The present invention relates to a transparent lid for a packaging container formed from a sheet material made of thermoplastic resin, and relates to a structure that improves the visibility of stored items.

As a packaging container for boxed lunches, sushi, side dishes, etc. that are displayed and sold at supermarkets and convenience stores, the container body and lid are formed from thermoplastic resin sheet material, and the lid is closed by fitting them together. 2. Description of the Related Art Packaging containers are well known which have a transparent lid body to ensure visibility of the food contained therein.

It is important for this type of packaging container to appeal visually and arouse the desire to purchase, and in the lid of Patent Document 1, the presence of protrusions to prevent slippage provided at the corners of the top plate prevents slippage. The lid body of Patent Document 2 also has the problem that the stored items appear distorted due to the recesses provided at the corners.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2018-135111

By the way, when the part of the lid that protects the stored items is composed of a top plate part and a side wall part, these parts greatly affect the visibility of the stored items, so the top plate part and the side wall parts are each made uneven. If the product is constructed with a smooth surface without any cracks, visibility on a surface-by-surface basis will be good through the top plate when the product is viewed from directly above, and through the side walls when the product is viewed from the side.

On the other hand, when consumers choose a product, they often observe the product three-dimensionally by looking at it from diagonally above, rather than looking directly above or from the side. In response to this, stores sometimes display products so that the consumer's line of sight is diagonally upward. In any case, the angle at which consumers view products is not constant. Therefore, it is ideal that the stored items can be viewed as they are from any angle.

However, in conventional lids, corner portions between the top plate portion and side wall portions where the direction of the surface changes, and corner portions between adjacent side wall portions are often formed in a rounded shape. In other words, each corner portion itself is narrow, but forms a kind of curved surface. For this reason, even if the top plate and side walls are made of smooth surfaces, when the product is viewed diagonally from above, visibility will be hindered, with items being distorted or appearing blurred at each corner, and the overall There is a problem that the lid lacks transparency.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a lid for a packaging container that does not impede the visibility of the contents from any angle and has an excellent overall transparency. Our goal is to provide the following.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a lid body formed from a sheet material made of thermoplastic resin, which fits into a container body for accommodating an object, the lid body being formed from a sheet material made of thermoplastic resin, the area between at least one pair of opposite sides being flat. A top plate portion having a polygonal shape in plan view and a side wall portion of a constant height continuous to the periphery of the top plate portion, the top plate portion, the side wall portion, and side walls adjacent in the circumferential direction. The parts are connected by angular lateral corner parts and vertical angular parts that form linear ridgelines in the horizontal direction and the height direction, respectively, and at least one of the horizontal ridgelines forms a linear ridgeline in the horizontal direction and in the height direction. A method was used in which the product was divided in the middle without forming a section, and the divided section was used as an accessory area for pasting a label or wrapping a wrapping band around it.

According to the above means, the lid has a horizontally projecting corner portion and a vertically projecting corner portion in which the top plate portion has a flat surface, and the connecting portion between the top plate portion and the side wall portions and the connecting portion between the side wall portions are angular. Because of this structure, in most areas other than the labels and packaging bands attached to the attached area, the visibility of the stored items is not obstructed by the horizontal or vertical corners even when observed diagonally from above. The lid body can have excellent transparency like glass.

Further, in the method in which the apex formed by the three faces of the top plate portion and the adjacent side wall portion is formed by a pin angle shape whose tip coincides with the intersection of the horizontal ridge line and the height direction ridge line, the top plate The visibility of the stored items is not obstructed even at the corners (four corners if the top plate is rectangular in plan view), and the overall transparency is further enhanced.

Regarding the top plate, "at least the area between the pair of opposite sides is made up of flat surfaces" means that the area ratio of the top plate part that is made up of flat surfaces is higher than the area ratio of the top plate part that is not made up of flat surfaces. This does not mean that the entire surface must be made of a flat surface. Moreover, the lid body is preferably transparent. However, the term includes not only a completely transparent body but also a translucent body as long as the purpose of improving visibility of the present invention can be achieved.

According to the present invention, since the connecting portion in which each surface of the top plate portion and the side wall portion constituting the lid body changes greatly is constituted by an angular protruding corner portion indicated by a linear ridgeline, the incidental area Most of the parts other than the labels and wrapping bands attached to the container do not obstruct the visibility of the contents contained in the container body regardless of the direction of the line of sight. Further, when the corner of the top plate portion is formed in a pin-cornered shape, the visibility at the corner is not obstructed even when viewed from an oblique direction. Therefore, the lid of the present invention exhibits an unprecedented sense of transparency and can enhance the aesthetics of the stored items.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging container according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a lid 10 and a container main body 20 are shown separated. Each configuration will be explained in detail.

