Description
本実施の形態に係る歩行補助装置は、例えば、歩行訓練を行う訓練者に装着される。訓練者が歩行補助装置を装着した状態で歩行訓練を行う。例えば、一方の脚に麻痺を患う片麻痺患者である訓練者が、麻痺側の脚部である患脚に歩行補助装置を装着する。以下の説明では、ユーザである訓練者が、リハビリ後期において、歩行訓練システムでの歩行訓練を行う例について説明する。なお、歩行補助装置は、歩行訓練システムでの歩行訓練時に限らず、病院内での歩行時や屋外等での歩行時において、使用されてもよい。
センサ4としては、種々のタイプのセンサを用いることができる。以下、センサ4の具体例について説明する。
以下、本実施の形態にかかる歩行補助装置の変形例について、図6を用いて説明する。図6は、変形例に係る歩行補助装置2の制御系を示すブロック図である。図6では、図4の構成に加えて、歩行補助装置2が演算装置51、メモリ52、送信部53、受信部54を備えている。なお、ダンパ22、切替器28、センサ4については実施の形態1と同様であるため、説明を省略する。

Claims (12)
- ユーザの脚部に装着される歩行補助装置であって、
前記脚部の膝関節の屈曲方向に抵抗力を与えるダンパと、
前記ユーザの歩行サイクルにおける切替タイミングを検出するために設けられたセンサと、
前記ダンパによって前記抵抗力が与えられない第1のモードと前記第1のモードよりも前記抵抗力が強くなる第2のモードとが交互に繰り返されるように、前記切替タイミングに応じて前記ダンパのモードを切替える切替器であるスイッチと、を備え、
前記歩行補助装置には、前記膝関節へのアシスト力を発生するアクチュエータが設けられておらず、
前記ダンパは、前記膝関節の伸展方向においてフリーとなる一方向ダンパであり、
前記センサが、靴又は足平に取り付けられ、床面までの距離を測定する測距センサであり、
前記センサの出力値を閾値と比較した比較結果に応じて前記切替タイミングが検出され、
前記切替タイミングを示すタイミング信号に基づいて、前記スイッチがオンオフ制御されることで、前記第1のモードと前記第2のモードが切り替えられている歩行補助装置。 - 前記歩行サイクルの全体において、前記ダンパがロックしない請求項1に記載の歩行補助装置。
- 前記センサの出力値と第1閾値との比較結果により、前記第1のモードから前記第2のモードへの切替タイミングが検出され、
前記センサの出力値と第2閾値との比較結果により、前記第2のモードから前記第1のモードへの切替タイミングが検出される請求項1、又は2に記載の歩行補助装置。 - 前記第1のモードでは、前記ダンパがフリーとなって、前記抵抗力が0となる請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置。
- 前記歩行補助装置が取得したデータを外部機器に送信する送信部をさらに備えた請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置。
- 前記歩行補助装置には、前記センサ又は前記切替器に電源を供給する太陽電池が設けられており、
前記太陽電池の受光部が前記歩行補助装置の表面に設けられている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置。 - ユーザの脚部に装着される歩行補助装置の制御方法であって、
前記歩行補助装置は
前記脚部の膝関節の屈曲方向に抵抗力を与えるダンパと、
前記ユーザの歩行サイクルにおける切替タイミングを検出するために設けられたセンサと、
前記切替タイミングに応じて前記ダンパのモードを切替える切替器であるスイッチと、を備え
前記ダンパによって前記抵抗力が与えられない第1のモードと前記第1のモードよりも前記抵抗力が強くなる第2のモードとが交互に繰り返されるように、制御され、
前記歩行補助装置には、前記膝関節へのアシスト力を発生するアクチュエータが設けられておらず、
前記ダンパは、前記膝関節の伸展方向においてフリーとなる一方向ダンパであり、
前記センサが、靴又は足平に取り付けられ、床面までの距離を測定する測距センサであり、
前記センサの出力値を閾値と比較した比較結果に応じて前記切替タイミングが検出され、
前記切替タイミングを示すタイミング信号に基づいて、前記スイッチがオンオフ制御されることで、前記第1のモードと前記第2のモードが切り替えられている歩行補助装置の制御方法。 - 前記歩行サイクルの全体において、前記ダンパがロックしない請求項7に記載の歩行補助装置の制御方法。

前記センサの出力値と第2閾値との比較結果により、前記第2のモードから前記第1のモードへの切替タイミングが検出される請求項7、又は8に記載の歩行補助装置の制御方法。 - 前記第1のモードでは、前記ダンパがフリーとなって、前記抵抗力が0となる請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置の制御方法。
- 前記歩行補助装置が取得したデータを外部機器に送信する請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置の制御方法。
- 前記歩行補助装置には、前記センサ又は前記切替器に電源を供給する太陽電池が設けられており、
前記太陽電池の受光部が前記歩行補助装置の表面に設けられている請求項7~11のいずれか1項に記載の歩行補助装置の制御方法。
