Claims (7)
- 空気圧式の制動システム用の非常制動弁システム(10)であって、
第1の弁(11)と第2の弁(12)とを有し、前記第1の弁(11)は、補助圧(philf)を前記第2の弁(12)に導くかまたは前記第2の弁(2)から遮断するように構成されており、
前記第2の弁(12)は、第1の圧力入口(1A)および第2の圧力入口(2A)を有し、前記第1の弁(11)から前記補助圧(philf)が導かれるか否かに応じて、前記第1の圧力入口(1A)に加えられる静圧(pstat)または前記第2の圧力入口(2A)に加えられる調整された圧力(pger)を提供するように構成されており、
前記第1の弁(11)は、常用運転時に前記補助圧(philf)を前記第2の弁(12)から遮断するように構成されており、これによって、前記第2の弁(12)は、前記調整された圧力(pger)を提供し、前記第1の弁(11)は、さらに、非常運転時に前記補助圧(philf)を前記第2の弁(12)に導くように構成されており、これによって、前記第2の弁(12)は、前記静圧(pstat)を提供し、
前記第2の弁(12)によって提供された圧力は、前記非常制動弁システム(10)の出口圧(pAus)であり、
前記非常制動弁システム(10)の前記出口圧(pAus)は、前記空気圧式の制動システムの制動圧(pbr)であり、
前記第2の弁(12)は、前記第1の弁(11)によって提供された前記補助圧(p hilf )によって制御されるピストン弁である、
非常制動弁システム(10)。 - 前記第1の弁(11)に第3の圧力入口(3A)が設けられている、請求項1記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
- 前記第2の弁(12)に圧力出口(4A)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
- 前記第1の弁(11)は電磁弁である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
- 前記電磁弁(11)は、前記非常運転時に通電されておらず、前記圧力入口(3A)に加えられた圧力を前記第2の弁(12)に導くように構成されている、請求項4記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
- 前記電磁弁(11)は、前記常用運転時に通電されていて、前記圧力入口(3A)に加えられた圧力を前記第2の弁(12)から遮断するように構成されている、請求項4および5記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
- 前記第1の弁(11)は、前記非常運転時に前記第2の弁(12)に加えられた前記補助圧(philf)を前記常用運転への移行時に放出するように構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の非常制動弁システム(10)。