First, the structure of the lid 10 will be explained in detail. The lid 10 is transparent. 2 and 3 are a plan view and a side view showing only the lid 10, which has a flange portion 11 attached to the opening edge of the container body 20 from the outside, and further has a flange portion 11 attached to the opening edge of the container body 20 from the outside. has a concave lid fitting portion 12 that fits into the main body fitting portion 21 . A portion that protects the contents stored in the container body 20 is composed of a top plate portion 1 and a side wall portion 2 of a constant height that is continuous around the top plate portion 1.

The top plate portion 1 has a rectangular shape in plan view, the entire surface of which is flat. A side wall portion 2 is connected to each of the four sides of the top plate portion 1 via a connecting portion 3. Each of the continuous parts 3 is composed of an angular side corner part that forms a straight ridge line in the horizontal direction along the four sides of the top plate part 1, and when viewed as a whole, it is on the same plane as the top plate part 1. Forms a visual rectangle. In this embodiment, the top plate part 1 is illustrated as having a rectangular shape in plan view, and the entire surface thereof will be described as a flat surface. However, if the top plate part 1 has another polygonal shape in plan view, it may be configured as a flat surface. If the area ratio of the top plate part 1 that is not made of a flat surface is higher than the area ratio of the top plate part 1 that is not made of a flat surface, the object of the present invention regarding visibility can be achieved by making at least the area between a pair of opposite sides a flat surface. can be achieved.

In the case of this embodiment, the side wall portion 2 has a two-stage structure including an upper flat surface portion 4 and a lower flat surface portion 5 with a boundary portion 6 interposed therebetween, as clearly shown in FIG. Among these, the upper plane part 4 is connected to the top plate part 1 via the above-mentioned horizontal connection part 3, and the upper plane parts 4 adjacent to each other on the left and right are connected parts that are linear in the vertical direction. 7 are installed in succession. In other words, the continuous portion 7 is constituted by an angular vertical corner portion forming a linear ridgeline in the height direction. On the other hand, the lower plane part 5 is connected to the upper plane part 4 via the boundary part 6, and the lower plane parts 5 adjacent to each other on the left and right are connected to each other via the triangular chamfered part 8. Here, the upper plane part 4 and the lower plane part 5 have the same rising angle from the flange part 11 side to the top plate part 1 side, and are so-called flush, so they are actually linear as shown in the figure. Although there is no boundary part 6, there is a difference in the continuous structure between the adjacent pieces: the upper plane part 4 has a linear continuous part 7, and the lower plane part 5 has a triangular chamfered part 8. For convenience of explanation, it is designated as boundary part 6. Therefore, similarly to the continuous portion 7, the oblique side toward the apex angle of the chamfered portion 8 is also constituted by an angular vertical corner portion forming a linear ridgeline in the height direction.

Note that a stacking protrusion 9 is formed on the side wall portion 2 so as to straddle the lower plane portion 5 and the flange portion 11 and bulge out to the outside of the container. This prevents the lids from completely fitting into each other when the lids 10 are stacked on top of each other, and when closing the container main body 20 containing stored items (foodstuffs, etc.), the lids 10 can be This makes it easy to take out the items one by one. With the exception of this stacking protrusion 9, the side wall 2 can be said to have a flat surface over its entire surface like the top plate 1, which is one of the characteristic features of the present invention.

The further characteristic structure of the lid body 10 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. First, the dihedral angle formed by the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 (upper plane part 4) is As a preferable example, both the long side and the short side of the lid body 10 are set at more than 90° and less than 105°. Specifically, the dihedral angle θ1 on the long side is set to 97.0°, as shown in FIG. It is set below. Further, the angle θ2 between the top plate portion 1 and the continuous portion 7 at the corner portion of the lid body 10 is set to 100.0°, as shown in FIG. Note that the two sets of dihedral angles on the long side and short side can be set to different angles as long as they are within the ranges described above. By making the angles different in this way, when the containers containing the contents are displayed, the appearance of the display can be varied compared to containers with the same angle, and it is possible to increase customer attraction.

Furthermore, in the continuous part 3 between the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 (upper plane part 4), and in the continuous part 7 between the side wall parts 2 (upper plane part 4), the radius of curvature R on the surface side is all It is set to 0.4 mm. This numerical value is also an example, and it is preferable to set it smaller, but if it is 0.6 mm or less, the object of the present invention can be achieved. In short, what is important in the present invention is that the connecting portions 3 and 7 are constituted by angular horizontal and vertical corner portions that form linear ridgelines in the horizontal and height directions.

