Description
Claims (9)
- バッテリシステム(1)であって、
それぞれ複数のバッテリセル(4)を含む複数の第1のバッテリモジュール(2)と、
それぞれ複数のバッテリセル(5)を含む複数の第2のバッテリモジュール(3)と、
を備え、
各第2のバッテリモジュール(3)は、DCDCコンバータを有するパワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を含み、
前記第1のバッテリモジュール(2)と前記第2のバッテリモジュール(3)とが直列に接続されており、前記第1のバッテリモジュール(2)は直接に直列に接続されており、前記第2のバッテリモジュール(3)は各自のパワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を介して接続されており、
前記第1のバッテリモジュール(2)は高エネルギセルから構成されており、前記第2のバッテリモジュール(3)は高電力セルから構成されている、
バッテリシステム(1)。 - 前記DCDCコンバータは、バックモード、ブーストモード、パススルーモード、バイパスモードおよび/またはオフモードで動作可能である、請求項1記載のバッテリシステム(1)。
- 前記パワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)は、各自の対応するモジュール(3)を、前記モジュール(3)が他のモジュール(2,3)に直列に接続されないバイパスモードへ切り替える手段を含む、請求項1記載のバッテリシステム(1)。
- 前記バッテリシステム(1)は、さらに、前記パワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を制御するスマートバッテリ管理システム(11)を含み、前記スマートバッテリ管理システム(11)が、
‐充電状態および/または温度および/または前記モジュール(2,3)を挟んだ電圧降下を決定する手段と、
‐各DCDCコンバータのための最適出力電圧を決定する手段と、
‐前記DCDCコンバータの出力電圧が決定された最適出力電圧へ設定されるように前記DCDCコンバータを切り替えることによって前記パワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を制御する手段と、
を含む、請求項1記載のバッテリシステム(1)。 - 各第1のバッテリモジュール(2)は、バッテリ平衡化のためのセル監視回路(13)を含む、請求項1記載のバッテリシステム(1)。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリシステム(1)を備えた電気車両。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリシステム(1)を制御する方法であって、
‐充電状態および/または温度および/またはモジュール(2,3)を挟んだ電圧降下を決定するステップと、
‐各DCDCコンバータのための最適出力電圧を決定するステップと、
‐前記DCDCコンバータの出力電圧が決定された最適出力電圧へ設定されるように前記DCDCコンバータを切り替えることによってパワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を制御するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記方法は、バッテリモジュール(3)に対して決定された最適出力電圧が0Vである場合に、前記DCDCコンバータをバイパスモードへ切り替えることによって、対応するパワーエレクトロニクスユニット(14)を制御するステップを含む、請求項7記載の方法。
- 第1のバッテリモジュール(2)の全てのセル(4)が相互間でかつ他の第1のバッテリモジュール(2)のセル(4)間で平衡化される一方、第2のバッテリモジュール(3)のセル(5)は相互間でのみ平衡化される、請求項7記載の方法。
