Description

The present invention relates to technology for blister containers for condoms.

A conventionally known container for storing condoms is one that is made by gluing the edges of two film-like members together to form a bag, in which a rolled-up condom is stored and sealed in the internal space.
A rolled-up condom is made compact by rolling up the edge of the condom's opening, with the rolled-up portion formed by rolling up the body of the condom being positioned on the outer edge, the unrolled body of the condom being positioned inside the rolled-up portion, and a liquid reservoir being positioned approximately in the center of the body when viewed in plan.

A blister container for condoms is also known that is a container for storing rolled-up condoms and has a body made of a resin material and a film-like lid, and the lid is attached to the body with the rolled-up condom stored in it to seal it (see Patent Document 1). In a blister container for condoms, the body and the lid are bonded together by a laminate seal, ultrasonic bonding, adhesive, or the like, and the container is opened by peeling off the lid from the body to separate it.

However, in the above-mentioned condom blister container, there is no large gap between the edge of the condom (the edge of the mouth roll) stored in the main body and the side wall of the main body, so when removing a rolled up condom, it is difficult to insert a finger between the edge of the condom (the edge of the mouth roll) and the side wall of the main body, which can make the action of removing the condom from the storage section tedious.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a condom that allows the rolled-up condom to be easily removed from the storage section.

The problem that the present invention aims to solve is as described above, and the means for solving this problem will be explained next.

That is, in claim 1, there is provided a blister container for condoms in which a lid is attached to the main body to seal the rolled-up condom while it is stored in the main body, the main body comprising a storage section having a bottom and an opening in which the condom is stored, a notch section configured to cut out the edge of the opening , and a protrusion configured to protrude from the bottom toward the opening, the protrusion being configured so that the upper end position of the protrusion is the same height as the opening .

Next, a condom blister pack 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 12.
In the following description, for convenience, the side on which the lid 3 is disposed with respect to the main body 2 in the drawings is referred to as the upper side, but the up-down direction of the condom blister pack 1 is not limited to this.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the condom blister container 1 is a container for storing condoms 20 (rolled-up condoms 20), which are contraceptives for men. Note that the condoms 20 are not limited to those for men, but may be those for women. The condom blister container 1 comprises a body 2 made of a resin material and a film-like lid 3, and the lid 3 is attached to the body 2 to seal it while the rolled-up condom 20 is stored in the body 2. The body 2 and the lid 3 are bonded together by a laminate seal, ultrasonic bonding, adhesive, or the like. The condom blister container 1 is opened by peeling off the lid 3 from the body 2 to separate them.

The rolled-up condom 20 is formed compactly by rolling up the edge of the opening of the condom 20, with the mouth roll-up part 21 formed by rolling up the body part 23 of the condom 20 being positioned on the outer edge, the unrolled body part 23 of the condom 20 being positioned inside the mouth roll-up part 21, and a liquid reservoir part 22 being positioned approximately in the center of the body part 23 when viewed in a plane.
Silicone oil is applied to the outer surface of the rolled-up condom 20. The silicone oil gradually spreads to the body 23 (body 23 forming the mouth roll 21) of the rolled-up condom 20, and generally permeates the entire condom 20. In addition to the silicone oil, the rolled-up condom 20 is further provided with lubricant 24 around the liquid reservoir 22 (the liquid reservoir 22 and the outer surface of the body 23).
It should be noted that the condom blister container 1 is not limited to a rolled-up condom 20 provided with silicone oil and lubricant 24, but may also be one that does not have silicone oil and/or lubricant 24.

As shown in Figures 2 to 6, the main body 2 of the condom blister pack 1 includes a storage section 10, a flange section 13, a gripping section 14, a protruding section 15, a recessed section 16, and a notched section 17.

The main body 2 is configured in a box shape with a bottom and an open top, and is formed to have approximately the same height as the thickness of the rolled up condom 20. The outline of the main body 2 is configured to be approximately teardrop-shaped in a plan view.
The internal space of the main body 2 is configured as a storage section 10 in which the rolled-up condom 20 is stored. The storage section 10 has a bottom 11 and an opening 12. The lower end of the storage section 10 of the main body 2 is configured as the bottom 11, and the upper end is configured as the opening 12.

