本発明者らは、HDPEプラスチック供給物の熱分解反応を高温で行った。高温熱分解プロセスを再現するために、プラスチックペレットを水冷ジャケット管に通して、流動αアルミナ粒子の加熱床に落下させた。窒素ガスを使用し、プラスチックペレットを冷却チューブを通じて流動床に送達し、熱担体粒子の床を流動させた。窒素掃引ガスを使用して、床の上方の水冷ジャケット周辺に放出された熱分解プラスチックガスを掃引し、熱分解反応を急冷した。窒素掃引ガスは、プラスチックペレットの熱分解の間、流動床内のプラスチックと共存しなかったため、炭素対ガスモル比の計算には考慮しなかった。ガスクロマトグラフィーを使用して、熱分解の生成物を測定した。様々な熱分解条件及び生成物組成を表に示す。
以下を特定の実施形態と併せて説明するが、本明細書は、前述の説明及び添付の特許請求の範囲の範囲を例解するものであり、限定することを意図するものではないことが理解されよう。
Claims (3)
- プラスチックをモノマーに変換するプロセスであって、
プラスチック供給物流を300~600℃の温度に加熱して、前記プラスチック供給物流を熱分解し、低温熱分解生成物流を提供すること、
前記低温熱分解生成物流から高温熱分解供給物流を取得すること、
前記高温熱分解供給物流を600~1100℃の高温に加熱して、前記高温熱分解供給物流を、モノマーを含む高温熱分解生成物流に更に熱分解すること、ここで、前記高温熱分解供給物流は希釈ガス流と接触され、前記希釈ガス流は0.6~20の炭素対ガスモル比で導入される、
及び
前記高温熱分解生成物流から前記モノマーを回収すること、
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記低温熱分解生成物流を分離して、蒸気状低温熱分解生成物流及び高温熱分解供給物流を提供することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記高温熱分解供給物流が液体流である、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
