Claims (13)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50~60%、Al2O3 21~25%、B2O3 0~4%、Li2O 3~6%、Na2O 12~17%、MgO 0~3%未満、P2O5 0.1~3.5%、ZnO 0.1~5%を含有することを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- 更に、ZrO2 0.01~0.1質量%、K2O 0.001~0.01質量%、CaO 0.01~0.1質量%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 曲げ加工部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値CSが500MPa以上であり、且つ応力深さDOLが15μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 軟化点が750℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 徐冷点が600℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 歪点が500℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 高温粘度104.0dPa・sにおける温度が1100℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- (高温粘度104.0dPa・sにおける温度)-(軟化点)が300℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相温度が1050℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 液相粘度が104.3dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~10の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- 熱膨張係数が80×10-7~110×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1~11の何れかに記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 50~60%、Al2O3 21~25%、B2O3 0~4%、Li2O 3~6%、Na2O 12~17%、MgO 0~3%未満、P2O5 0.1~3.5%、ZnO 0.1~5%を含有することを特徴とする強化用ガラス。