An outwardly protruding flange 13 is formed around the upper end (opening 12) of the main body 2. The lower edge of the lid 3 is bonded to the upper surface of the flange 13 of the main body 2, and the lid 3 is attached to the flange 13 of the main body 2 so as to cover the opening 12, thereby providing the lid 3 on the main body 2.
The grip portion 14 of the main body 2 is formed so as to protrude further outward from a part of the flange portion 13. The grip portion 14 of the main body 2 is configured as a part that is gripped by the user when peeling the lid 3 off from the main body 2 to open it. A part of the lid 3 that corresponds to the grip portion 14 is not bonded to the grip portion 14. When peeling the lid 3 off from the main body 2 to open it, this part of the lid 3 is configured as a part that is picked up and pulled up.
In this way, the portion of the lid body 3 that corresponds to the gripping portion 14 is not glued to the gripping portion 14, and is configured as a portion that is pinched and pulled up when the lid body 3 is peeled off from the main body 2 to open it. Therefore, when the lid body 3 is peeled off from the main body 2 to open it, it is not necessary to break the main body 2, for example, and it is possible to prevent the condom 20 from being damaged by broken portions or fragments of the main body 2.

The protruding portion 15 of the main body 2 is configured to protrude upward (toward the opening 12) from approximately the center of the bottom 11 in a plan view. The protruding portion 15 is formed in an approximately cylindrical shape. The protruding portion 15 is configured to abut against the body portion 23 and the liquid reservoir portion 22 of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage portion 10. By configuring the protruding portion 15 in this manner, the bottom 11 is configured in an annular concave shape.

In this way, the protruding portion 15 is configured to protrude from the bottom portion 11 and abut against the body portion 23 and the liquid reservoir portion 22 of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage portion 10, so that the orientation of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage portion 10 can be maintained.

The protruding portion 15 of the main body 2 is configured so that its upper end position is at the same height (flush) as the opening 12 (flange portion 13).
With this configuration, when the lid 3 is attached to the main body 2, the body 23 of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage section 10 can be sandwiched between the upper end of the protruding portion 15 and the lower surface of the lid 3. Therefore, the orientation of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage section 10 can be more stably maintained.
In addition, the protrusion 15 may be configured to sandwich the body 23 of the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage section 10 between the upper end of the protrusion 15 and the underside of the lid 3 with the main body 2 attached to the lid 3, and depending on the specifications of the condom 20, the upper end position of the protrusion 15 may be configured to be slightly lower or higher than the height of the opening 12.

The protrusion 15 of the main body 2 has an inclined surface that becomes thicker and wider from the vertical midpoint of the protrusion 15 (slightly closer to the upper end of the protrusion 15 than the vertical center) toward the bottom 11. The boundary between the protrusion 15 and the bottom 11 has a larger diameter than the vertical midpoint. The protrusion 15 is configured to have a flared shape in a side view (seen from a direction perpendicular to the protruding direction) from the vertical midpoint of the protrusion 15 to the bottom 11, with a portion configured as a frustum shape.

In this way, the protruding portion 15 of the main body 2 is configured with a portion that becomes thicker toward the bottom 11, so that when the rolled-up condom 20 is taken out of the storage section 10, the rolled-up portion 21 of the rolled-up condom 20 is pushed from the outside toward the protruding portion 15 with a finger or the like, and the rolled-up condom 20 is moved to the inclined surface of the protruding portion 15, and the rolled-up condom 20 can be shifted to the inclined surface of the protruding portion 15 or inclined relative to the bottom 11. This makes it easy to take out the rolled-up condom 20 from the storage section 10. It also prevents the lubricant from unnecessarily adhering to the fingers when taking out the rolled-up condom 20 from the storage section 10. Furthermore, by making it easy to take out the rolled-up condom 20 from the storage section 10, it is also possible to alleviate psychological pressure such as impatience caused by the state of use (for example, a dark state or a state where you want to use it immediately).

The recess 16 of the main body 2 is configured such that the center of the upper end (the end on the side where the lid 3 is disposed) of the protruding portion 15 is recessed downward (toward the bottom portion 11). The recess 16 (inside the recess 16) is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The recess 16 is configured so that the liquid reservoir 22 of the rolled-up condom 20 disposed in the storage portion 10 can be disposed therein.
The lower end position of the recess 16 is configured to be flush with the bottom portion 11. The lower end surface of the recess 16 is configured as a flat surface.