By having the top plate portion 1 and the side wall portions 2 configured as described above, the lid body 10 has good visibility while maintaining rigidity. In other words, in terms of rigidity, since the top plate part 1 is supported almost vertically by the side wall part 2, the load capacity is increased, and by forming the connecting parts 3 and 7 into an angular shape with an extremely small radius of curvature, it is easy to bend. Increased resistance to twisting.

Regarding visibility, the entire surface of the top plate part 1 is flat, the upper flat part 4 of the side wall part 2 is completely flat, and the lower flat part 5 is flat except for the stacking protrusion 9. Moreover, since the connecting parts 3 and 7 are composed of angular horizontal and vertical corners that form linear ridgelines in the horizontal and height directions, it is difficult to see from directly above or from the side. The stored objects can be clearly seen without distortion, not only from above, but also from diagonally above. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the vertices formed by the three sides of the top plate part 1 and the two adjacent side wall parts 2, that is, the four corners F of the top plate part 1, are pins whose tips coincide with the intersections of the continuous parts 3 and 7. Since it is configured with a rectangular shape (edge angle), even when viewed obliquely towards one corner F of the four corners F of the top plate part 1, visibility at that part is not hindered, and the entire lid body 10 can be seen clearly. Increases transparency.

Note that the visibility of the lid body 10 can be improved most if it is colorless and transparent, but the color and transparency are not limited. Furthermore, the molding material, that is, the sheet material, can be selected from conventionally known thermoplastic resins, but thermoplastic polyester resins such as PBT resin, PEN resin, PET resin, PETG resin, and SPG resin are suitable. . In particular, it is preferable to select PET resin, which has excellent workability, moldability, and cost.

Furthermore, when molding the lid 10 using a sheet material made of PET resin, the PET resin with an IV value (based on JIS K7367-1) of 0.70 to 0.85 has a moisture content (based on JIS K0113). It is preferable to use a sheet material having a Karl Fischer coulometric titration method of less than 1500 PPM and a thickness of 0.10 to 0.80 mm. Note that if the sheet thickness is in the range of 0.20 to 0.50 mm, it is possible to achieve both the above-mentioned rigidity and visibility at a higher level.

Next, a method of molding the lid 10 will be explained with reference to FIG. 6. (a) to (e) of the same figure are conceptual diagrams showing the molding process of the lid body 10. First, the above-mentioned sheet material 30 made of thermoplastic resin is heated and softened by the double-sided heater 31 (Fig. 6 (a)). Then, the sheet material 30 in a softened state is conveyed between the mold (male mold) 32 and the plug 33 (FIG. 6(b)), the mold 32 is raised, and its molding surface is pressed against the sheet material 30. guess (Figure 6(c)). In this state, the plug 33 is operated to seal the sheet material 30 with the mold 32, and vacuum is drawn through the numerous suction holes 32a provided through the mold 32 (FIG. 6(d)). ). Then, the mold 32 and the plug 33 are returned to their original positions and released (FIG. 6(e)), and then the excess portion is cut and trimmed to obtain the lid 10.

Here, a vacuum forming method has been described as a method for forming the lid body 10, but a pressure forming method in which a softened sheet material is brought into close contact with a mold using compressed air may also be adopted, and these vacuum forming methods and pressure forming methods may be used. It is also possible to adopt them at the same time. Although the lid body 10 having the continuous parts 3 and 7 can be formed by the above-mentioned angular horizontal and vertical corner parts using the vacuum forming method, it is possible to form the top plate part 1 more smoothly. Further, the arrangement of the suction holes 32a for molding while maintaining transparency will be explained in detail at the end.

Next, the configuration of the container body 20 will be explained in detail. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 together with FIG. 1, the container main body 20 in this embodiment includes a bottom plate portion 22, a main body peripheral wall portion 23 rising upward on the outer peripheral side thereof, and a main body extending outward from the main body peripheral wall portion 23. It includes a flange portion 24 and a skirt portion 25 extending downward from the main body flange portion 24 via the above-described main body fitting portion 21. The bottom plate portion 22 is rectangular in plan view and has approximately the same area as the top plate portion 1 of the lid body 10. After placing the stored items such as food on the bottom plate portion 22, the lid body 10 is placed on the bottom plate portion 22, and the lid body fitting portion 12 and the main body fitting portion 21 of both are fitted, thereby completing the lid closing operation. . The rigidity and visibility of the packaging container with the lid closed in this manner have already been described in detail.

