
b)傾斜ワイヤ抄紙機又はフラットワイヤ抄紙機(flat wire paper machine)上で、水性スラリーを湿潤紙に形成する工程; 及び
c)湿潤紙を乾燥させて紙シートを得る工程
を含む、上に定義した本発明の紙シートを製造するための製紙方法に関する。
本発明の紙シートの製造
実施例1-1: 50%の微細化漂白軟材繊維と、50%の疎水性ビスコース繊維とを含み、36g・m-2の乾燥坪量を有する紙シート
疎水性ビスコース繊維は、Kelheim Fibres GmbH社によって製造された、DANUFIL OLEA(登録商標)ビスコース繊維である。これらの繊維は、1.7dtexのタイター及び5mmの長さを有する。
疎水性ビスコース繊維は、Kelheim Fibres GmbH社によって製造された、DANUFIL OLEA(登録商標)ビスコース繊維である。これらの繊維は、3.3dtexのタイター及び5mmの長さを有する。
疎水性ビスコース繊維は、Kelheim Fibres GmbH社によって製造された、DANUFIL OLEA(登録商標)ビスコース繊維である。これらの繊維は、1.7dtexのタイター及び5mmの長さを有する。
疎水性ビスコース繊維は、Kelheim Fibres GmbH社によって製造された、DANUFIL OLEA(登録商標)ビスコース繊維である。これらの繊維は、1.7dtexのタイター及び5mmの長さを有する。
漂白セルロース繊維を、従来のディスクリファイナーを使用して微細化する。微細化セルロース繊維のSR度は、15°SRである。
実験室の機器を使用して、実施例1-6の紙シートを実験室規模において生産した。
実験室の機器を使用して、実施例1-7の紙シートを実験室規模において生産した。
- Kelheim Fibres GmbH社。これらの繊維は、1.7dtexのタイター及び5mmの長さを有する。
実施例1の紙シートの特性評価
実施例1-1~1-5の紙シートの特徴を、下の表1に提示する。
- 5種の紙すべての引張強度MDが、2500cN/30mm超であり、
- 5種の紙すべての引張強度CDが、950cN/30mm超である
ため、フィルタ要素を製造するために容易に使用することができる。
坪量: 31g/m2; 空隙率: 15900コレスタ、引張強度MD: 2150cN/30mm; 引張強度CD: 900cN/30mm; 厚さ:91μm
実施例1の紙シート及び比較例の紙シートの疎水性特性の特性評価
比較例3-1~3-4
- 比較例3-1: 100%の非微細化軟材繊維を含む紙シート; 坪量: 36g/m2
- 比較例3-2: 50%の15°SRのSR度を有する微細化軟材繊維と、50%のビスコース繊維とを含む紙シート; 坪量: 36g/m2
- 比較例3-3: 50%の15°SRのSR度を有する微細化軟材繊維と、50%の酢酸セルロース繊維とを含む紙シート; 坪量: 36g/m2
- 比較例3-4: 不織酢酸セルロース繊維シート; 坪量25g/m2
実施例1-1~1-5及び1-8、並びに比較例3-1~3-4の紙シートの疎水性特性を、下の表3に提示する。
実施例1-1の紙シートで作製されるフィルタ要素
実施例1-1の紙シートで作製されるフィルタ要素を製造する。このフィルタ要素をタバコロッドに組み合わせて、シガレットを形成する。
Claims (19)
- セルロース繊維と疎水性繊維とを含む紙シートであって、前記セルロース繊維が、前記紙シートの乾燥物質の10質量%~90質量%に相当し、前記疎水性繊維が、前記紙シートの乾燥物質の10質量%~90質量%に相当し、前記セルロース繊維と前記疎水性繊維とが、前記紙シートの乾燥物質の少なくとも50質量%に相当し、
前記疎水性繊維が疎水性ビスコース繊維である、紙シート。 - 前記疎水性繊維が、前記紙シートの乾燥物質の少なくとも30質量%に相当し、前記セルロース繊維と前記疎水性繊維とが、前記紙シートの乾燥物質の少なくとも70質量%に相当する、請求項1に記載の紙シート。
- 疎水性繊維のセルロース繊維に対する質量比が、2:3~3:2である、請求項1又は2に記載の紙シート。
- 前記疎水性ビスコース繊維が、ビスコース繊維と、アルキルケテンダイマー、アルケニルケテンダイマー、アルキル無水コハク酸、アルケニル無水コハク酸、アルキルグルタル酸無水物、アルケニルグルタル酸無水物、アルキルイソシアネート、アルケニルイソシアネート、脂肪酸無水物、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される疎水性物質とで得られる混合物であり、
前記疎水性ビスコース繊維中の疎水性物質の含有量が、ビスコース繊維に基づいて0.1質量%~13質量%である、
請求項1に記載の紙シート。 - 前記セルロース繊維が微細化されており、9°SR~90°SRのショッパーリーグラ度(SR度)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- 結合剤を更に含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- 前記結合剤が、繊維の形状を有する、請求項6に記載の紙シート。
- 前記結合剤が、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、ポリ酢酸ビニル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、ポリエステル繊維、酢酸セルロース繊維、ナイロン、セルロースエステル繊維、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項7に記載の紙シート。
- 70°超の水接触角を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- ISO 8787:1986に従って、10mm/10分未満の毛管上昇を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- 15g・m-2~60g・m-2の坪量を有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- 添加剤を更に含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の紙シート。
- フィルタ要素における、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の紙シートの使用。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の紙シートを含む、フィルタ材料。
- a)セルロース繊維と、疎水性繊維と、水とを混合して、水性スラリーを得る工程;
b)傾斜ワイヤ抄紙機又はフラットワイヤ抄紙機上で、前記水性スラリーを湿潤紙に形成する工程; 及び
c)前記湿潤紙を乾燥させて紙シートを得る工程
を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の紙シートを製造するための製紙方法。 - 請求項6に記載の紙シートを製造するための、請求項15に記載の製紙方法であって、工程a)の前に、9°SR~90°SRのSR度を有するように前記セルロース繊維が微細化される、製紙方法。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の紙シートを製造するための、請求項15又は16に記載の製紙方法であって、結合剤が、工程a)の間若しくは後に水性スラリーに加えられるか、又は工程b)の後の湿潤紙若しくは工程c)の後の紙シートの一方の表面若しくは両方の表面に塗布される、製紙方法。
- 工程c)の間、湿潤紙を、60℃~175℃の温度において乾燥させる、請求項15から17のいずれか一項に記載の製紙方法。
- 工程c)の後、紙シートが、
ひだ寄せされること;
捲縮されること;
型押しされ、ひだ寄せされること;
捲縮され、型押しされ、ひだ寄せされること;
捲縮され、波型をつけられ、ひだ寄せされること、又は
型押しされ、波型をつけられ、ひだ寄せされること
によっても成形される、請求項15から18のいずれか一項に記載の製紙方法。
