また、複数の食品包装用容器を積み重ねて出荷する場合には、下側になる食品包装用容器の内容器２の上縁部４に、上側になる食品包装用容器の枠材３の下端部を載置する。

（３）実施例のフィルム１は、環状のシール部１０への固着時において、突起８との干渉を避ける穴１１を有していたが、穴１１の代わりに図４（Ａ）～（Ｃ）に示すような切欠きや図４（Ｄ）（Ｅ）に示すようなＴ字状又はＹ字状の切れ目としても良く、また、長方形のフィルムの四隅をカットして突起８の内側に収まる大きさとしても良い。

内容器、枠材及びフィルムからなる食品包装用容器であって、
前記枠材は、前記内容器を収容可能であり、
前記内容器の上縁部は、前記内容器を前記枠材に収容した状態で、前記枠材の上端部に固定可能であり、
前記上縁部の複数の隅部には、上方に突出する突起が設けてあり、
前記上縁部は、前記突起を除いて平坦面であり、
前記突起と前記複数の隅部の内側との間には前記上縁部と同じ高さの平坦部があり、
前記突起の外側と前記上縁部の外縁との距離は連続して前記枠材の厚みより大きく、
前記上縁部の一部であって隣接する前記平坦部をつなぐ部分及び全ての前記平坦部によって連続した環状のシール部が構成され、
前記フィルムは、前記環状のシール部に固着可能である