In this embodiment, the bottom plate portion 22 has a raised bottom shape. That is, the bottom plate part 22 has a raised bottom part 22a on the inner side, and forms a lower base part 22c surrounding the bottom part 22a with a step part 22b interposed therebetween. Among these, the raised bottom part 22a is the main part on which the stored items are placed, and the base part 22c around it receives drips and excess oil that seep out from foodstuffs, etc., and also receives soy sauce, wasabi, etc. that are added as necessary. It also functions as a place to hold small items.

A plurality of leg portions 26 are provided intermittently on the outer periphery of the bottom plate portion 22 (base portion 22c) and inside the main body peripheral wall portion 23. In the case of this embodiment, the leg portions 26 are provided in a total of eight locations, two on each of the long and short sides of the container body 20, in a straight line shape in plan view. Here, one of the features of this embodiment is that each leg portion 26 is intentionally provided to avoid the corner portion 22d of the bottom plate portion 22. Note that this leg portion 26 is not necessarily a portion that literally supports the container body 20 (packaging container), and if the above-mentioned skirt portion 25 has a sufficiently long extension length, the skirt portion 25 substantially supports the container body 20 (packaging container). They may also function as legs of the main body 20.

As shown in FIG. 9, the leg portions 26 are formed to protrude downward from the bottom plate portion 22, and the inside of the leg portions 26 and the bottom plate portion 22 have a concave cross-section with an open bottom. A concave portion 27 is formed. In this embodiment, as a result of providing the leg portions 26 intermittently, the loading recessed portion 27 has a concave shape only in the cross section passing through the leg portion 26, but as will be described later, the lid 10 The function of fitting is achieved. In addition, in response to the fact that the bottom plate portion 22 has a raised bottom shape, the top surface portion of the loading recessed portion 27 has a two-tier configuration, but in this embodiment, the top surface is configured using the base portion 22c as a reference plane. ing. Then, the radius of curvature R1 of the inner corner 27a of the loading concave portion 27 formed by the leg portion 26 and the base portion 22c is set to 0, corresponding to the radius of curvature R on the surface side of the continuous portion 3 of the lid body 10. It is set to .6mm or less. Although the angle of the inner corner part 27a is not limited, it is recommended to make it correspond to the dihedral angle formed by the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 (upper plane part 4) of the lid body 10 to improve ease of fitting and to avoid horizontal deviation. It is effective in preventing

When the packaging containers containing the contents containing the container body 20 described above are stacked flat in several tiers, the loading recess 27 is fitted into the lid 10 of the lower container as shown in FIG. The container bodies 20 of the upper container are loaded in such a manner that the container bodies 20 of the upper container are pushed together. When stacked in this way, in the present invention, the three-dimensional shape of the upper part into which the lid body 10 is fitted and the inner surface of the loading recessed part 27 of the container body 20 almost match, and in particular, the continuous part of the lid body 10 Since the curvature range R on the surface side of the container body 20 and the radius of curvature R1 of the inner corner of the loading concave portion 27 in the container body 20 match or have a similar correspondence relationship, the stacked state can be firmly maintained.

Note that the depth of the loading concave portion 27 is determined by the protruding length of the leg portion 26, and the deeper the depth, the higher the holding force in the fitted state. Regarding the above, the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 are configured to be flat, the curvature range R of the surface side of the continuous part 3 in the lid body 10, and the inner corner part 27a of the loading concave part 27 in the container body 20. By making the radius of curvature R1 match or approximate, it is possible to firmly maintain the stacked state, and therefore the depth of the loading concave portion 26 can be made as small as possible. Specifically, it is sufficient for the protrusion length of the leg portion 26 to be 5 mm with respect to the base portion 22c, and by making it shorter, the moldability of the container body 20 is improved and productivity is improved.

Further, in this embodiment, as described above, the legs 26 are avoided from being placed in the corners 22d of the bottom plate 22, and the loading recesses 27 are intentionally left open at the corners. (a mode with no corner portions). This aspect increases the degree of freedom in designing the lid body 10 and allows a configuration that prioritizes visibility, which is a more preferable configuration. On the other hand, if the L-shaped legs 26 are provided along the corner 22d of the bottom plate 22 to form the corner of the recessed part for loading, the top plate 1 of the lid 10 is also used for loading. The shape must accurately fit the corner of the concave portion, which imposes restrictions on the moldability of the lid 10. However, the present invention does not plan to completely eliminate such a configuration, and may arbitrarily adopt it.

