Description
- クロム粉末とケイ素粉末の混合物を形成する工程と;

Claims (10)
- 発熱体のクロム合金化モリブデンシリサイド部分を製造する方法であって、
クロム粉末とケイ素粉末の混合物を形成する工程と;
不活性雰囲気中、少なくとも1100℃であるが1580℃以下の温度で混合物を反応させて反応生成物とする工程と;
反応生成物をCrSi2を含む粉末に変換する工程と;
CrSi2を含む粉末を、MoSi2粉末、および任意選択で押出助剤と混合することにより、セラミック粉末組成物を形成する工程と;
発熱体の部分を成形する工程と;

を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 発熱体の部分を、焼結前に任意選択で予備焼結する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 予備焼結工程が、不活性雰囲気中、約1400℃~約1600℃の温度で行われる、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 押出助剤が無機質粘土である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 無機質粘土がケイ酸アルミニウム粘土、例えばベントナイト粘土である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 焼結した発熱体の部分が、90重量%を超えるMo1-xCrxSi2を含み、残部が押出助剤と不可避不純物である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- xが0.08~0.15の間である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法の、発熱体の製造のための使用。
