Description
%HRR=(心拍数-安静時心拍数)÷(最大心拍数-安静時心拍数)×100
上記式において、安静時心拍数は、運動を行う本人が運動を行わずに安静にしている時の心拍数で、最大心拍数は、運動を行う本人が出せる最大の心拍数であり、これらは各個人によって決まる定数となっている。何らかの運動を行うと、その運動の強度に比例して心拍数は上昇し、安静時心拍数から最大心拍数までの値を取ることになる。%HRRは、運動時の心拍数から、その運動がその人の限界に対してどの程度の割合の負荷となっているのかを0~100%で示す相対的な指標となっている。
最大心拍数=208-年齢×0.7 ・・・(3)
従って、既知の標本データとして抽出した労働者の年齢のデータを作成しておいて、そこから式(3)によって算出した最大心拍数から、AMHを算出するようにしてもよい。

Claims (1)
- 労働者の心拍数を含む生体情報を取得する生体情報取得部と、
労働負荷による健康リスクを前記生体情報に基づいて判別するためのモデル式が記憶されたモデル式記憶部と、
前記労働者の前記生体情報及び前記モデル式に基づいて前記労働者の前記健康リスクを判定する判定部と、
前記労働者の身に装着されて前記労働者の前記生体情報を測定するウェアラブルデバイスと、を備え、
前記ウェアラブルデバイスは、前記労働者の動作に合わせて追従できるように伸縮性を有し、前記労働者の体に密着して着用するウェアと、
前記労働者の心臓が挟まれるように胸部の左右の位置の体表に当接して前記ウェアの裏側に取り付けられ、伸縮性を有する2つの電極と、
前記電極から配線により接続され、前記ウェアに取り付けられた測定装置と、を有し、
前記測定装置は、前記労働者の身体活動量を測定する生体情報測定部と、
前記ウェアラブルデバイスの識別を可能にする識別符号部と、を有し、
前記生体情報取得部は、前記ウェアラブルデバイスから前記生体情報を取得し、
前記モデル式は、既知の標本データのロジスティック回帰によって算出されたものであることを特徴とする判定装置。