As described above, in the present invention, even if the packaging containers stacked flat are subjected to external force from the side or some vibration, the stacked state (fitted into the loading recess) is firmly maintained. For example, After the consumer picks up the container, the position may shift from its normal position, and the container body 20 of the upper container may be placed diagonally against the lid 10 of the lower container while the loading recess 27 remains unfitted. There may be a condition. FIG. 11 shows a state in which the loading concave portion 27 is disengaged for some reason, and the container body 20 of the upper container is slanted to the lid 10 of the lower container. If the upper container were to tilt in this way, the conventional structure would not be effective in preventing the upper container from tilting, and there was a risk that the upper container would slide away. However, according to the present invention, the extension length of the skirt portion 25 of the container body 20 is set sufficiently long, so that even if the container body 20 is tilted, the lower end edge 25a of the skirt portion 25 is attached to the lid 10 of the lower container. It is possible to prevent the upper container from collapsing due to getting caught on the upper corner portion (side wall portion 2). In particular, since the connecting portions 3 and 7 of the lid body 1 are formed into an angular shape with an extremely small radius of curvature, the lower end edge 25a of the skirt portion 4 including this portion is easily caught. In this case, the extension length of the skirt portion 25 depends on the size of the lid 10, etc., but it should be at least at the same level as the lower end 26a of the leg 26, and more preferably at the same level as the lower end 26a of the leg 26. Also, the extension length should be such that it protrudes downward.

On the other hand, in order to restore the tilted upper container as described above, the container body 20 can be slid little by little in the direction to eliminate the tilt, as shown in FIG. 12 ((a) and (b) )). However, depending on the weight of the contents contained in the container body 20, the stepped portion 22b of the upper container may get caught on the upper corner portion (corresponding to the continuous portion 3) of the lid 10 of the lower container midway through the process. It may be difficult to slide the upper container.

Another embodiment of the container body 40 that has been improved in this respect will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14. In the container body 40 as well, the inner side of the bottom plate portion 41 is raised and the bottom portion 42 is raised, and a step portion 43 is formed around the bottom portion 42. The structure in which a lower base part 44 is formed through the raised base part 44 is the same as in the above embodiment, but here, a rib 45 having a rectangular shape in plan view is provided near the stepped part 43 and projects downward from the raised bottom part 42. ing. More specifically, the ribs 45 are provided at the four corners of the raised bottom portion 42 (FIG. 13), and their protrusion length H1 is set to be approximately the same length as the height H0 of the stepped portion 43.

According to the container body 40 provided with such a rib 45, even if the upper container is tilted, the rib 45 rides on the upper corner of the lid 10 of the lower container (FIG. 15(a)), preventing the upper container from tilting. Even while the ribs 45 are being slid in the direction to eliminate them, the ribs 45 serve as guides and slide against the top plate 1 of the lid 10 of the lower container (FIG. 15(b)), so that the step 43 located on the outside of the ribs 45 does not slide even once. The upper container can be smoothly returned to its original position without getting caught on the upper corner of the lid 10 (FIG. 15(c)).

In addition to the above-mentioned guide function, the rib 45 also has the function of reinforcing the bottom plate part 41, but if its protrusion length H1 is too large, the lid 10 of the lower container apart from the original step part 43 A new stepped portion is created in which the upper corner of the container gets caught, and the formability of the container body 40 is also affected. Therefore, in the present invention, the protrusion length H1 of the rib 45 is set to be equal to or less than the height H0 of the stepped portion 43.

In this regard, in the modified example shown in FIG. 16, the rib 50 crosses the corner 52 of the raised bottom 51 in a corner shape, and both ends thereof are connected to the base 53a on the adjacent long side via the step 53. It is formed in a straight line shape in plan view connected to each of the short side base portions 53b. Therefore, even though the rib 50 has a relatively small protruding length, it exhibits a reinforcing function that more reliably prevents the raised bottom portion 51 from bending or twisting. Of course, the ribs 50 can smoothly return the collapsing upper container to its original position due to the guide function described above.

Next, Examples 1 to 10 in which the structure of the lid body 10 according to the above embodiment is changed while ensuring high visibility and transparency will be described based on FIGS. 17 to 26. In addition, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected about the same component as the lid body 10 of the said embodiment. In addition, the same components will be described using the same reference numerals in the embodiments as well.

FIG. 17 is a perspective view of the lid 100 according to the first embodiment. In this Example 1, regarding the vertically projecting corner portions constituting the continuous portions 7 of the side wall portions 2, a planar chamfered portion 8 is formed on the lower side of the continuous portions 7, as in the above embodiment, and Additionally, a planar chamfered portion 101 having an inverted triangular shape is also formed on the upper side of the continuous portion 7. In other words, in this Example 1, the chamfered portion 101 is formed by cutting the pin angle shapes (edge angles) at the four corners of the top plate portion 1 into inverted triangles in the above embodiment. Therefore, the same effects as the above embodiment can be obtained regarding the visibility of the stored items and the overall transparency.

