Description
Claims (2)
- 対象物を検出するように構成されたレーダデバイスであって、
送受信機回路であって、
前記対象物に向かって第1の偏光タイプを有するレーダ信号を送信し、
前記対象物から反射された前記第1の偏光タイプを有するレーダ信号を受信し、かつ
前記対象物から反射された第2の偏光タイプを有するレーダ信号を受信するように構成され、前記第2の偏光タイプが前記第1の偏光タイプとは異なる、送受信機回路と、
処理回路であって、
3次元アレイボクセル内の複数のボクセルを、前記対象物と関連付けし、
前記対象物から反射された第1の偏光タイプを有する前記レーダ信号と、前記対象物から反射された第2の偏光タイプを有する前記レーダ信号との間の位相関係を判定し、
前記位相関係に基づいて、前記複数のボクセルのそれぞれのボクセルの材料カテゴリを判定し、
判定された前記複数のボクセルのそれぞれのボクセルの前記材料カテゴリに基づいて、前記材料カテゴリに割り当てられた擬似色で偽色画像を生成するように構成された処理回路と、を備える、レーダデバイス。 - 前記処理回路が、前記対象物から反射された前記第1の偏光タイプを有する前記レーダ信号と、前記対象物から反射された前記第2の偏光タイプを有する前記レーダ信号との電力比を判定するように更に構成され、
前記処理回路が、前記電力比と前記位相関係とに基づいて前記複数のボクセルのそれぞれのボクセルについて前記材料カテゴリを判定するように構成され、
前記処理回路が、少なくとも部分的に、
前記レーダ信号の前記電力比が第1の閾値比を超える前記複数のボクセルの内のボクセルの導電性材料カテゴリを判定することと、
前記レーダ信号の前記電力比が第2の閾値比未満である前記複数のボクセルの内のボクセルの絶縁材料カテゴリを判定することと、によって前記複数のボクセルのそれぞれのボクセルについての前記材料カテゴリを判定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のレーダデバイス。
