Description
図1は本発明の製造工程を示すブロック図である。本発明では凍結防止剤の原料として、植物原料を使用する。植物原料の種類は特に限定されるものではないが、散材、廃材などの木質系廃棄物のほか、稲わらなども用いることができる。これらは安価、または無料で入手できるうえに、木質系廃棄物を用いれば処分に困っていた廃棄物の処理に貢献することもできる。原料となる植物原料は反応を促進するために、微粉砕しておくことが好ましい。
Claims (4)
- 植物原料に含まれるリグニンなどの難分解性有機物を白色腐朽菌により好気性分解して低分子化したうえ、これをアルカリ条件下で酸生成菌により嫌気性処理して有機酸を生成させ、この嫌気性処理液の上澄み液に含まれる有機酸を溶媒抽出により濃縮し、凍結防止剤とすることを特徴とする植物原料由来の凍結防止剤の製造方法。
- 前記植物原料が、木質系廃材又は稲わらなどであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の植物原料由来の凍結防止剤の製造方法。
- 前記植物原料をマイクロ波または高温高圧で前処理したうえで、白色腐朽菌により好気性分解することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の植物原料由来の凍結防止剤の製造方法。
- 前記有機酸が、酪酸、プロピオン酸、酢酸などの低級脂肪酸を主とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載の植物原料由来の凍結防止剤の製造方法。