Further, in this first embodiment, the continuous portion 7 is formed between the apex corners of the upper and lower chamfered portions 101 and 8. In other words, the upper and lower chamfered portions 101 and 8 are vertically spaced apart by the length of the continuous portion 7 in the height direction. Therefore, by concentrating the chamfered portions 101 and 8 on the four corners of the side wall portion 2, the strength of the lid body 100 is improved.

FIG. 18 is a perspective view of a lid body 200 according to the second embodiment. In this second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, a pair of upper and lower chamfered portions 101 and 8 are formed at the four corners of the side wall portion 2. However, in this embodiment 2, the continuous portions 201 of the side wall portion 2 are formed to intersect in an X-shape, and the chamfered portions 101 and 8 are not separated but are formed with a common apex angle. In Example 2 as well, the same visibility and transparency as in the embodiment can be obtained, and the same strength as in Example 1 can be ensured.

FIG. 19 is a perspective view of a lid 300 according to the third embodiment. The difference in this third embodiment from the above embodiment is that the connecting portion 301 between the side wall portions 2 is constituted by a rounded vertically extending corner portion having a curved outer shape. Regarding the lid body 300 according to the third embodiment, the continuous part 3 around the top plate part 1 is constituted by an angular side corner part forming a linear ridge line in the horizontal direction, so it is a more general case. When observed obliquely from above, visibility is not obstructed by the continuous portions 3, and a higher degree of transparency can be obtained than in the conventional lid body in which the continuous portions 3 are formed at a rounded angle.

FIG. 20 is a perspective view of a lid body 400 according to Example 4. In this embodiment 4, the chamfered portions 401 and 8 are spaced apart by the length of the continuous portion 7 between the side wall portions 2 on the upper and lower sides of the continuous portion 7, and the corners are cut. This is common to Example 1. On the other hand, in this fourth embodiment, the upper chamfer 401 has a spherical triangular shape, which is different from the planar chamfer 101 in the first embodiment. It should be noted that which of the upper and lower chamfers may be made into a spherical triangle is arbitrary, and both the upper and lower chamfers may be made into spherical triangles. Alternatively, it may be formed of an inner spherical surface that bulges inward. Alternatively, only one of the lower chamfered portions 8 may be configured as an inward spherical surface that bulges inward. Also in this fourth embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the strength of the lid body 400 can be improved by concentrating the chamfered portions 401 and 8 on the four corners of the side wall portion 2.

Up to this point, in the lid bodies according to the embodiment and Examples 1 to 4, at least the connecting portion between the top plate portion and the side wall portion is constituted by an angular side-projecting corner portion forming a linear ridgeline in the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the lid body is placed on a serving table or the like with the top plate at the bottom, or placed on a shelf, etc., the so-called edges may become sharp and tilt due to the angularity of the continuous parts. However, the effect of improving stability can be obtained.

In addition, the edge effect mentioned above makes it easier for fingers to get caught and grip the lid, and since the contact area of the fingers with the continuous part is small when gripping the lid in this way, it is difficult for fingerprints to form on the lid. It is also possible to minimize the impact on visibility caused by such factors.

In addition, when the lid body is used as a container body, the effect that the capacity can be increased is also expected because the continuous portion is constituted by an angular protruding corner portion.

Although a rectangular lid body has been illustrated so far, a dome-shaped lid body 500 according to the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 21 is also possible. That is, in the fifth embodiment, the top plate portion 501 is rectangular in plan view with a semicircular arc cross section, and is provided with a pair of semicircular side wall portions 502 at both left and right ends thereof. The top plate part 501 and the side wall part 502 are connected by an angular semicircular protruding corner part 503 forming a semicircular ridgeline. In this fifth embodiment as well, since the semicircular protruding corner part 503 constituting the continuous part is angular, visibility is not obstructed by the semicircular protruding corner part 503 when observed diagonally from above. . Although the entire top plate portion 501 has a curved surface, if the area ratio of the top plate portion 501 made up of a curved surface is higher than the area ratio of the top plate portion 501 not made of a curved surface, , the object of the present invention regarding visibility can be achieved.

