Description
本出願は、2017年4月14日付韓国特許出願第10-2017-0048645号及び2018年4月13日付韓国特許出願第10-2018-0043191号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (19)
- 電極集電体上に活物質が塗布された有地部と、前記電極集電体上に活物質が塗布されていない無地部とを、前記電極集電体の長さ方向に沿って備える電極;及び
前記電極集電体の幅方向に前記活物質が塗布されないように前記有地部から延長され、前記電極が巻き取られると二重以上重なるように形成された、複数個のノッチングタブ;を含み、
前記ノッチングタブは、その端部が前記電極が収容される缶部材の中央に向かうように折り曲げられ、前記ノッチングタブの端部同士が接合し、前記ノッチングタブの端部と前記缶部材とが接合され、
複数個のノッチングタブが折り曲げられて電極組立体の端部の中央部に形成された電極タブに連結されている、二次電池。 - 前記電極集電体の幅方向に前記活物質が塗布されないように前記有地部から延長された部分は、前記有地部の全長の1/3以上から連続されるように延長される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ノッチングタブの幅は、4mm~5mmである、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極は缶部材に収容され、前記ノッチングタブの折り曲げで形成された折曲部にて前記缶部材に連結される、請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記折曲部と前記電極の端部との間に形成された絶縁部材を含む、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部に付着される電極タブを含む、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極は缶部材に収容され、前記複数個のノッチングタブは折り曲げられて前記電極タブに重なるように連結される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極タブ、及び前記電極タブと重なるように連結された前記複数個のノッチングタブは、共に前記缶部材に接合される、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数個のノッチングタブのノッチングの長さは、8mm~11mmである、請求項7または請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極は、負極である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 電極集電体上に活物質が塗布された有地部と活物質が塗布されていない無地部とを、前記電極集電体の長さ方向に沿って備える電極を準備する準備段階;
前記電極で有地部の長さ1/3以上に、前記電極集電体の幅方向に活物質のない状態で延長されたノッチングタブ部が形成されるように前記電極をノッチングするノッチングタブ部の形成段階;
前記ノッチングタブ部が形成された前記電極を、分離膜と、前記電極と反対の他の電極とに積層した後、巻き取って電極組立体を形成する巻取り段階;
前記電極組立体で前記ノッチングタブ部をカッティングして複数個のノッチングタブを形成するノッチングタブの形成段階;及び
前記電極組立体を缶部材に収容して前記ノッチングタブを前記缶部材に接合する設置段階;を含み、
前記ノッチングタブは、その端部が前記缶部材の中央に向かうように折り曲げられ、前記ノッチングタブの端部同士が接合し、前記ノッチングタブの端部と前記缶部材とが接合され、
複数個のノッチングタブが折り曲げられて電極組立体の端部の中央部に形成された電極タブに連結されている、二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記準備段階において、負極の電極を準備する、請求項11に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記準備段階は、電極集電体上に活物質が塗布された有地部と活物質が塗布されていない無地部とを前記電極集電体の幅方向を基準として並列に配列する、請求項11または請求項12に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ノッチングタブ部の形成段階は、前記並列に配列された前記有地部と無地部を前記電極集電体の長さ方向にカッティングしながら、前記有地部の幅方向に活物質が塗布されていない前記ノッチングタブ部をノッチングする、請求項13に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ノッチングタブの形成段階において、前記ノッチングタブ部をレーザでカッティングする、請求項11から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記設置段階は、前記ノッチングタブを折り曲げた状態で前記電極組立体を缶部材に収容し、前記ノッチングタブで折り曲げられた部分を前記缶部材に接合する、請求項11から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記設置段階において、前記ノッチングタブの折り曲げられた部分を溶接によって前記缶部材に接合する、請求項16に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記設置段階において、複数個の前記ノッチングタブの折り曲げられた部分を互いに重なるようにして前記缶部材に同時に接合する、請求項16に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記巻取り段階は、前記ノッチングタブ部を二重以上に重なるように形成する、請求項11から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
