Claims (11)
- 電極リードを含む複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体;
前記電極リードが突出した前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面を覆う絶縁カバー;および
前記電池セル積層体と前記絶縁カバーの間に位置するセンシング組立体を含み、
前記センシング組立体は、前記絶縁カバーの内側面に取り付けられて前記電極リードと連結され、
前記センシング組立体は、コネクタ、および前記コネクタと前記電極リードを連結する連結部材を含み、
前記センシング組立体は、前記連結部材の一端に位置して前記電極リードに接合される接合部材をさらに含み、
前記絶縁カバーは、少なくとも一つの開口部を含み、前記開口部は前記接合部材が前記電極リードに接合された部分と対応する位置に形成される、電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁カバーの前記内側面は前記電極リードと対面し、
前記絶縁カバーの前記内側面に前記センシング組立体が取り付けられるように湾入した取り付け部が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁カバーは、前記開口部を覆う蓋部を含み、
前記蓋部は前記開口部に対して開閉構造を形成する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記絶縁カバーに前記コネクタの外部連結を案内するためのコネクタ開口部が形成される、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電極リードのうち少なくとも一つと連結される端子(Terminal)バスバーをさらに含み、
前記絶縁カバーに端子バスバーの外部連結を案内するための端子バスバー開口部が形成される、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 少なくとも2個の前記電極リード同士が曲げられて接合されて電極リード接合体を形成し、
前記センシング組立体は前記電極リード接合体に連結される、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 請求項1~6の何れか一項による電池モジュール;
前記電池モジュールを収納するパックフレーム;および
前記電池モジュールと前記パックフレームの底部の間に位置する熱伝導性樹脂層を含む、電池パック。 - 複数の電池セルを積層して電池セル積層体を形成する段階;
前記電池セルのうち隣接する少なくとも2個の電池セルから突出した電極リードを接合して電極リード接合体を形成する段階;および
前記電池セル積層体の前面と後面に、センシング組立体が取り付けられた絶縁カバーを位置させる段階を含み、
前記センシング組立体は前記絶縁カバーの内側面に取り付けられ、前記絶縁カバーを位置させる段階で前記センシング組立体が前記電極リード接合体と対面し、
前記センシング組立体は、コネクタ、前記コネクタと前記電極リードを連結する連結部材、および前記連結部材の一端に位置する接合部材を含み、
前記絶縁カバーに形成された開口部を介して前記接合部材と前記電極リードを接合する段階をさらに含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記絶縁カバーは前記開口部に対して開閉構造を形成する蓋部を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記電池セル積層体を形成する段階は、
隣接する電池セルの間に接着剤を塗布して前記隣接する電池セルを互いに付着する段階および前記隣接する電池セルそれぞれの前記電極リードを曲げて互いに接合する段階を含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記絶縁カバーを位置させる段階前に
前記電池セル積層体の上面、下面および両側面をホールディングバンドで囲む段階が行われる、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