FIG. 22 is a perspective view of a lid 600 according to the sixth embodiment, which is common to the fifth embodiment in that the top plate portion 601 is dome-shaped, but in the fifth embodiment, the top plate is semicircular. While the section 501 does not have side panels at the front and rear, in this sixth embodiment, the top panel section 601 has an arcuate cross section that is less than a semicircular arc, and the top panel section 601 has a rectangular section at the front and rear. A pair of side wall portions 602 are provided. Furthermore, a pair of chevron-shaped side walls 603 having an arcuate upper edge are provided at both left and right ends of the top plate portion 601. The front and rear rectangular side walls 602 are connected to the front and back of the top plate 601 by angular lateral corners 604 forming a linear ridge line in the horizontal direction, and the left and right chevron-shaped side walls 603 is connected to the left and right sides of the top plate part 601 by an angular arc-shaped protruding corner part 605 forming an arc-shaped ridgeline. The rectangular side wall portion 602 and the chevron-shaped side wall portion 603 are connected to each other by an angular vertical corner portion 606 that forms a linear ridgeline in the height direction. Therefore, in the lid body 601 according to the sixth embodiment, as in the fifth embodiment, visibility is not obstructed by the arcuate projecting corner portion 605, and visibility at the vertical projecting corner portion 606 is also good. . Furthermore, the four corners F of the top plate part 601 are formed by the above-mentioned arcuate ridgeline (arc-shaped protruding corner part 605), horizontal ridgeline (lateral protruding corner part 604), and height direction ridgeline (vertical protruding corner part 606). ), so even when viewed obliquely towards one corner F of the four corners F of the top plate section 601, visibility at that part is not obstructed. , the transparency of the entire lid body 600 is increased. In this sixth embodiment, the continuous portion of the rectangular side wall portion 602 and the chevron-shaped side wall portion 603 is corner cut into a triangle in which the two vertically projecting corner portions 606 form the hypotenuses. It is also possible to omit the corner cutting and form a single vertical corner portion 606. In addition, the vertically projecting corner portion 606 has a different oblique side angle to form a continuous portion (continuous portion 7 of Example 1) in the same way as in Example 1, and a planar chamfer is formed on the lower side of the continuous portion. The portion 8 may also be formed.

FIG. 23 is a perspective view of a lid body 700 according to Example 7, and corresponds to the invention described in the claims of the present application. The lid according to Example 7 is different from the lid according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 by providing an area for pasting a label with information such as price, raw material name, production area, expiration date, etc. . That is, it is the same as the above embodiment in that the connecting part 3 on the long side of the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 is constituted by an angular side corner part forming a straight ridge line in the horizontal direction. However, in this embodiment 7, the continuous portion 3 is not formed with a lateral corner portion and is divided to form a curved surface 701 . Therefore, when a label is attached across the curved surface 701 and across the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2, the label will not be torn due to the angularity. Furthermore, in this embodiment, similarly to the embodiment shown in FIG. Since it is configured with a pin angle shape (edge angle) whose tip coincides with the intersection point of 7, even when looking obliquely towards one corner F of the four corners F of the top plate part 1, the visibility at that part is low. The transparency of the entire lid body 10 is enhanced without being hindered. In other words, in this Example 7, the same effects as in the above embodiment can be obtained in terms of visibility and transparency, except for the label pasting part.

。 FIG. 24 is a perspective view of a lid body 800 according to Example 8, which corresponds to the invention described in the claims of the present application as having a label attachable area as in Example 7. However, in this Embodiment 8, the lateral corner portion of the continuous portion 3 is changed to a slope 801 which is cut into a planar shape. However, the effects resulting from this are no different from those in Example 7, and the same effects as in Example 7 can be obtained in terms of visibility and transparency. What is required in the present invention is to eliminate the angularity of the side protruding corners around the top plate in order to secure a label pasting area. In addition, in Examples 7 and 8, the curved surface 701 and slope 801 were described as areas where labels can be pasted, but it is also possible to wrap a wrapping band or the like around these areas, and in the present invention, they are referred to as areas having a broad concept of ancillary areas. be. .

FIG. 25 is a perspective view of a lid body 900 according to Example 9. The feature of this Example 9 is that in the four corners of the top plate part 1, the side walls 2 are recessed inwardly. The reason is that they are connected to each other via the inner corner portion 901. In other words, up to the eighth embodiment, this portion basically protruded outward due to the vertically extending corners, but in the ninth embodiment, it is recessed inward. However, the connecting part 3 between the top plate part 1 and the side plate part 2 is constituted by an angular horizontal corner part forming a linear ridgeline in the horizontal direction, and also has a vertical corner part 901 on both sides. Since each of the connecting portions 902 between the side wall portions 2 formed is constituted by an angular vertical corner portion forming a straight linear ridgeline in the height direction, the connecting portions 3 and 902 are formed. The visibility of the line of sight is not obstructed, and the vertical corner portions 901 create an unprecedented change in the aesthetics of the lid body 900 and increase the rigidity of the lid body 900 in the compression direction.