In this way, the recess 16 of the main body 2 is configured so that the end of the protruding part 15 on the side where the lid body 3 is arranged is recessed towards the bottom 11, and is configured to accommodate the liquid reservoir 22 of the rolled up condom 20 arranged in the storage part 10, so that by arranging the liquid reservoir 22 of the rolled up condom 20 in the recess 16, the arrangement of the rolled up condom 20 arranged in the storage part 10 can be more stably maintained. Also, since the rolled up condom 20 has the lubricant 24 provided around the liquid reservoir 22, by arranging the liquid reservoir 22 of the rolled up condom 20 in the recess 16, it is possible to prevent the lubricant 24 from flowing out of the recess 16.
The internal space of the recess 16 is not limited to being configured in a substantially cylindrical shape, but may also be configured in a conical or truncated cone shape, for example.

The bottom 11 of the main body 2 is formed of a flat surface. The bottom 11 is configured so that the mouth roll part 21 of the rolled-up condom 20 comes into contact with the bottom 11 when the rolled-up condom 20 is placed in the storage part 10.
Since the bottom 11 is thus configured as a flat surface, it is possible to prevent the silicone oil provided in the rolled-up condom 20 from flowing out to the bottom 11 side and accumulating in the bottom 11, compared to a condom in which the bottom 11 is configured as a curved surface or a condom in which a groove is formed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the condom 20 and product defects caused by a shortage of silicone oil that has flowed out of the storage section 10 (for example, oxidation of the condom 20, sticking of the condom 20 to the main body 2, generation of an unpleasant odor from the condom 20, etc.).

The cutout portion 17 of the main body 2 is configured to cut out an arc-shaped edge of the opening 12 (the boundary between the opening 12 and the flange portion 13). The cutout portion 17 is configured to form a slight gap between the rolled-up condom 20 placed in the storage portion 10 and the inner surface of the side wall of the storage portion 10.
In this way, the notch 17 is configured to cut out the edge of the opening 12 (the boundary between the opening 12 and the flange 13), so that when taking out the rolled up condom 20, the finger is placed in the storage section 10 with the finger close to the notch 17, so that the finger can be easily inserted between the edge (edge of the mouth roll) of the rolled up condom 20 placed in the storage section 10 and the side wall of the storage section 10. Therefore, the rolled up condom 20 can be easily taken out from the storage section 10. In addition, it is possible to prevent the lubricant from unnecessarily adhering to the fingers when taking out the rolled up condom 20 from the storage section 10. Furthermore, by making it easier to take out the rolled up condom 20 from the storage section 10, it is also possible to relieve psychological pressure such as impatience caused by the state during use (for example, a dark state or a state in which you want to use it immediately).

The bottom 11 of the main body 2 also has a plurality of notches 17 (three in this embodiment). The notches 17 are evenly arranged so as to be out of phase with each other. At least one of the three notches 17 is arranged at the boundary between the opening 12 and the flange 13 on the side where the grip 14 is arranged.
In this way, by providing a plurality of cutout portions 17, it is possible to minimize the feeling that the position of the cutout portions 17 is difficult for the user to remove the rolled-up condom 20 from the storage portion 10.
It should be noted that the number of cutout portions 17 is not limited to three, and may be any number other than three (for example, one or four).
Furthermore, the position of the cutout portion 17 is not limited to being positioned at the boundary portion between the opening 12 on the side where the gripping portion 14 is positioned and the flange portion 13, but can also be configured to be positioned at the boundary portion between the opening 12 on the opposite side to the side where the gripping portion 14 is positioned and the flange portion 13.

The bottom 11 of the main body 2 may be configured with one or more projections or recesses on its upper surface.

The lid 3 is configured such that its inner surface (the surface facing the main body 2 (storage section 10)) is treated to prevent adhesion of lubricant, for example by corona discharge treatment. This makes it possible to prevent the lubricant on the rolled-up condom 20 from adhering to the lid 3.

As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the outline of the main body 2 (excluding the gripping portion 14 of the main body 2) can be configured to be approximately circular in plan view, and can be configured appropriately according to the specifications, design concept, etc.
