Claims (6)
- セラミックス焼結体から成り、
セラミックス焼結体がその表面から止め穴又は連通孔が形成されていると共に、止め穴又は連通孔の間に壁面が形成された多孔体であり、
前記セラミックス焼結体はジルコニアであり、
前記止め穴又は前記連通孔の気孔率は50±10%であり、
前記止め穴又は前記連通孔が一定方向に形成されており、かつ前記壁面が緻密である歯科用インプラント体。 - 前記止め穴又は前記連通孔の径が50μm以上190μm以下である請求項1に記載の歯科用インプラント体。
- ゲル化可能な液体にセラミック粉末を分散してスラリーを作製し、
そのスラリーをゲル化させてゲル体を作製し、
作製したゲル体を凍結し、
次に乾燥させ、その後焼結して、セラミックス焼結体から成ると共にセラミックス焼結体の表面から止め穴又は連通孔が形成され、止め穴又は連通孔の間に壁面が形成された多孔体を形成して歯科用インプラント体とし、
前記セラミックス焼結体はジルコニアであり、かつ
前記多孔体の前記止め穴又は前記連通孔の気孔率は50±10%である、歯科用インプラント体の製造方法。 - 前記ゲル化可能な液体に分散させる前記セラミック粉末の濃度を5%以上65%以下と設定すると共に、
前記ゲル体を-40℃以上-10℃以下の範囲で凍結し、
前記多孔体を形成して、前記止め穴又は前記連通孔の気孔率を50±10%とすると共に、
前記止め穴又は前記連通孔の径を50μm以上190μm以下とする請求項3に記載の歯科用インプラント体の製造方法。 - 前記ゲル体を凍結して前記ゲル体内部に氷結晶を一定方向に成長させて、前記止め穴又は前記連通孔を一定方向に形成すると共に前記壁面を緻密とする請求項3または4に記載の歯科用インプラント体の製造方法。
- 前記凍結を、前記ゲル体の少なくとも一部の表面を凍結用プレートに接触させ、伝熱によって前記ゲル体を冷却することによって行う、請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の歯科用インプラント体の製造方法。