FIG. 26 is a perspective view of a lid 1000 according to Example 10. The feature of this Embodiment 10 is that the top plate part 1 and the side wall part 2 are connected to each other via an inwardly curved concave corner part 1001. That is, in the above embodiments up to the eighth embodiment except for the sixth embodiment, this portion basically protrudes outward due to side projecting corners, but in this embodiment tenth, it is recessed inward. However, the connecting part 7 between the side plate parts 2 is constituted by an angular side corner part forming a linear ridge line in the height direction, and also has a top part formed above and below the horizontal corner part 1001. Since the connecting portions 1002 with the plate portion 1 and the side wall portion 2 are each constituted by an angular lateral corner portion forming a horizontal linear ridgeline, the connecting portions 7 and 1002 are The visibility of the line of sight is not obstructed, and the horizontal corner portion 1001 creates a change in the aesthetics of the lid body 1000 that has not been seen in the past.

The gist of the lid according to the present invention is that, regarding the top plate portion and the side portions constituting the main surfaces, the vertical and horizontal connected portions where the directions of these surfaces change significantly are formed by angular protruding corners forming a linear ridgeline. As a result, the visibility of the continuous portion is not obstructed, and the overall transparency can be improved. As a method for molding such an angular continuous part, the vacuum forming method was explained according to FIG. If so, the transparency of the top plate part will be greatly lost, so the conditions for the mold (male mold) in order to mold the top plate part as a smooth surface with no unevenness in the vacuum forming method are explained below. .

First, in the male mold 32 shown in FIG. 6, the suction hole 32a for vacuuming is arranged as follows on the premise that the top surface, which forms the top plate of the lid body, is finished as smooth as possible. The condition is that it be placed as follows. In other words, the suction holes 32a are not provided near the center of the top plate 1, as shown by the suction marks m1 to m4 on the molded lid body in FIG. The first condition is that it be provided corresponding to a portion close to section 3). In other words, it is necessary to provide the suction holes slightly shifted from the ridgeline of the top plate toward the center.

As an example of a concave mold, in the case of a mold in which a suction hole is provided in a portion corresponding to the center of the top plate 1, the softened sheet material first moves toward the suction hole easily by vacuuming the central portion of the softened sheet material. It gets sucked in. Thereafter, the peripheral portion attempts to come into close contact with the mold, but as the central portion of the sheet material comes into close contact with the mold first, the central portion begins to harden, and furthermore, the suction hole is blocked. For this reason, the subsequent vacuuming of the surrounding area is delayed, and due to this time difference, the top plate may be molded into an "uneven" shape.

On the other hand, according to a mold in which suction holes are provided near the outer periphery of the top plate portion 1, vacuum holes are provided near each side, so that the vacuum holes do not accumulate between the top surface of the mold and the sheet material. By suctioning the air, the molding is done quickly, and by further suctioning, the area around the vacuum hole comes into close contact with the sheet material, and no further suction is possible, so the mold on the top surface is removed by the effect of the slight remaining air. This prevents the sheets from coming into close contact with each other, allowing molding while maintaining the sheet's transparency. In other words, if the sheet material comes into close contact with the mold, no matter how smooth the top surface of the mold is, the fine irregularities will be reflected in the molded product and the transparency will be lost.

As a condition other than arranging the suction hole near the outer peripheral edge of the top plate portion 1 as described above, the diameter of the suction hole is preferably 1 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or less.

Also, it is better to have fewer suction holes. Specifically, the spacing between the suction holes is required to be at least 5 mm or more, and in implementation by the applicant, the spacing may be 40 mm or more.

In this regard, if the top plate is polygonal, it is not necessary to provide one suction hole on each side, but if it is rectangular and one suction hole is provided on the short side, there is also one suction hole on the long side. A condition is to provide a suction hole.

On the other hand, if the top plate is circular, the suction holes are arranged at approximately equal intervals, and if the top plate is polygonal, the suction holes are arranged so that they can be divided approximately equally on each side. In other words, it is undesirable to arrange the suction holes so that they are closely spaced.

Furthermore, if the top plate part is polygonal, suction holes can be provided near the corners (four corners if it is a square). However, it is not effective to provide suction holes only in the corners, and it is essential that they be placed near the outer periphery.
