前記第1の長尺状シャフトの遠位端部に固定して取り付けられたエンド・キャップ・アセンブリと、
前記第2の長尺状シャフトに取り付けられ、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる、複数のワイヤであり、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリに対して相対的に移動可能である複数のワイヤと、を備え、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記リードレス心臓ペーシング装置の近位ハブと係合するように構成され、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる複数のワイヤ・ループを形成し、
前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリが、外側筐体内に固定されたインサートを含み、前記外側筐体が、前記第1の長尺状シャフトの前記遠位端部に固定して取り付けられ、
前記インサートの最遠位表面は、前記近位ハブの近位表面に当接するように構成され、
前記複数のワイヤ・ループが、第1の位置において、前記リードレス心臓ペーシング装置の前記近位ハブを前記インサートの最遠位表面に対して固定するように構成される、

内腔を含む第1の長尺状シャフトと、
前記第1の長尺状シャフトの前記内腔内に摺動可能に配置された第2の長尺状シャフトと、
前記第1の長尺状シャフトの遠位端部に固定して取り付けられたエンド・キャップ・アセンブリと、
前記第2の長尺状シャフトに取り付けられ、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる、複数のワイヤであり、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリに対して相対的に移動可能である複数のワイヤと、を備え、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記リードレス心臓ペーシング装置の近位ハブと係合するように構成され、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる複数のワイヤ・ループを形成し、
前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリが、外側筐体内に固定されたインサートを含み、前記外側筐体が、前記第1の長尺状シャフトの前記遠位端部に固定して取り付けられ、
前記インサートの最遠位表面は、前記近位ハブの近位表面に当接するように構成され、
前記インサートの最遠位表面が、前記外側筐体の最遠位端面と面一である、
リードレス心臓ペーシング装置のための植込みおよび/または回収装置。 - リードレス心臓ペーシング装置のための植込みおよび/または回収装置であって、
内腔を含む第1の長尺状シャフトと、
前記第1の長尺状シャフトの前記内腔内に摺動可能に配置された第2の長尺状シャフトと、
前記第1の長尺状シャフトの遠位端部に固定して取り付けられたエンド・キャップ・アセンブリと、
前記第2の長尺状シャフトに取り付けられ、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる、複数のワイヤであり、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリに対して相対的に移動可能である複数のワイヤと、を備え、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記リードレス心臓ペーシング装置の近位ハブと係合するように構成され、
前記複数のワイヤが、前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリから遠位方向に延びる複数のワイヤ・ループを形成し、
前記エンド・キャップ・アセンブリが、外側筐体内に固定されたインサートを含み、前記外側筐体が、前記第1の長尺状シャフトの前記遠位端部に固定して取り付けられ、
前記インサートの最遠位表面は、前記近位ハブの近位表面に当接するように構成され、
前記インサートが、前記インサートを通って延びる複数の穴を含み、前記複数の穴が、前記複数のワイヤを受けるように構成される、
リードレス心臓ペーシング装置のための植込みおよび/または回収装置。 - 前記複数の穴のそれぞれが、遠位方向において径方向外向きに湾曲する、請求項3に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
- 前記インサートが、一体構造である、請求項3~4のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
- 前記インサートが、複数のインサート部材を備え、各インサート部材が、前記インサート部材を通って延びる前記複数の穴のうちの1つまたは複数の少なくとも一部分を含む、請求項3~4のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
- 前記複数の穴のそれぞれが、前記複数のワイヤのうちの一つ以上を受けるように構成される、請求項3~4のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
- 前記複数のワイヤが、前記第1の位置において、前記第1の長尺状シャフトの回転運動を前記近位ハブに対して伝達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
- 前記複数のワイヤ・ループが、
前記複数の穴のうちの第1の対を通る第1のワイヤ・ループと、
前記複数の穴のうちの第2の対を通る第2のワイヤ・ループと、
前記複数の穴のうちの第3の対を通る第3のワイヤ・ループと、を含む、
請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。 - 前記複数の穴のうちの前記第2の対の一方が、円周方向に前記複数の穴のうちの前記第1の対の間に配置され、
前記複数の穴のうちの前記第3の対の一方が、円周方向に前記複数の穴のうちの前記第2の対の間に配置される、

第2の位置において、前記複数のワイヤ・ループが、前記本体の周縁から径方向外向きに延びるように構成される、
請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。 - 前記複数のワイヤ・ループのうちの円周方向に隣接するワイヤ・ループが、軸方向に見たときに互いに十字に交差している、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の植込みおよび/または回収装置。
