Description
まず、図1~図3を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係る電源システム1の構成について説明する。
続いて、図4~図7を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係る制御装置16の動作について説明する。
続いて、本発明の実施形態に係る制御装置16の効果について説明する。
以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る制御装置16では、制御部162は、フェールセーフ制御が終了した際、バッテリ11を満充電になるまで充電する満充電制御を実行し、満充電制御が終了した際、通常充電制御において用いられるバッテリ11のSOCの値を満充電に対応する値に設定した後に、通常充電制御を実行する。それにより、フェールセーフ制御が終了した後に行われる通常充電制御において用いられるSOCの値が実SOCの値から乖離することを抑制することができるので、バッテリ11を適切に充電することができる。

Claims (4)
- バッテリと、
前記バッテリの状態量を検出するバッテリセンサと、
前記バッテリに供給される電力を発電する発電機と、
を備える電源システムの制御装置であって、
前記発電機の動作を制御することによって、前記バッテリセンサの検出結果に基づいて前記バッテリの充電を制御する通常充電制御を実行する制御部を有し、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリセンサが異常であると判定された場合、前記バッテリセンサの検出結果によらずに前記バッテリの充電を優先するフェールセーフ制御を実行し、
前記フェールセーフ制御において、前記発電機の発電電力の電流及び電圧を予め設定されている目標値に制御し、
前記フェールセーフ制御の実行中に前記バッテリセンサが正常であると判定された場合、前記フェールセーフ制御を終了して、前記バッテリを満充電になるまで充電する満充電制御を実行し、
前記満充電制御が終了した際、前記通常充電制御において用いられる前記バッテリの残存容量の値を満充電に対応する値に設定した後に、前記通常充電制御を実行し、
前記満充電制御において、前記バッテリセンサにより検出される前記バッテリの電圧の検出値及び電流の検出値に基づいて、前記バッテリが満充電になったか否かを判定する、
電源システムの制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記通常充電制御において、前記バッテリの残存容量が目標残存容量に近づくように、前記バッテリの充電を制御する、
請求項1に記載の電源システムの制御装置。 - 前記バッテリセンサは、前記バッテリセンサの異常を前記バッテリセンサの検出結果に基づいて診断する診断部を有し、
前記制御部は、
前記バッテリセンサの前記診断部による診断とは別に、前記バッテリセンサの異常を前記バッテリセンサの検出結果に基づいて診断し、
前記バッテリセンサの異常についての前記バッテリセンサ側での診断結果及び前記制御装置側での診断結果の双方に基づいて、前記バッテリセンサが異常であるか否かを判定する、
請求項1又は2に記載の電源システムの制御装置。 - 前記電源システムは、車両に搭載され、エンジンを備え、
前記発電機は、前記エンジンから出力される動力により駆動されて発電するオルタネータである、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電源システムの制御装置。
