Description
- 上記脆弱線に沿って薄板金属部材を折り曲げることによって、各建物間柱を、フランジ部分が共通の面に配置された引っ込められた保管位置から、フランジ部分が2つの平行な面に配置された拡げられた取付位置に持ってくるステップと、
- 建物間柱が、保管位置から取付位置に持ってこられたとき、それぞれ第1のフランジ部分が共通の面に配置された状態で建物間柱を枠組みに配置し固定するステップと、
- 1つ又は複数の壁パネルを第1のフランジ部分に直接的に又は間接的に取り付けるステップとを含む。
Claims (11)
- 第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)及び第2のフランジ部分(14、14f、14g)と、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)を相互接続するウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)とを備える、壁パネルを取り付けるための枠組みを形成するための建物間柱(10、10f、10g)であって、各フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が、平面状の細長い木質繊維部材(18、20)を備え、前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)が、第1の直線状の脆弱線(24、24d~24g)及び第2の直線状の脆弱線(26、26d~26g)を含む薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)を備え、前記脆弱線(24、24d~24g、26、26d~26g)が平行であり、前記薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)が、前記建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を、引っ込められた保管位置から、拡げられた取付位置に持ってくることができるように、前記脆弱線に沿って折り曲げ可能であることを特徴とする、建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)が、前記第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)に当接して取り付けられる第1の取付部分(28、28d~28g)と、前記第2のフランジ部分(14、14f、14g)に当接して取り付けられる第2の取付部分(30、30d~30g)と、前記取付部分(28、28d~28g、30、30d~30g)間に配置されたウェブ部材(32、32d~32g)とを備え、前記第1の直線状の脆弱線(24、24d~24g)が、前記第1の取付部分(28、28d~28g)と前記ウェブ部材(32、32d~32g)との間の境界を形成し、前記第2の直線状の脆弱線(26、26d~26g)が、前記第2の取付部分(30、30d~30g)と前記ウェブ部材(32、32d~32g)との間の境界を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記保管位置の前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が共通の面に配置され、前記取付位置の前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が2つの平行な面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記保管位置の前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)が平面状であり、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)に平行に、その上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記木質繊維部材(18、20)がそれぞれ矩形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の建物間柱(10)。
- 前記保管位置の前記薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)が矩形であり、前記取付位置の前記薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)がU字形断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)。
- 前記薄板金属部材(22、22d、22e)が細長いことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の建物間柱(10)。
- 前記ウェブ部分(16f、16g)が、前記第1の直線状の脆弱線(24f、24g)が共通の第1の直線状の線(46f、46g)に沿って位置合わせされ、前記第2の直線状の脆弱線(26f、26g)が共通の第2の直線状の線(48f、48g)に沿って位置合わせされるように配置される複数の薄板金属部材(22f、22g)を備え、前記第2の直線状の線(48f、48g)が前記第1の直線状の線(46f、46g)に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の建物間柱(10f、10g)。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を備えることを特徴とする壁構造体(11)。
- 第1のフランジ部分(12、12f、12g)及び第2のフランジ部分(14、14f、14g)と、前記フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)を相互接続するウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)とをそれぞれが備える複数の細長い建物間柱(10、10f、10g)を備える壁構造体(11)を提供する方法であって、各フランジ部分(12、12f、12g、14、14f、14g)が平面状の細長い木質繊維部材(18、20)を備え、前記ウェブ部分(16、16a~16g)が、第1の直線状の脆弱線(24、24d~24g)及び第2の直線状の脆弱線(26、26d~26g)を含む薄板金属部材(22、22d~22g)を備え、前記脆弱線(24、24d~24g、26、26d~26g)が平行であり、
前記方法が、
