Claims (12)
- 溶融性ポリマーの増粘調製用押出機(100)であって、前記押出機(100)は、内側ハウジング凹部(18)を有するハウジング(10)を少なくとも備え、前記内側ハウジング凹部(18)には、少なくとも1つの螺旋状の押出機スクリュフライト(31,...,35)を有する押出機スクリュ(20)が回転可能に配置されており、
前記押出機スクリュ(20)は、その外径に関して、直径開始領域(21)と、直径中間領域と、直径終了領域とに分割されており、
-前記直径中間領域は、他の前記直径領域よりも大きな外径を有しており、
-異なる直径を有する直径領域の間に、それぞれ移行円錐部(22,24)が形成されており、
-前記直径中間領域には、少なくとも1つの脱気部(23)が形成されており、前記脱気部(23)は、ハウジング凹部を有しており、前記ハウジング凹部から少なくとも1つの吸引口(15)が前記ハウジング(10)の外側へと延在している、
押出機(100)において、
-前記直径中間領域の前記押出機スクリュ(20)は、押出機スクリュシャフトコアと前記ハウジング凹部(18)の内壁(19)との間に形成された流路が環状の膨張ノズルとして形成され、前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の外径が一定であり、かつ径方向の流路高さが拡大するように形成されており、かつ
-前記少なくとも1つの吸引口(15)は、前記脱気部(23)の端部の終了領域(23.2)に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、押出機(100)。 - 前記押出機スクリュ(20)は、機能的に少なくとも計量化部(21.2)と、前記脱気部(23)と、吐出部(25)とに分割されており、
-前記計量化部(21.2)の前記押出機スクリュ上には、ポリマーメルトを圧縮および/または均質化する手段が形成されており、前記計量化部(21.2)は、流れ方向に見て、前記直径開始領域(21)から前記移行円錐部(22)を経て前記直径中間領域内まで延在しており、かつ
-前記吐出部(25)は、完全に前記直径終了領域内に形成されている、請求項1記載の押出機(100)。 - 前記直径中間領域の前記押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)は、前記直径開始領域(21)の直径D1の少なくとも1.5倍に相当する直径D2を有する、請求項2記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記直径中間領域は、開始領域(23.1)および終了領域(23.2)を有しており、前記開始領域(23.1)における、前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の隣接部分間に形成されるチャネルの径方向のチャネル深さは、前記終了領域(23.2)よりも小さい、請求項3記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記直径中間領域の前記終了領域(23.2)における前記押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の前記チャネル深さは、前記開始領域(23.1)の前記チャネル深さの少なくとも3倍である、請求項4記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記脱気部(23)の前記開始領域(23.1)における前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の前記チャネル深さは、前記直径D2の1%~5%である、請求項4から5までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記終了領域(23.2)における前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の前記チャネル深さは、前記脱気部(23)の前記直径D2の少なくとも10%である、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記終了領域(23.2)における前記少なくとも1つの押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)の前記チャネル深さは、少なくとも20mmである、請求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記直径D2は、D1の少なくとも1.5倍に相当する、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記脱気部(23)の長さは、前記直径D2の少なくとも2倍である、請求項3から9までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 前記押出機スクリュ(20)は、前記計量化部(21.2)から前記開始領域(23.1)への移行部および/または前記終了領域(23.2)から前記吐出部(25)への移行部に、それぞれテーパ状の移行部(22,24)を有しており、前記移行部(22,24)では、前記押出機スクリュフライト(31,32,33,34,35)が中断されている、請求項4または請求項4を引用する請求項5から10までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
- 少なくとも前記脱気部(23)において、同じピッチの少なくとも2つの絡み合う押出機スクリュフライト(32,33,34)が前記押出機スクリュ(20)に形成されている、請求項2から11までのいずれか1項記載の押出機(100)。
