Description
図2~図4を用いて、ワゴンモードについて説明する。図2~図4に示すように、ワゴン500の下側には、図3に示すように、車台110が進入する空間Sが設けられている。つまり、ワゴン500の直下の空間Sに車台110が進入することができる。なお、車台110が、ワゴン500を搭載する場合、搬送ロボット100が-X方向に移動して、ワゴン500の直下に進入する。前後方向においてスタンド120が設けられていない側から、車台110がワゴン500の直下に進入する。このようにすることで、スタンド120がワゴン500と干渉することなく、ワゴン500を搭載することができる。換言すると、スタンド120は、ワゴン500と干渉しないように、車台110の角部近傍に取り付けられている。
次に、図5~図7を用いて、棚モードでの構成について説明する。車台110の上方には棚部200が設けられている。棚部200は、車台110に取付けられている。したがって、車台110が棚部200を支持している。棚部200は、棚板210と、フレーム220と、ベースプレート240と、を備えている。後述するように、搬送ロボット100が、設置棚を通過することで、設置棚との間で搬送物を移載することができる。つまり、搬送ロボット100が設置棚を通過することで、設置棚の搬送物を受け取ることができる。あるいは、搬送ロボット100が設置棚を通過することで、棚部200の搬送物が設置棚に移載することができる。

Claims (3)
- 設置棚を通過することで、前記設置棚との間で搬送物を移載することが可能な搬送ロボットであって、
前記搬送物を保持する棚部であって、前記搬送ロボットの移動によって設置棚を通過する棚部と、
前記棚部を支持する車台と、
前記搬送ロボットの左右方向における一端側に配置され、前記車台から上方に延びるスタンドと、
前記スタンドに設置された操作部と、を備えた搬送ロボット。 - 前記車台には、昇降可能に設けられた昇降ステージが設けられており、前記スタンドは、昇降ステージの外側に配置されている請求項1に記載の搬送ロボット。
- 前記操作部が前記スタンドに取り付けられたタッチパネルモニタであり、
前記タッチパネルモニタが、前記スタンドから前記左右方向の他端側に延在して取り付けられている請求項1、又は2に記載の搬送ロボット。
