図1(a)は、本発明の第一実施形態に係る細胞凝集塊分散装置100の構成を模式的に示す斜視図である。図1(b)は、図1(a)の細胞凝集塊分散装置100のうち、一点鎖線で囲まれる領域Rを拡大した図である。細胞凝集塊分散装置100は、収容槽101と、ピペット102と、弾性体103と、を備えている。

Claims (9)
- 細胞凝集塊が含まれた液体を収容する収容槽と、
前記収容槽の内底面に先端を押し付けるピペットと、
前記収容槽の外底面を支持する弾性体と、を備え、
前記弾性体が、前記ピペットの押し付け方向と平行な方向に、伸縮するように配置されたばねであり、前記ばねの一端が、前記収容槽の外底面に固定されていることを特徴とする細胞凝集塊分散装置。 - 前記弾性体が、一方の側に前記収容槽を支持する第一支持部材と、前記ピペットの押し付け方向と平行な方向に、伸縮するように配置されたばねと、を備え、
前記ばねの一端が、前記第一支持部材の他方の側に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。 - 前記弾性体が、前記ばねの他端を固定するとともに、前記ばねを支持する第二支持部材を、さらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。
- 前記ピペットが、前記先端に近づくにつれて細くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。
- 前記収容槽の底部のうち、前記ピペットの先端を押し付ける部分が、前記弾性体側に凹んでいることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。
- 前記収容槽が、前記底部側が閉口され、前記底部と反対側に延在するように立設された、一本以上のチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。
- 前記チューブの外周部を囲むガイド部材を、さらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の細胞凝集塊分散装置を用いた細胞凝集塊分散方法であって、
前記収容槽に、細胞凝集塊が含まれた液体を収容する液体収容工程と、
前記収容槽の内底面に、前記ピペットの先端を押し付けるピペット押し付け工程と、
前記ピペットの先端を、前記収容槽の内底面から引き離すピペット引き離し工程と、を有することを特徴とする細胞凝集塊分散方法。 - 前記ピペット押し付け工程と、前記ピペット引き離し工程と、を交互に50回以上繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の細胞凝集塊分散方法。
