Claims (10)
- 微生物分離装置を有し、サンプル原液から検査用サンプル液を調製する検査用サンプル液の調製システムであって、前記微生物分離装置は、
矩形断面を有する湾曲流路を有し、前記湾曲流路を液体が流れることによって生じる渦流れを利用して、前記液体を第1画分と第2画分とに分離する流体力分離装置と、
前記サンプル原液を前記流体力分離装置へ供給する送液部と
を有し、前記流体力分離装置によって、前記サンプル原液に含まれる粒子は第1画分に濃縮され、
前記サンプル原液は、飲食品又は医療用薬品の製造における液状原料、液状中間物、又は、液状最終製品であり、
前記第2画分は検査用サンプル液として提供され、
前記粒子は、微生物より大きい粒子状固形物であり、
前記第2画分は微生物を含む、検査用サンプル液の調製システム。 - 前記湾曲流路へ供給される前記液体の前記流体力分離装置における入口圧力と出口圧力との差が0.60MPa未満になるように制御される請求項1に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記送液部は、製造ラインから分岐して前記流体力分離装置に接続される供給路と、前記流体力分離装置へ前記サンプル原液を供給するための流動圧を前記サンプル原液に付勢するポンプとを有し、製造ラインを流通する液状原料、液状中間物、又は、液状最終製品の一部が前記サンプル原液として前記流体力分離装置へ供給される請求項1又は2に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記送液部は、更に、前記第1画分を製造ラインへ返送する返送路を有する請求項3に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記送液部は、前記サンプル原液を収容する容器と、前記容器を前記流体力分離装置に接続する供給路と、前記流体力分離装置へ前記サンプル原液を供給するための流動圧を前記サンプル原液に付勢するポンプとを有する請求項1又は2に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記送液部は、更に、前記第1画分を前記容器に返送する返送路を有する請求項5に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記送液部は、更に、前記第2画分の一部を前記供給路へ還流するための還流路を有する請求項4に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 更に、検査装置と、前記流体力分離装置を前記検査装置と接続する流路と、前記検査装置を製造ラインに接続する流路を有し、前記第2画分は、前記検査装置を経て製造ラインに返送される請求項4に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 前記第1画分は、前記返送路によって返送されるか、又は、システム外に排出される請求項4又は6に記載の検査用サンプル液の調製システム。
- 微生物分離処理を含み、サンプル原液から検査用サンプル液を調製する検査用サンプル液の調製方法であって、前記微生物分離処理は、
矩形断面を有する湾曲流路を液体が流れることによって生じる渦流れを利用して、前記液体を第1画分と第2画分とに分離する流体力分離工程と、
前記サンプル原液を前記流体力分離工程へ供給する送液工程と
を有し、前記流体力分離工程によって、前記サンプル原液に含まれる粒子は第1画分に濃縮され、
前記サンプル原液は、飲食品又は医療用薬品の製造における液状原料、液状中間物、又は、液状最終製品であり、
前記第2画分は検査用サンプル液として提供され、
前記粒子は、微生物より大きい粒子状固形物であり、
前記第2画分は微生物を含む、検査用サンプル液の調製方法。
